You're at school today, and during recess, you find yourself standing by a tree which a teenager who is slightly younger than you is sitting under. The courtyard in which recess is held isn't very large, but it can accommodate the thirty or so teens that are currently there. On three sides, there are entrances back inside the school. And on the forth is a chain link fence with a view of the street. The grass under your shoes is slightly damp.
You look at this kid under the tree, he's sitting there, happily drawing in his notebook. You remember seeing him do this before countless times, and this time you want to know what exactly it is that he's drawing.
You approach the teen and call him a nerd and ask what he's drawing.
You wrench the notebook out of his hands and he jumps up and says. "Give that back! It's not yours!"
You tell him make you as you open the book to a page with an incredible drawing that's been colored in with care. It's a drawing of a group of ponies, one is a grey pegasus with a yellow mane that has an indigo stripe through it, under him is the word; Flash. Then there's what appears to be a pony Dragon hybrid thingy, it appears feminine and is white with an ice blue mane. Below her are the words; Crystal Vision. Next there is a black unicorn with a silver mane, below him is the word; Lupus. Next there is another unicorn that is white and has a black mane with one light blue stripe, and his tail has a red one. Below this drawing are the words; Gumball Ravington. Then there is a dark grey... pegacorn? You guess, not knowing much about these things. It has a dark red mane and a sword and shield. It looks... dangerous, below it are the words; Damien Bolt. And lastly there appears to be the beginnings of a drawing of another pegasus, but it isn't finished yet.
You say in disbelief and almost questiononingly that he's drawing ponies. You laugh at him and call him a baby and a brony.
You take the page and slowly start to rip it, it looks like what you're doing is painting this kid but you don't stop. Eventually the page is ripped in half, but you don't stop there. You rip the entire page, no, the entire notebook, into little tiny pieces. There are tears rolling down the kid's face, and you laugh at him and walk away.-
Later that day, you're back in your bedroom. It's late and you get in bed and drift off to sleep, but you sleep will be far from restful. As soon as you shut your eyes, you open them again to find yourself in a forest, you don't recognize a thing. But at least you're still you. You get up and start walking, leaves crunching occasionally under your feet. The trees here are giant, as if they'd been growing since the world began. You hear birds chirping up in the branches, and just enough sunlight to allow you to see just how beautiful this place is, is filtering through the canopy of leaves far above you. And a gentle breeze ruffles your hair and lightly shakes the branches above.
After walking for a short while, you find yourself in a clearing. At its center is, a pony? It's just sitting there, its back turned to you. Upon closer inspection, you can see that it's dark blue, with a royal blue mane that was two Orange streaks through it. You approach it and it turns around, revealing its Orange eyes.
"Hi there!" It says in a cheerful voice, "I'm betting that you're new here, aren't you? Well that's okay! Almost every dreamwalker that comes through here is."
Dreamwalker? The word startles you, making you realize that this isn't your dream.
"I bet you're wondering how things work around here, right? Well, I guess I'll have to show you! Ready? Here we go!"
The entire area goes black and white, except for a red heart floating in front of you.
"See that heart there? That's your SOUL, the very culmination of your being. Your SOUL starts out weak, but can grow powerful if you gain lots of LV. What's LV you ask? Why LOVE of course. You want some LOVE, don't you? Here I'll share some of mine with you. Here, LOVE is shared through... little white... friendship... sparkles. Quick, grab as many as you can."
The pony generates five of these things he mentioned out of thin air and they start moving towards you. You let one of them touch your SOUL and the result is extreme pain shooting through your body. A sinister smile spreads across the pony's face as its form starts to flicker.
"You idiot!" It says, it's voice now full of venom and menace. Revealing itself to be a strange insect like creature. "You thought that this was all just sunshine and rainbows huh? Well it's not, and you fell right for my little trap. Now I'll take that SOUL of yours and I'll be one step closer to achieving my goal of-"
Suddenly, it gets cut off mid sentence when it gets blasted with blue flames and sent flying. When you can't see it anymore, a beautiful and elegant creature appears. You recognize it from the kids drawings, it's Crystal Vision, that odd dragon pony thing. And she's much bigger than you thought, at about three times the height of that bug-pony-thing.
"Those nasty Changelings, picking on a kid." She says as she turns to look at you with her deep, ice blue eyes, "Are you alright?"
You nod in response, a bit too shocked to speak.
"Good, I am Crystal Vision. And I live around these parts, it's not often that The Creator summons somepon- err... someone into The Dreamworld. Come, let us go to my home, I might be able to answer a few of your questions when we arrive."
She beckons you to follow her as she trots away, and strangely enough you follow her. You don't know why,but you feel there is more to this than meets the eye-
