Sweetie Belle smiled sweetly down at a parchment on the table. It was covered in glue-coated diamonds and violet silk threads that she'd plastered on, trying to make it bear the image of a filly playing with her sister, but unwittingly only making a shapeless mass. 'Rarity's gonna love it!' she thought to herself.
She looked to the open chest next to her. It had a scant few diamonds inside, as she'd used most of them to create her piece of art. Suddenly, the door to the hallway behind her swung open, the doorknob leaving a crater in the wall on collision. The boom made Rarity jolt in place. She snapped her gaze in that direction. There stood Sweetie Belle, magically waving around some ugly piece of garbage.
“Rarity!” Sweetie Belle exclaimed with a dopey-looking grin. “Rarity, Rarity, look look! I made you a drawing!”
Rarity stammered. Her head went hot with rage. “Wh- wha- you little worm. How dare you barge in here while I'm trying to work!?”
Sweetie Belle's grin got wider. “Do you like my drawing, Rarity? I did my best! I'm the best artist who ever lived, aren't I, Rarity?”
Rarity spat. “You are not an artist. You are a retard. That's what you always were, and all you'll ever be.” Her narrowed eyes scanned around her sister. “Is… is that a hole in my wall? And is tha-”
“I made you a drawing, Rarity! Look at it!”
Rarity did what her sister said. It was some shapeless mass of clumsily glued-on diamond and thread. She scoffed. Then, she recognized the thread that was thrown on with the gems. 'That was my thread,' she thought bitterly, 'and now it's ruined!' With a snarl, she grimaced and lifted her sister up with her magic. “You vile little creature! That thread was for this dress. I made this for a well-paying client who asked specifically for that thread, and you have ruined it beyond repair.”
“Does that mean you like it, Rarity?”

She magically lifted them up to face her and began flipping through them. Bill… bill… bill… ah! A letter from Princess Twilight. With a chuckle, she ripped off one of the fringes of the envelope and extracted the letter. Once she unfolded it, she began to read:
Dear Rarity,
I had a talk with our other friends about this weird food you sent us. I mean, none of us had ever seen anything like it. It was brown and moist and flaky. Again. Weird. And it tasted… well, different.
