Yes indeed.

It was called Equestria, a beautiful land filled with hope and love. Through the ages, no evil was able to defeat it. From the dark pits of tartarus, to the strange chaos dimension, no evil would seem to stand a chance. It was a shining beacon to the wonderful world around.

But like all lights, it shall fade. Darkness consumed the world in the form of war, and the hope and love vanished. The hearts of ponykind was stained in hate and anger, even corrupting its three princesses. Soon, the land of Equestria was no more. Only a land drenched in darkness remained.

The three princesses turned against each other and against there own morals, proving to be just as affected as others. Princess Twilight shut herself in her castle, her faithful dragon and loyal guards imprisoned the fair citizens of her kingdom. Cadence turned into a mad mare, torturing anyone who would dare defy her. Celestia, the most powerful of all three of them, corrupted in war, would never raise the sun again and shut herself away.

Yet the light still burned in one soul who gave up her title and name. The nameless Alicorn sought refuge in an old castle in the dangerous Everfree. She watched as the Risen, those disturbed by the calling of a loved one, came up from the grave. She knew that when the throne was clear of these three poor princesses, a new ruler would be able to lead Equestria out of the darkness.

This is how it’s been for five centuries, and this is how it may finally end...

After renting Dark Souls 3 from red box for two days, I actually felt the need to make a story like this. I haven't seen many crossover stories in the fandom from Dark Souls and decided that now is the time to do it. So here we go again, prepare for a story like none I've ever writin before.
