Celestia has declared the position of Chancellor to be vacant, and hilarity ensues as Canterlot's powerbrokers nominate themselves for the position. Yet in the deepest reaches of Canterlot's inner sanctum, Twilight Sparkle, just arrived from Ponyville, finds that all is not what it seems … and begins to wonder if the Princess is just really, really bored.
