Because she is a gunsmith she works closely with the security staff of the Vault which to her isn't all that great as she and her father who is the commanding officer, do not have a very great relationship due to his very strict attitude. "ALEX WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!" Conner shouts. "Oh sorry dad I must have switched the guns by accident I'll go get yours now." Alex says calmly. "I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT THE GUN ALEX, I'M TALKING ABOUT THIS!" Conner shouts while pointing at a picture of Rainbow Dash's cutie mark on the handle of the 10mm pistol. "I'm sorry dad It's just a habit of mine I just really love those old MLP Holotapes Grandma gave me and I just have this urge to express it." Alex says nervously. "*sigh* you now you SHOULD have grown out of that kid's show 13 years ago Alex, I'm glad your taking pride in that imagination of yours but come on you should be spending more time making the security staff 10mm pistols and not this My Little Pony stuff, what am I going to say to the Overseer the next time a radroach infestation appears and all are guns are covered in my little ponies? not to mention how much the other security officers would have laughed at me." Conner said crossly. "*sigh* I really am sorry dad here's your real gun I promise this won't happen again." Alex said sadly. "Good I hope not. Now finish up here and get back home the overseer has an announcement tomorrow morning and he wants the entire vault to hear it." Conner says. "Okay." Alex says while hiding her disappointment. "Damn I was really hoping to hang out with Jennifer tomorrow morning *sigh* oh well guess I'll have to reschedule." Alex thinks silently. That night Alex instead of going to bed she stayed up to watch a couple episodes of My Little Pony Season 4. "Wow Twilight is soooo cool she reminds me so much of myself." Alex thinks in awe. "To think she became an Alicorn Princess, I wonder if I have some sort of special purpose one that certainly doesn't involve staying in this place?" Alex wonders. before heading to bed she descides to read a couple chapters of her favorite MLP fan fiction Fallout Equestria. "It's really uncanny how much this pre-war story parallels how the world is now, maybe the author was a time traveler *giggle* like Dr. Whooves and Derpy." Alex thinks to herself. suddenly Alex starts to overhear her parents having a conversation in the other room, curious she puts her ear to the cold metal door and listens. "Honey I think your overreacting I mean her fascination with that show has been a positive influence on her life." Mabel says to Conner. "I mean she has never misbehaved, she did very well in school, she's very talented and intelligent, and is known through out the Vault for her kind and selfless nature you should go easier on her and for once be proud of her." Mabel tells Conner. "I Don't know Mabel I just feel like this has gotten out of control I mean she's covered every last inch of her life with that show and now she's listening to that damned wasteland radio station "Pone-3 Radio" I just don't want her to get made fun of Mabel." Conner says to Mabel. "Are you serious, Conner?  The entire Vault is practically in love with her!  Even the security staff like her!  It seems to me that you just can't move past the small thing that makes our daughter different than the rest of the Vault, and I think you are worried YOU will be laughed at Conner, not Alex!" Mabel says sternly to Conner. "Whatever Mabel I still agree with the Overseer's orders end of discussion." Conner says before leaving the room. Alex then hears both her parents exit the living room and enter their bed room. "Damn I knew dad had a strong opinion about me being a pegasister but for him to have a full on argument with mom about it that just seems extreme for something so small about me I'm glad mom is defending me, though I wonder what dad meant by "the Overseer's orders" what orders is he talking about and who gave them to him? Alex thinks to herself. oh well I'm pretty sure I'll find out about it in the morning." Alex thinks to herself. Suddenly the doors of her bedroom slide open and her mother walks in. "Hey honey did you hear some of that?" Mabel asks Alex. "Just a bit, sorry I didn't mean to eavesdrop." Alex says back to her mother. "That's okay sweetie, but I'm sure you heard the part about the Overseers orders?" Mabel asks Alex. "I heard dad mention it but I didn't here what the orders were, Why do you ask?" Alex asks her mom. "Because that's part of the reason I'm giving you these." Mabel then holds out a large backpack and a holotape. "The holotape is able to store up to 5 terabytes of data and the backpack is large enough to store all you're pony related clothes, posters, and books so before you go to bed I suggest you pack everything up quickly and quietly so your father doesn't hear you, and on the front there's two pockets for your My Little Pony full season holotapes and your pony hologames and while you're at it start backing up your Terminal's data then hide the holotape in jour pipboy's holotape player." Mabel then hands over the items to Alex. "But mom why do I have to do this?" Alex asks her mother. "Please sweetie if you want to keep all your My Little Pony stuff you have to do as I say okay." Mabel reassures Alex. Mabel then leaves Alex to do as she is told." Alex's mother them leaves the room to return to bed. "That was weird, "if you want to keep your My Little Pony stuff you have to do as I say" what did she mean?" "is dad planning something drastic? What are the Overseers orders?" Alex asks herself many more questions but she snaps out of it and gets to work on storing away all her My Little Pony things. "heh I see Dana was the one who made this backpack only she would go would go out of her way to knit an image of Twilight's cutie mark on the front, and I'm just going to guess that mom got this data storage holotape from Daniel, I can tell cuz he wrote his initials on the back "DM" Daniel Mannerman." Thought Alex as he inspects the items given to her by her mother. "Oh that reminds me! Alex then rushes to her dresser and begins pushing it out of the way revealing a safe with a keypad. "CMC3BFF." whispers Alex as she types the password. As the safe door opens it reveals a 22Lr carbine rifle with a picture of Fluttershy below the receiver and the word Fluttershy written with pink permanent marker in front of the rear sight, the 10mm pistol with Rainbow Dash's cutie mark on the grip that Alex's father got angry with her about, along with a black tactical belt with Rainbow Dash's cutie mark on one holster and Applejack's cutie mark on the other, a black bandolier with a rifle holster on the back with Fluttershy's cutie mark, a purple mlp themed pipboy shell with a picture of the elements of harmony on the back, a yellow medical pack with the emblem of the ministry of peace from Fallout Equestria, upon opening it to check if the contents are still ok she sees 3 stimpacks, a pack of mentats, 4 cans of purified water, some bandages, 2 bags of radaway, 2 bottles of rad-X, and 2 syringes of med-X. "Good there all still here." Alex tells herself before closing the med kit and mounting it on the side of her back pack, she then pulls out of the safe a canteen with a yellow 46 on it with the rainbow lightning bolt of rainbow dash's cutie mark going through the 6, and last she pulls out a custom replica of the Lil'Mac revolver from Fallout Equestria and puts it in the Applejack holster of her tactical belt. After her room is completely empty of My Little Pony merchandise she checks the clock on her pipboy and finds it's 2:00 AM. "Fuck I still have to back up my terminal!" Alex says worryingly. "She quickly flips a switch inside the safe and the inside begins to expand, the backpack just barely fit through the entrance but it was successfully put in the safe, Alex then proceeds to close the safe and retypes the password to lock it, next she inserted the data storage holotape into her terminal and it automatically began to copy all the data on the terminal's data on to it self, it copied all things from pictures, full episodes of mlp, fanfics, emails, games, game mods, 3D models, and blueprints for guns and robots, and surprisingly it was finished after 20 minutes. "Damn Daniel you are a wizard with computers." Alex thinks to herself. Alex then puts the holotape in her pipboy to check if all the data on her terminal made it onto the holotape. "Yep it's all here every last bit of data on the terminal made it safely thank god and I still have 5 terabytes left I think I could fit an entire robot's AI on this thing. Alex says in relief." After all was said and done she went to bed and fell asleep. The next morning Alex gets up gets a shower, brushes her hair, then puts on the one mlp themed Vault 46 jumpsuit she didn't put into her backpack and headed to her gun store, a couple hours of repairing guns for the security staff and selling guns to the security staff later the overseer's loud speaker activates. Attention Vault 46 residence please gather in the main hall for a major announcement. Overseer Adam orders. Well it seems all my questions I asked last night will be answered. Alex inquires. While walking down the hallway to the main hall Alex comes by her friend Daniel Mannerman and his Mr. Handy Charles. "Hey Daniel hey Charlie What's up." Alex asks happily. "Oh hey Alex." says Daniel "Good day miss Alex." Charlie says cheerily. "Thanks for that holotape you gave my mom yesterday." Alex says to Daniel "Yo...Your welcome." Daniels says back to Alex "Heh awkward as always Daniel." Alex thinks to her self silently. "Hey do you know what this announcement the overseer wants us to hear is going to be about?" Daniel asks Alex "I heard my dad tell mom about some orders the overseer received but I don't know what they are though." Alex responds. "Orders? Orders from who?" Daniel wonders "From Vault-Tec perhaps, even with Vault-Tec destroyed the orders could have been sent from a automatic system." Charlie suggests. "Maybe but that doesn't answer what these orders are about." Daniel says to Charles. "Oh well we'll find out soon enough." Alex says to Daniel "Yea anyway we'll see you later Alex." Daniel says to Alex "Ta ta miss Alex." Charles says to Alex "Bye you guys." Alex waves goodbye to Daniel and Charlie. After 5 minutes of walking from her gun store to the main hall it seemed the overseer had just arrived. "Oh yea made it just in time!" Alex thought to her self "Residence of Vault 46 it is with great pride that I tell you that I have been contacted by none other than Vault-Tec." Overseer Adam declares with some curious whispers in the crowd. "They have contacted me to give orders, orders that I hesitate to follow but will still do so with loyalty and pride in my heart." Overseer Adam speaks loudly. "From now on entertainment of any kind is banned and any resident that refuses to follow this new rule will meet with imprisonment and potentially, exile." Overseer Adam declares as the crowd gasps in shock. "Unfortunately my orders require me to make an example of the most entertaining resident in Vault 46." Overseer Adam declares aggressively as Alex's heart begins racing. "Oh shit! Mom said everyone loves me to dad! Okay okay calm down Alex he's your dad he would never turn you in." Alex thinks to herself to prevent herself from breathing any faster until she notices her father standing right behind her. "*gasp* dad?" Alex says quietly desperately trying to hide her fear but to no prevail. The crowd begins to spread out to give Conner some room with a shocked and worried look on there faces as Conner grabs Alex's arms. "Dad! What are you doing!?" Alex cries as her father begins pushing her closer to the overseer. "Alex it pains me to do this, it truly does, but an example must be made to ensure that order is kept." Overseer Adam says to a scared Alex and a worried crowd. "DAD! What is wrong with you, I'm your daughter" Alex screams desperately as she and her father exit the hall and into the stair way to the Vault's prison with the vault's population watching with widened eyes with some having hands over there mouths, and others having there mouths gaping. When they arrive to the prison cells Alex's father shoves her inside one of them, she then loses her balance and falls backwards, her bottom landing on the cold hard floor and her back hitting the side of the metal bed as her father shuts the creaky medal cell door. "Dad what's the matter with you?" Alex says to her father on the verge of tears. Without even looking back Conner just exits the prison area. "FUCK!" Alex screams in anger than bangs the cell bars ounce than sits on the medal bed, hides her face in her knees and begins crying. "How....could he do this" Alex cries. Later that night Alex is awoken to the footsteps coming down the stairs, she opens her eyes and wipes the dry tears from the bottom of her eyes and waits for who ever it is to arrive. "Ms. Alex are you awake?" Charlie says quietly. "*sniffle* yea, I am now." Alex says while wiping the remainder of dry tears from her cheek. "Sorry dear I wish we didn't have to wake you but it's important." Dana says to Alex. "What are you two doing down here, what if you get caught, and Charlie where's Daniel?" Alex says to Dana and Charlie. "Hush love, we have something for you." Dana says to Alex before Charlie reaches into the compartment in his back and pulls out Alex's backpack. "My backpack! how did you get it?" Alex asks the two. "Your mother let us and Daniel into your room to find it and your mother remembered the safe you had installed, and luckily that ol' hacking module you installed in me came into good use after all." Charlie says to Alex. "As for Daniel, when we where on are way here we heard they were put under close observation to make sure they didn't act out against the overseer. Lucky we got done when we did right?" Dana explains to Alex "Now sweetie, Charlie, Daniel, your mother, and I have come up with a plan to get you out so listen up. We've been hearing lots of hissing and rustling in the walls lately so it's safe to assume there will be another radroach infestation soon, when that happens Charlie is going to come down here and break you out with his laser blaster, then you both are going to make a break for the vault entrance and your going to leave." Dana says seriously to Alex. "But Charlie what about Daniel?" Alex asks Charlie. "Mr. Daniel has given me specific instructions to serve you from the infestation and then on." Charlie says to Alex. "Okay I'm in." Alex says with confidence. "Good now just sit here and be patient till the infestation. And Alex, you were the best apprentice I ever had keep practicing your knitting." Dana says to Alex. After Dana and Charlie leave Alex lays back down on the cold metal bench like bed, she winces as her hands touch the metal because it was so cold. Alex is later awoken ounce again to the sounds of yelling, screaming, and gunshots, and looks up to see a radroach crawling on the outside of her cell only for it to be shot with a laser coming from the stairs. "Ms. Alex it's time!!" Charlie says quickly as he begins to use his laser to melt the lock on her cell. When the lock is off and the door slides open Charlie hands Alex's backpack to her. "Here you'll need this incase we come across some radroaches we can't avoid." Charlie says as he hands Alex her 22Lr carbine rifle. "Thanks but keep the backpack, it might slow us down, just give it to me when we're outside the vault." Alex says to Charlie. Alex, gun in hand, follows Charlie to the entrance of the vault to make there escape when they hear a desperate cry for help. "HELP!" Cries a nearby security guard. Hearing this, Alex instinctively runs to his aid. "Ms. Alex are you sure this is wise, I mean he might drag you back to that cell." Charlie says worryingly. "I can't just leave him to die Charlie." Alex says  to Charlie upon arriving at the security guard's  location Alex could see why he was in trouble, this security guard had a radroach pulling on his jumpsuit's leg, a radroach was on his back attempting to bite through his armor, and there was a small radroach was on the visor of the guard's security helmet  fluttering it wings to distract him with the security guard desperately trying to get it off, and it appeared the guard's pistol was out of ammo, so in order to save him Alex fired a couple warning shots at the radroach pulling on his leg but it just hissed at her, seeing she couldn't scare the radroaches away from him Alex activated V.A.T.S to make it more likely to hit the radroaches and not the security guard. "*pow* *pow* *pow*" The radroaches fell to the ground lifeless. "*pant* Thank you kindly for the assistance I thought I was a goner......wait a minute aren't you Conner's girl, the gunsmith?  " the security guard asked. "Ummm....uh......ye....yes." Alex said hesitantly. "Relax I won't send you back to prison." the security guard said calmly to Alex. "Oh thank you! but why?" Alex asked. "For one you saved my life and sending you to prison wouldn't be the best way to show gratitude, and for two I believe the overseer was wrong to do that to you anyway." The security guard said to Alex. "But never mind that you better skedaddle before another security guard who isn't as nice as me comes by. hurry! " the security guard said to Alex. "Thank you!" Alex said while she and Charlie ran quickly to the entrance. When they finally arrived at the entrance Charlie approached the vault door control panel. "Give me a moment while a hack the door mum."  Charlie said to Alex. "Alright." Alex said to Charlie. To pass the time, Alex leaned up against the wall and drank some Nuka-Cola when she suddenly hears a familiar voice that makes her drop her Nuka-Cola bottle and makes her blood run cold. "ALEX!" Conner said crossly. "DAD!" Alex said with a mixture of surprise and terror. "I THOUGHT I HEARD SOMETHING IN HERE!" Conner said sternly. "Stay away from her!" Charlie screamed at Conner before he fired a laser at the floor next to him causing him to jump behind cover. "MS. ALEX WE NEED TO GO!" Charlie yelled before she sprinted for the door. "ALEX STOP!" Conner yelled before pulling his gun out and firing a couple shots at Alex. "GAHAAAA!!!" Alex cried as one of Conner's bullets crazes her leg but she keeps sprinting and Conner shuts the door behind her. "Blimey we made it hooray for us, yes?.....Alex?" Charlie says as Charlie notices Alex sitting on the ground crying while holding the small bleeding wound on her leg. "Oh dear Ms. Alex you're bleeding! Here take your backpack back" Charlie says before handing Alex her backpack. Alex grabs the custom Ministry Of Peace first aid kit box on her backpack and opens it then grabs a stimpacks and a roll of bandages, she the raps the bandages around the wound and injects the stimpacks into her thigh. "He....he shot me...MY dad shot me." Alex says to Charlie. "He did indeed, it's despicable how his loyalty to Overseer Adam is greater than his loyalty to his own family." Charlie says to Alex with a small bit of anger in his voice. "Come on mum get up we Can't just stay here the rest of are lives, we have a post nuclear world to explore." Charlie says calmly as he helps Alex up and letting her put wait on his pincer arm to help her walk. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter3 Chuck-Line Rider //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter3 Chuck-Line Rider After what felt like twenty minutes of walking in the cave Vault 46 was located in Alex and Charlie finally found the cave's mouth. Upon exiting the cave Alex could see that this cave is located inside a RobCo robot scrap yard and right next door to the robot scrap yard was a RobCo robotics factory. "Blimey! the Great War certainly did a number on the country didn't it mum? and this scrapyard *huff* you would never see General Atomics treat there robots with such carelessness, even the malfunctioning ones," Charlie says to Alex "Heh yea but fortunately for us, "one man's trash is another man's treasure" as the saying goes, since we don't know what's out here it's probably best for us to get are selves some extra security  and with the factory right next door I can fix some of these bots and maybe even find some Pip-Boy maintenance tools in the process since that's the one thing I didn't pack." Alex says cheeringly to Charlie while wiping the last remaining tears from her eyes. "Oh goodie I love shopping," Charlie says excitingly. "Let's see are choices here," Alex said while looking into the vast piles of deactivated robots. "Oh! this is a securitron, the next line of security/law enforcement robots that would have bested the popular protectron if it spread over the rest of the country before the war," Alex says as she examines a deactivated securitron on the ground in front of her. "And It's surprisingly intact, I think We'll take the Securitron, uuuuuuuuh that sentry bot, aaaaaaaaand that assaultron," Alex said while Charlie got a big platform truck that was big enough to carry all 3 robots. After loading all 3 robots onto the platform truck Alex and Charlie made there way to the RobCo factory. "*gasp*" Alex winced when she accidently stretched her gun wound when pushing the platform truck. "Mum? Are you okay?" Charlie said in concern for Alex. "Yea I just put a bit to much force on my leg, I guess my wound is a bit sore," Alex said to Charlie. After getting inside the factory, Alex first started with the securitron and after an hour the securitron's screen turned on but it was blank and the securitron said nothing. "Now the fun begins," Alex said as she cracked her fingers and removed the screen to customize what appeared on it. "Aaaaaaaaaaannnnd DONE!" Alex said as a picture of the head of Braeburn from My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic appeared on the screen of the securitron. "Oh yea, I almost forgot," Alex says as she scans a Bookcase titled "Voice Modules" "YES!" Alex says in excitement as she blows the dust off a Voice Module she picked off a shelf titled "higher pitched southern accent". Alex puts the voice module into the securitron and it springs to life and begins to speak. "This unit is in factory default mode. Do you wish to enable this unit's personality subroutine? " She securitron says to Alex. "Yes," Alex answers. "Acknowledged, Well Howdy there missy I don't believe I've had the pleasure of meetin' ya," The securitron says to Alex. "It's Alex, do you have a name?" Alex says to the securitron. "Uuuuuh...I'm sorry this is a bit embarrassin' but I don't recall  me ever receiving a name I just known myself as a PDQ-88b securitron," The securitron said to Alex. "Really? General Atomics always gives there robots names. I'm Charlie by the way pleasure to meet you," Charlie says to the securitron. "Well pleasure to meet you to partner, but I don't now if you noticed but this isn't General Atomics this is RobCo." The securitron says to Charlie,"  The securitron says to Charlie. "Well how about I give you a name then? how's Braeburn?" Alex suggests. "Why that's mighty kind of you Alex. I'll take that name. but I have to ask are you naming me after an apple or some character from a Television show?" The securitron asked. "Television show," Alex answered. "I see. Well thanks for the name I'll cherish it for as long as a live," Braeburn said to Alex. After several more hours Alex was finally done fixing the other robots. "Factory default mode recognized, is this unit to be placed under your command?" The sentry bot said to Alex. "Yes," Alex said to the sentry bot. "Acknowledged, this unit is ready to serve," The sentry bot said to Alex. "Let's get going then," Alex said to the sentry bot before she moves on to the assaultron. "Factory default mode recognized, is this unit to be placed under your command?" the assaultron said to Alex. "I'm sorry what?" Alex asked as she was imagining how to personalize her new body guards. "Are you designated to command this unit?," the assaultron asked Alex. "Yes," Alex answered. "Understood, this unit is ready to serve," the assaultron said to Alex. "Let's go then, and I'm giving you a new designation "Sonata" its Sonata ," Alex said when suddenly she heard a noise. "Understood," the assaultron said to Alex. "ssssshhhhhh!" Alex shushes Sonata the assaultron. "unknown noise heard in maintenance room, this is a restricted area, please step into the open and identify your self," says a protectron that's walking down the hall. "HIDE!" whispers Alex. "mum why are we hiding we could easily overpower this protectron," Charlie whispers to Alex. "Law abiding citizens have nothing to hide, reveal yourself and surrender to law enforcement," The protectron warns while in the room looking for are heroes. "I want to reprogram it too," Alex whispers to Charlie. "Sonata talk to it so it doesn't notice me," Alex whispers to the sonata. "Understood," The assaultron identified as sonata says to Alex with a lowered volume. "Unidentified unit detected, state your identity and designation," The protectron says to the assaultron. "I am a assaultron class combat robot, designation "Sonata" ," Sonata said to the protectron. "you have designated yourself as "Sonata" checking known designations under said name.........designation not found come with me to RobCo officials for reprogra-a-a-a-a-aaaaam ," the protectron says as Alex sneaks up behind and hard shuts down the protectron. Before she gets started on reprogramin and modifying the protectron Alex takes her backpack and pulls out some spray paint stencils of some symbols from My Little Pony, she then begins gathering several can of spray paint around the factory and begins painting, she starts off with the sentry bot which she just painted the wonderbolts emblem over the white military star and designation number on the side of it's torso, she then moves on to the assaultron which she paints the whole thing a light blue color and replaces the U.S Military emblem with a ponified version of Sonata Dusk's cutie mark, lastly she moves to the deactivated protectron which she paints it a bright and shiny white and replacing the police star on the top of it's chest with the cutie mark of Vinyl Scratch aka DJ-PON3. After she was finished repainting the protectron she began modifying it, first she added a radio module to it's system so they can listen to the radio while on the ol' dusty concrete trail, she then sets the power level in it's left laser claw from 10 to 15 and also sets its fire rate to fully automatic, she adds a small screen below it's cutie mark that displays some bars that bounce to the beat of the music being played, she lastly removes the right laser claw and using some scrap reinforced metal and an old radio speaker and raised the bass to a specific frequency so it can push back targets. After everything has been done Alex reactivated the protectron. "Beginning startup sequence, unknown hardware detected, flashing operational subroutines, left laser claw operational, radio signals detected, radio module operational, right bass cannon operational, start up sequence complete. Greetings are you my friend? " The protectron said with bars on the screen on his torso jumping as he spoke. "Hell yes!" Alex said with extreme excitement. "Confirmed, what are my orders?" the protectron asked. "For one you will now be known as DJ P-TRON and as for two you have a new job, your job is that you are my bodyguard," Alex said to the DJ P-TRON. "Understood," DJ P-TRON said to Alex "Oh my god this is soooo AWESOME!" Alex screamed while unaware of the danger lurking just outside the factory. "What the fuck was that?" asked a raider to his companions before he looked up to the window to see Alex ducking behind the bottom of the window to stay out of sight. "Oh fuck I think he saw me.....there were severed hands tied to his belt!!!!" Alex said while trying to keep herself from panicking. "Oh I seen you, ya little bitch. If ya come out here quietly and ya don't give us any trouble I promise we will go easy on ya and just sell ya off to the Legion or the Fiends who ever is looking to buy," "Don't fucking tell her that now she will never come out unless we force her to," said the slaver who was traveling with the raiders. "Guuuuh your such an idiot! you two, go in there and drag the bitch out and be careful with her, did you see that vault suit that means she's from a vault and do you know how much vault dwellers are worth these days, we will practically be bathing in caps!" said the slaver to the two raiders who are now on there way inside. "This sounds like trouble to me," Braeburn said as his mini laser began charging up. Seeing that a fight was inevitable Alex quickly gathered her thoughts and began giving the robots orders. "Charlie, Braeburn you stay up here with me, DJ P-TRON get down there and deal with the two that are coming in here, while you two, after DJ P-TRON is done you guys will head outside and deal with the others. Is that clear you three? ," Alex said as she tried her best not to stutter from the fear she is still feeling. "MA'AM YES MA'AM!" Said DJ P-TRON, Sonata, and the sentry bot. "Damn you sure know how to take charge youngin', " Braeburn said with an impressed tone in his voice. As Braeburn was setting himself down beside the open window ready to shoot if given the order DJ P-TRON was walking down the hall to the stairs that led down into the entrance area, when he got to the stairs he let out a warning to the two raiders who were already in the building. "Warning! deadly force is authorized, drop your weapons and submit to law enforcement immediately," Warned DJ P-TRON. "Yea go ahead and try ya tin can!" Said the raider before DJ P-TRON showed himself. "Why the fuck does it look like that?" Asked the second raider in the room. "I said...." The protectron paused for a moment. "DROP IT!" Said the protectron in a deeper tone before extending his  right arm bass cannon and firing a large blue beam of energy being produced by the loud bass drops of the dubstep coming from the speaker on the cannon, with his music bars bouncing with every beat before the  two raiders are crushed between the beam of fatal bass wubs and a concrete wall. "MOVE! MOVE! MOVE!" yelled the assaultron as the sentry bot mad its way to the double doors to the outside, with its twin miniguns spinning quickly, ready to fire at the will of the sentry bot when it got to the door it held its arm in front of its body like it's ready to charge and began speeding up to the door causing the door to fly open. "Oh shit a sentry!" said the slaver before ducking behind a large rock to use as cover. "Weapon systems locked on, engaging target, weapons free" the sentry bot began firing it's miniguns rapidly at any target it could hit and it did it well, by taking out half a dozen raiders but there where still several more that were firing desperately behind cover, there bullets either completely missing there target or bouncing of the reinforced armor of the sentry bot, but the sentry bot closed the doors and headed back inside to head back upstairs to cool off. "HA! We got it running scared we are as badass as they come WOOOOO!" said a raider as they all began getting up from behind cover to engage the robots and kidnap and enslave Alex. Sonata with her eye laser fully charged sprinted towards the door and kicked it down and fired while the raiders where still out from behind cover taking out about five of them. "Running elimination subroutines, weapons hot!" Sonata said as she charged for the remaining raiders and melee killed them while Braeburn was firing at any stragglers from the top window. "Yeeeehaaaaaw! That's right run little doggies RUN!" screamed Braeburn to terrify the raiders. "FUCK THIS SHIIIIIT!" Screamed a raider as he tried to flee the battle. "HEY! GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE!!!" Said the cowering slaver before the fleeing raider was hit by DJ P-TRONS bass cannon. "Check this out!" said DJ P-TRON before firing both his bass cannon and his fully automatic laser claw as the raiders disintegrating them into dust. In good time all that was left was the slaver who was cowering behind the same large rock as before he attempted to flee when the firing stopped only to be grabbed by the neck by Sonata with her laser eye fully recharged. "Hey hey hey come on we can work this out eh?..he...hey lady can you call off your your bots so we can work out a deal? hey how about you tin can what do ya say huh?" The slaver asked desperately to both Sonata and Alex who was still up in the factory maintenance room. "I wasn't programed to negotiate, human!"Sonata said to the slaver. "You son of a...." Said the slaver before Sonata blasted her laser directly into his face. "Is.....is it over?" Alex said still shaking from the excitement as Sonata and the Sentry Bot came back up to the maintenance room. "The threat has been eliminated ma'am." Sonata said to Alex. "Threat level green" The sentry bot said to Alex. After wiping the sweat from her forehead and taking a couple minutes to catch her breath, Alex with her band of combat robots headed out into the wide and mysterious Mojave wasteland after a couple hours of walking Alex and company came across what appeared to be a farm with a young teenage boy hiding behind a rundown tool shed, as Alex approached she began to hear some yelling coming from the front of the farm house. When Alex made it close enough that the boy knew she was there, he quickly turned around  and began franticly talking as if in a panic. "Please you have to help me miss, my parents are in huge trouble. please help them!" The boy said quietly but panicked. Alex told the young man she would see what's wrong and cautiously got closer to the yelling from the front of the house. "Please we gave you our crops, our animals, our ammo! FOR CHRIST SAKE JUST TAKE ARE STUFF AND LEAVE US ALONE!" said an elderly man. "As we said the Caesar is not satisfied with your petty wares this time we have come to bring him a greater prize, we desire the boy and your wench as are slaves." Said a man wearing what looked like homemade Roman armor with two others wearing the same attire but one of them had a red flag on his back bearing a yellow bull. "You can take me but leave my son alone!" Said the woman standing beside the man. "THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN ANNA!" Said the man. "We either get what we want or we kill all of you and burn your farm to the ground" Said the man wearing the Roman armor. "Hey what's going on here?" Asked Alex. "This doesn't concern you scavver, be gone or we WILL kill you." Ordered the man in the roman armor as the soldier on his left pulled out a rifle while the soldier on his right pulled out the spear that was mounted on his back. "Centurion. Adalric she's wearing a vault jumpsuit suit, didn't  Caesar say he was looking for some one with the same attire?" asked the soldier on the right. "Centurion. Adalric? Who are these guys?" Alex thought to her self. "No it is not her for one she is not male the one Caesar is looking for is a male courier, for two she does not bare the number." Said Centurion. Adalric. "We better make sure." Said the soldier on the left before aiming his rifle at Alex. Alex's quick reflexes allowed her to get behind cover before the soldier could open fire. "Unlawful use of a firearm detected, lethal force authorized, all unlawful citizens must be EXTERMINATED!" Said DJ. P-TRON before firing his automatic laser, killing both of the soldiers while Centurion. Adalric turned tail and ran. "Huh? I didn't program him to say that?" Alex said in confusion. "STOP! Evading arrest is a crime." Said DJ. P-TRON before Centurion. Adalric disappeared behind a large rock formation. "Weapons deactivated, the criminal has evaded justice, calling all available Law Enforcement unit's. ERROR! NO SIGNAL AVAILABLE RETRYING.... signal found relaying direction of criminal." said DJ. P-TRON. "A police signal really? how?" Asked Alex. "Thank You so much for saving us from those Legionaries" Said the elderly man. "Your welcome, I really dislike bullies." said Alex. "Heh, glad your on are side." said Anna. "You asked about the police radio signals?" Asked the young teenager who Alex didn't even know was standing behind her. "It's the NCR, they reactivated the police signals and commonly use them to relay orders across great distances." said the young teenager. "Now young man what did I say? we are in the middle of Caesar's Legion territory" said the elderly man in a stern tone. "But Uncle they are soooo cool and they are the only ones who can defeat the legion" Cried the teenage boy. "Will you two stop fighting! I'm sorry young lady here take this laser rifle as thanks, some Courier passed by and dropped it couple days back, said it was too heavy but it feels okay to me." Said Anna. "Thank you so much! But I have to ask, both you and Adalric guy mentioned a courier, is this the same one? " Asked Alex. "Oh no doubt he was a pretty weird fellah but funny he sure gave my son here plenty to laugh about." Said Anna. "Weird? Weird how?" Asked Alex. "Just his friends that traveled with him, one was just a normal girl but the others...well there was a Protectron, a ghoul, a radroach he kept calling "Steve", a deathclaw that kept turning invisible every so often, and an exact look alike of him who also sounded like him too but all he would say was advertisements for "The Atomic Wrangler Casino". Not only that but when I invited them in for dinner he kept glancing over at my radio and giving it the stink eye. Like I said weird fellah." Said Anna. "Any how why don't you and your pals stay for the night, we have a spare bedroom, and there's even a charging station for your bots, we also got some Mr. Handy fuel in the shed aswell?" Said the uncle. "That would be great! thank you!" Alex said ecstatically. "I guess this makes us chuck-line riders now. hehe."  Braeburn said to Alex. "Or chuck-line wastelanders as the case maybe, since we aren't exactly riding anything. " Charlie said to Braeburn. "Huh, "chuck-line wastelander", I like the sound of that." Alex said to Charlie.
