"Go die in a ditch somewhere! Loser!"
It was always like this. I have had it happen to me ever since I started liking the show My Little Pony and gotten into it along with many others. It's not easy being a fan of a show many consider that for little girls, but we weather it. Or at least, the others weather it, because I on the other hand, have been slowly growing sick of all the put downs.

They just kept coming. The insults, the gang beatings, the bullying, not a bit of it stopped. And where were the authoritative figures you might ask? Where were the teachers, and adults during all this? Dealing with bigger problems like kids who had depression, studying difficulties, that stupid stuff. Honestly that's what the Guidance Counselors and parents, and Psychology doctors are for! But no, Teachers and parents both turn a blind eye to some kids in order to help others. And when they finally realized what's happened, they are both judgmental as they are "kind". Feh, kind as in they clean up and heal those who love the show, while also telling them to give it up. Find something more age appropriate and our speed. Where do they get off?!
I stomped home, locked in my foul mood once again, because really, what other choice did I have? The few times I tried sticking up for myself was like feeding internet trolls. The more you responded to them, whether it was to defend yourself, or to insult back, they just kept going. Sometimes they even got personal, a lot more personal, to the point where you'd make their day if you cried. I have, we all have. However now? Now I have nothing left but one emotion at it all. Only one emotion keeps me sane and able to get through my days. Sure it's a toxic one, but I choose to let it simmer and bubble, not quite reaching the surface.
Little did I know the moment that I let that day get to me would come all too soon...
