War stories - Season 1 - The first great war

"So this it, Dashie? Your just going to give up now?" A familiar female voice said, Rainbow looked around confused

"Who's there?!" She asked looking around frantically

"You really don't remember us?" Another deeper voice said. Something grabbed Rainbow's cheek and moved her head to the right, what she saw made her jar drop

"M-mom?! D-dad?! ... I... why... How?!" Rainbow tried to form a sentence anything more then a word

"No time Rainbow, you have to get up and out of here." Firefly cut in

"I-I... I can't I, I'm to weak..." She answered looking away

"No your not, your just imagine it." Rainbow Blaze said

"I'm not, I-I'm just to weak" Rainbow started

"Rainbow look at us." Firefly said, the Rainbow-maned mare did so "You are not weak, you are the strongest pony I've ever seen. Most ponies would have either would've died or broke by that torture, but you pushed through." Firefly said and then Rainbow Blaze cut in "Now get your ass up and start moving! Your fight isn't over here!" he shouted, Rainbow didn't know how but for some reason she found new strength, strength she never felt before

"J... just so you two know, you aren't weak." She said as she got up, her parents nodded and Rainbow grabbed the sword again and started to walk down the left hallway, leaving bloody hoofprints behind

"First thing you have to do before you can go is, you have to kill the commanding officer here." Rainbow Blaze said, Rainbow looked at him confused "He's the planner of the Griffin operations, kill him and the griffins will be less organized." He explained and Rainbow nodded "The next thing after that will be to get out of here and back to Fillydelhia, sounds easy surel-" They stopped in their tracks has they heard different sounding steps and quiet talking. Rainbow looked around and tried to find a hiding spot, which was hard in a hallway which had no doors... why somepony would build one without doors, nopony knows.

"There's two of them again" Firefly said

"Hey! What's up you two!" A third voice exclaimed

"Make that three." Blaze corrected. Rainbow leaning against the wall, trying to keep out of sight for as long as possible, to increase her chances to land a perfect hit. They stopped just before turning around the corner, before they could react to the noise behind them Rainbow slashed her sword through the throat of the left, killing him instantly she missed the second one who tried to draw his sword but was kept from it as Rainbow slammed into him and knocked him to the ground and stabbed the sword his through his head.

"Eyes forward!" She heard a shout from behind her, and she just managed to dodge the attack from the third griffin, she moved her left hoof at his claw with the sword in it, keeping the sword away from her and slammed her right hoof into his face, making him fall to the groundl, Rainbow kicked his sword out his claw and held her own against his throat.

"Where's the commanding officer?" She asked

"One floor higher, there's  stairs around the next corner on the left. Walk those up, go right and look at the only door with guards before them." He answered, too scared to even blink. Rainbow used a bit of strength and cut straight through the griffins flesh and she then started to move
