May 12th, , year 2431 of the Celestial Era, night after conversion

The next night

Night walked out to the balcony of Twilight’s castle to watch her castle approach. Approaching Ponyville from the sky was a Manehatten sized chunk of land, and on that land was an grand castle.

The castle was carved from an entire mountain, making it far larger than Canterlot Castle. The front and back walls were single, ten foot thick slabs of labradorite that measured around a thousand feet across and a hundred feet high. The side walls were multiple slabs at a total length of three thousand feet. Gems, mineral veins and special carvings created fantastic patterns and designs when light shone on the walls. Instead of corners, there were towers of pure moonstone, with golden sunstone roofs that seemed to pierce the sky. There were two smaller walls offset in by about a hundred feet from the edge of the previous ceiling. Both levels were about twenty feet high each and barely noticeable when looked at from the ground.

Every twenty feet or so was a massive cut out in the shape of an arch with lines of runes lining the edges. These openings shimmered with the telltale signs of transparent barrier magic. There was no main gate, just an intricately carved portion of wall to look like a grand gate. Within the designs were portal runes that let those without ill intent simply pass through the wall. There was a note posted on the door that said ‘Under construction’. A grand palace as this castle wasn’t even finished.

May 14th

Sitting on the edge of their new castle’s roof were the goddess Night and demigoddess Twilight. Twilight was trying to process how much time and power it must have taken to make this behemoth of a castle when Night gave her some news.

Her teeth were perfect and not fangs like Night’s, but what was really noticeable was her pupils were round and her irises shifted colors like her mane and tail. Otherwise, these two were twins.

“Really Day? We’re still going to keep the twin thing up?” Night asked.

“Of course! Besides, you know I have zero imagination,” Day said cheerfully. “Why don’t you change your appearance to match a little more sis?”

Night sighs, but decides it might be a good idea and sent out a message to Twilight. Five minutes later, Twilight teleported in to the room wearing a set of bondage straps over her private parts. She look curiously at Day, who had an eyebrow raised while looking at Twilight’s outfit.

“Umm… Nighty who is this and why did you send me a message that said to wear something for playtime?” Twilight asked nervously.

“Playtime, sister?” Day asked.

“Twilight, this is my twin sister, Day,” Night introduced.

“H-hello, my names is Twilight Sparkle,” Twilight introduced.

“I am Day, goddess of light. Its nice to finally meet the one that will birth my niece,” Day greeted. Twilight blushed and looked at Night for help. Night held back a snicker.

“Twilight I called you here for your input when I change my look. I’m kind of tired of telling ponies I’m not Nightmare Moon,” Night sighed. “Shall we begin?”

Twilight and Day nodded and Night’s horn lit up. Night began by tuning her body to her natural energies, this resulted in her sclera turning black and her mane and tail turning into roiling black voids.

“How do I look?” Night asked. Twilight reached out her hand and started to stroke Night’s mane.

“So smooth, so soft,” Twilight said as if she was entranced. Night hooked a finger in the strap covering Twilight’s breasts and pulled. Twilight fell onto Night and squeaked as Night played with Twilights straps.

“I take it you approve?” Night stated. Twilight looked into her lovers eyes and was slightly put off. “Hmm, seems I have to change the eyes.”

Night’s horn devoured light as her sclera returned to being aqua and a slight darkness developed around her eyes like smoke. Twilight visibly relaxed, and Night took this as a sign to tease her mate a little and rubbed Twilight’s slit with her tail. The lavender mare eeped and blushed hard.

“Now lets get down to why you’re in that outfit dear,” Night said and looked at Day. “We have to help Day get used to her body. No being in existence can claim have to bedded the Genesis sisters at the same time,” Night smiled evilly, and pulled Twilight onto a summoned bed. Day quickly joined them.

Night was exhausted. When the others found out about her body blanks, many deities came knocking.

On the bright side I finally paid off those favors and a lot of them owe me now, Night thought.

She sat on her throne and slumped down. The Elemental deities came I to the throne room and saw Night exhausted.

“Are you alright Night?” Earth asked.

“I just made thirty body blanks in an hour,” Night sighed, the Elementals all winced. They all knew those body blanks take a lot of power to make just one. “Anyway, what do you all want?”

“We came to petition you for help, but we see you’re not in a state to help us right now. We’ll come back later,” Water replied.

“You have my attention now. No telling when you’ll get it later,” Night said.

“Very well. We wish for a place to stay, preferably attuned to our unique domains,” Fire said.

“Your right. I don’t have the power to grant your request directly, but I can give you the ability to create your own homes using your own power. Unfortunately if I were to do it in this state, you would have to share space for your homes,” Night informed.

“How much space?” Wind asked.

“Around seven hundred or so mile radius from this castle, maybe double if you can get Day to help out too,” Night said. There was nothing but silence for a moment, then Fire spoke up.

“Night. You just described an area the size of Equestria, we asked for homes, like a house or something,” Fire said flatly. The rest of the Elementals were wondering how skewed Night’s definition of home was.

“Why not a country for deities?” Day said as she entered the room.

“With our power we could probably make a great country but it wouldn’t last for very long,” Wind rebutted.

“Well, both Discord and Harmony could help with that,” Earth said. The rest of the Elementals pondered this concept thoughtfully.

June 15th

Massive sheets of rock formed high above the frost line. The sheets were of every rock and mineral known, and some unknown, crashing and grinding together into a single solid piece, and creating mountain ranges. The resulting land mass was around two hundred miles in diameter and fifty miles thick. At the center of the mass, rock began to heat up and melt into magma. The magma found fault lines and erupted into volcanoes and created magma fields. The winds around the land picked up, carrying special water under the land and formed specially thick and sturdy clouds to support the land. As the winds blew topside, water left the embrace of the wind to create lakes, rivers and a sea. Clouds formed around the mountain peaks, swamps, bogs and wetlands took form. Winds ran rampant and carve various sections of the land into interesting shapes and canyons. At the very center of this land was Night’s castle.

“Looks good,” Night commented. Rarity fainted at the sheer fabulousness of the country she was now princess of. The Elementals were proud of themselves and set off to make their own castles.

June 16th

Celestia and Luna attempted to investigate the new land mass that appeared in the sky yesterday. Their best flyers couldn’t get this far above the frost line. They searched the land mass and found a castle in the very middle and descended to take a closer look. What they found was a massive palace that shamed their own. They arrived at what they believed to be the door and saw a note saying the castle was still under construction.

“This monstrously large castle is still under construction?” Luna said.

“Well there’s no door so I should say it is, Luna,” Celestia replied.

“Do you not see the runes in this carving, Celestia? We can just walk through the wall here,” Luna said.

“Certainly is an interesting design choice,” Celestia said as they passed through the carving.

“Indeed. Now let us find the owner of this palace,” Luna said, looking around at the beautiful reception hall they had entered. A black portal sprung into existence a few feet away from them. The sisters looked at each other and entered the portal. They ended up in a grand throne room, populated with three thrones, one of which was occupied.

“Greetings Celestia, Luna, ” Night said.

“Nightmare Moon?!” the sisters shouted.

“Oh right, you two were born after we were forgotten. No, my name is Night, goddess of the void,” Night introduced.

The sisters didn’t hear as they attacked the elder goddess. Night didn’t register their attack as a threat and allowed them to hit her. There was no effect at all. After five minutes of continuous attacking with no damage to Night or even the throne she was sitting on, they fell down exhausted.

“Are you two quite done yet?” Night asked, paying more attention to her nails than the two sisters. In a flash of light, Day was sitting on one of the unoccupied thrones.

“Don’t be so mean to the semi-mortals Sister,” Day scolded, it had no effect on Night. Several flashes of teleportation later and the entire court was gathered in the throne room.

“Hi Princess Celestia and Princess Luna!” Twilight greeted while wearing a rather sexualized librarian’s outfit. She turned to her mate, “Nighty, why didn’t you tell us they were visiting? I waited ten minutes for you to come and ravage me!”

Both sisters fainted at this statement.

The newly name country of Aethereus was finished and set adrift in the skies. Deities that found the lands below to be fascinating descended to see what the denizens were like, some trips ended in soul bonds, others ended in a holy smiting. Twilight’s experiments are now legendary among deities, along with the results.

August 15th

War between countries break out with rulers ordering those with soul bonds to the front lines. Many bonded are killed and much permanent damage is done to the countries at war. Mortals petition the deities to fix their countries, accusing them of doing the damage via bonded and saying they never ordered the bonded to fight. Rulers were smote repeatedly by Day and Night who saw everything. Countries now cower in fear of Aethereus.

Complete disclosure of the basic terms and types of soul bonds made public. Gates of Tartarus opened for ten minutes to let the Sin deities out of Tartarus, Greed was late and had an accident. Some demons escaped Tartarus during this time.
