A Day for a Drummer
Even in total darkness, there is always one little glimmer. For Michael Drumsticks, that glimmer comes in a small box he finds waiting for him on his doorstop.
Michael Drumsticks used to be normal. He used to love being a drummer in the band with his friends at Canterlot High, used to love being alive.
Now, he walks through life as if trapped in a glass box that only he is aware of. Every day seems the same, stuck in a loop, until it seems as though there is no point in even getting up anymore.
But this morning, he is waking up to a pleasant surprise: a reminder that no matter how bad it might seem, he is not alone.
Special story requested by Captain Whatever.
Dedicated to all who struggle with depression: you are never alone.
