Starlight Twilight and Anons redemption

Not more than a minute later Twilight shows up.

You've managed to pull your pants up of course.

She has this serious look that really only leads you to one conclusion.

"You, heard everything didn't you?"

"I did."

Silence between the both of you as the wind sways the door slightly.

Twilight takes a moment to shut the door before walking to the bed.

You go sit next to her.

"I wasn't able to find any soup, or icepacks.. I did find some leftover chicken and vegetables and I thought about making chicken noodle soup from scratch, but then, you know I'm no cook."

"That's alright, I think I've recovered just a bit."

"I'm glad to hear that.."

More silence.

Is she mad or something?

It'd be terrible to have turned down Star only to have Twilight end up dumping you.

Though knowing your luck, it wouldn't terribly surprising either.

"I just wanted to say.."

She takes in a deep breath.

"How proud, I am of you Anon.."

You let out a sigh of relief.

"Anon, the fact that you were able to turn her down and honor your commitment means the world to me.."

You're not sure how to respond.

"I saw the look on Starlights face."

"Yeah, she took it pretty hard I think."

"I'm sorry too. I just wanted you back so bad, I didn't care about who I hurt to make it happen."

Even more silence.

"I know it sounds terrible, and I can never make up for what I've done. All-"

"We can do is keep moving forward."

Twilight smiles.

"Right."
