20 miles northwest of Van Hoover sits the small but prosperous town of Rebirth, so named for its reputation as a place for misfits and wanderers to get back to basics and start fresh.

A fresh start is exactly what Evan wants. He's left his old world and identity behind, and desires nothing more than to work and live in peace with his pony, deer, and various other neighbors. To that end, he has used his superhuman powers and deceptively sharp mind to help those in need, leading the citizens of Rebirth by example.
