A Baker, a Princess and Murder

Max is a human. An old leftover. He was a part of Equestria's past, before he got lost again. He's back now,though. And he's done quite well for himself. The problem with the past,though, is that some of it WILL stick, no matter how much time passes.

Maximilian is an old guy. He may not look it, but he spent quite some time trying to kill an ancient evil in an obscure corner of the Universe. It may have taken him ~~many billion~~ a few thousand years, but the result was obvious. He won. And he came back with all of himself.

So, now what's an old man to do without a foe to fight?

Live, of course. Forget the past and live.

The problem is that the past doesn't want to leave him yet. Especially the five pieces that remain. Two pieces more than the others. A Heart and a Sun, in particular.
