Chapter #1 - Simple Beginning
It was a beautiful summer morning, the sun shining across the fields. A ray of sunlight rested on the bed of one special orange filly. The filly opened her eyes, awaking from her peaceful rest. She yawned and stretched beginning her day like any other.
Her home was silent besides the clanking of her hooves. Making her way to bathroom she looked at her hooves. They were painted purple with the hoof paint. Placing her right front hoof first, she walked into the bathroom.
“Today’s the day!” She proclaimed to her reflection. “I finally have enough money for my one-of-a-kind Glitter Shell dress! I only have to Rarity my design and give her the bits, and I’ll have it!” Glitter Shell happily shouted. Glitter brushed her teeth, washed her hooves, and did her hair.
After getting Glitter was done she walked back to her room. On her nightstand laid a purple purse and journal. Grabbing both Glitter Shell, excitedly ran to the front door of her home. The door was forced open and slammed closed in a hurry.
Her Purple hooves barely got the chance to land on the ground as Glitter Shell ran towards Rarity’s shop. Normally she won’t rush to do anything, but today she couldn’t help it. Lost in how excited she was Glitter almost past Rarity’s. A squeak escaped her as she opened the door to the shop. Rarity greet her with a “Oh, hello darling. What would you like today?”
Snapping back to herself she replied “Uh, you can call me… Um… Glitter.” Rarity shot back with a “Oh, well then Glitter what would you like?” Glitter handed over the journal and bits. “One dress please.” Glitter mumbled, scratching at the floor. “And I assume you want the dress from this journal?” Rarity questioned the shy but excited filly. Glitter nodded in response while Rarity checked to see if there was the current amount of bits.
“Well then, I’ll have it done by tomorrow. Please come by then, Glitter.” Rarity stated. “Goodbye, uh, Rarity.” Glimmer said as she exited the shop.
