Why Me?
It was just another day in my dull life as I continued to type away on my laptop, messaging Tarbtano or Ausbrony about doing a collab or something along those lines, trying to spread my ideas to the minds of others to give inspiration or just something to do.
"Seriously, I need something to make this day little more interesting or I'm going to lose my mind," I said aloud, leaning back against my chair.
I was literally about to go to sleep, until I received an email from an unknown address. It was weird since it didn't have a name, but a file attached to it. I was hesitant at first when opening it, hoping it wasn't a virus or some lame joke that idiots would post on the internet. But luckily it wasn't that, but a message from.....
"Discord?!"
I was actually a little surprised to see it was from some fictional character from a girls TV show, but I figured that it was probably just an automated message that the producers send out to fans about up coming events or something like that. That or it was a prank from someone I know, but since I was bored I decided to humor whoever sent this and read it anyway.
"I guess it wouldn't hurt just to check it out, who knows maybe it's a job offer?" I said to myself, chuckling at the idea of the producers offering me a job. Yeah right!
Dear, Pen Dragon
This is Discord speaking and I have a question for you my boy
Ever get tired of dull days on Earth?
Ever wanted to have a fun exciting life?
Than boy do I have an offer for you, come to Equestria for an exciting thrill of a lifetime with a chance to meet your favorite Ponies and spend the day with yours truly.....
"Okay what the hell is this?! Is this some kinda joke?!" I shouted, closing my laptop which was something that I'd soon regret.
It was as if my legs stopped moving on their own, forcing me to face my laptop as it began to open on it's own. I was actually scared as the screen went fuzzy and two yellow eyes appeared. My eyes widened as they glared at me, I could only stare at them until I began to hear laughter coming from my computer. A familiar laughter.....
"Discord?! Why and How?" I sputtered as I tried to hop with my frozen legs, but to no avail.
"So you think this is a joke?" He said as his lion paw and eagle claw came out of my computer and grabbed hold of both my legs.
"Well than how about I show you that this isn't a joke, Mister Pen or maybe Sombra?"
"Wait... What?!" But before I could even get an answer he yanked on both my legs and I landed face first on the hard wooden floor. All I could say was that it was painful. Like really, really painful. I soon felt him dragging me towards my laptop and I began to realize what he was about to do to me.
"NO! no, no, no, no, no, no, no! I'm not going anywhere asshole!!" I shouted as I grabbed the door which wasn't my best idea as it closed on my fingers. Which also hurt a lot as well. "GAH!!!"
Before I knew it I felt my legs go through my computer. "Stop! I have right!"
"I'm afraid there's no escaping this Sombra....Hahahahah!" That was the last thing I heard before I was sucked into my computer.
Before I knew it, I came crashing down into the surface of the ground. My body was aching and I couldn't feel my hands or feet, but that was exactly how other authors portrayed their characters when they enter the world of Equestria. The sun was so bright it was hard for me to see clearly as I tried to adjust my eyes first.
After adjusting then to the light, I began to look at what was supposed to my hands, but instead was a grey hoof in it's place. That's when I started to get a little pissed. I tried to at least stand up, ended up failing the first time.
And the second....
And the third....
And the twentieth time.....
At this point in time that I've decided to rather sit instead of standing up, because apparently I can't F****** stand up on my own two...excuse me I meant four hooves. The least that bastard could have done was made me into a griffin or at least let me be a human still, but no he had to be an bastard and leave me like this. I was trying to remember what he called me, but for some damn reason I can't even remember what he said.
The only thing I have to say is this....
"DAMN YOU!!! DISCORD WHEN I GET MY HANDS ON YOU I'M GOING TO RIP YOU TO PIECES!!!" I shouted to the heavens themselves, vowing to murder that mutated goat thing or whatever the hell he was.
"Alright, if I'm going to get outta here, than I need to stand up now!" I said to myself as I tried to once again to stand up. I decided to try and do it slowly this time so I could at least balance myself first.
After a few seconds I finally managed to stand up. "YES, FINALLY!"
"I knew you'd come back," A voice called out, as I turned to see the mane six right behind me, glaring at me as if I did something wrong.
"What?" Was all I could ask.
"I going to buck you into next week bub!" Rainbow Dash said as she tackled me into the ground after I spent who knows how long just to stand up.
"OW! What the hell?!" I was never a fan of Rainbow Dash, I never understood why people even liked her, she was plain out rude and not to mention mean. And this definitely wasn't going make me like her in the slightest.
"Shut your pie hole, Sombra!" She declared as Rarity, one of my favorite ponies in the show. (Since I've written a popular and fiction about the mare in the past that is still going on today) was coming by with rope and began to tie me down.
But suddenly I just remembered what Discord called me. "Wait...I'm not..."
But before I could even explain myself Pinkie Pie taped my mouth shut. "Wow we totally took down Sombra without breaking a sweat!"
I began to shout mentally 'I'm NOT KING SOMBRA!'
"I don't know girls? Don't you think that was a little to easy?" Twilight asked. Yes a voice of reason here, please get me outta this Twilight.
"Oh, come on Twilight? This guy was obviously to afraid by my awesomeness!" Rainbow Dash declared. Hell no, that wasn't even close to accurate you bitch!
"Well now that I think about it ya'll he doesn't exactly look all that....evil ya know?" Applejack pointed out. Yes another voice of reason, thank you!
"Well I for one am only interested in reforming this ruffian into a proper gentlecolt," Rarity said, honestly I have nothing to say to that. I really don't mind that at all.
"Well really it all depends on Celestia to decide who gets to reform Sombra," Pinkie said, giving me a massive smile.
"I... Um think that's a good idea," Sweet, Sweet Fluttershy added.
Seriously who could be angry at that face?
Okay they can't seriously think I'm Sombra? I mean sure I have the same color coat and mane, but I don't have red eyes and I don't even know how to use this thing on my head. Not to mention the real Sombra go blown to smithereens.
"Alright girls I'm taking us to Canterlot to talk to Celestia," Twilight said as her horn lite up.
Before we all knew it we were all in Canterlot, with me being dangled upside down, by Twilight's magic. It felt like the blood was rushing to my head now at least until Twilight dropped me to the ground (face first I might add.) right in front of Princess Celestia herself.
"Girls what do you think you're doing to this poor stallion?" She asked, as I looked up at her with hope.
Did I ever tell you that she was my favorite princess? Well now you know.
"We kicked Sombra's but that's what?" Rainbow said with pride, only to receive a hard stern glare from the princess and her grin immediately faltered.
Ha, that's what you get bitch!
"You girls are obviously mistaken, this here is not King Sombra," She declared, removing the ropes and ripping the tape off my mouth.
"OW!" I shouted as I began rubbing my mouth.
"As I thought, this is not King Sombra, but rather a duplicate," she declared. Exactly Princess...wait what?!
"This stallion was obviously made from Sombra's previous memories when he was a kind and charming Stallion," She added.
"That makes a lot of sense, Celestia," Twilight added with glee. Soon everypony in the room began to agree.
You know I take back my previous statement about everypony here! F**k them all!
"For the love of god! I'm NOT KING SOMBRA!" I shouted, standing up immediately.
"That's exactly what a clone would say," Pinkie said.
"Okay, that's it! Let's get something straight here. One I don't even sound like that bastard, not even close if anything I sound like Church from Red vs Blue! Secondly I've never even been here in Equestria until today. I mean I couldn't even stand up straight until my....thirtieth time. And before I knew it I get tackled to the ground, tied up and captured against my own free will for no good reason at all. Except for 'Oh it's Sombra' Well guess what I ain't that guy and NO I'm Not a clone, or a duplicate, or some kind of android, or even a cyberborg," Twilight was about to counter my argument, but I immediately spoke up quicker. "OR A CHANGELING!!!"
"We know!" Every single one of the girls said in the room. I could only gawk in surprise as to what just happened, but the girls could only laugh as I tried to figure out what I was missing.
"Okay, seriously what's going on here?" I asked.
"You do realize that this is just a joke and we all wanted to thank you for writing stories for everypony here. Right?" Rarity asked, I didn't even knew that these girls knew about me. I thought that I was just sitting writing there stories when they were reading them the whole time. Huh what a twist?
"Indeed, I especially love how you created such a unique friend for me Pen Dragon, I thank you for that," Celestia said with joy.
"Wait, who?" I asked, and just like that Lord Suicune one of the best Oc's I could come up with appeared in front of me with a small grin.
"I think you do know, Master Pen and I thank you for giving me a new life....and a reboot of my story here in Equestria," Suicune said, before bowing to me, which was something I wasn't expecting.
"We would have invited the others, but we thought it was only fitting that you'd meet your most popular creation to Equestria," Twilight said, patting me on the back.
"Oh, so that's why Discord brought me here?" I asked, as everypony in the room nodded.
"So will you be willing to stay for the party?" Pinkie asked, nuzzling me affectionately, I couldn't help but smile.
"Well you guys did go through all the trouble to get me here, so why not?" After all I did ask for a bit more excitement didn't I?
"LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED!!" Pinkie Declared as she pulled out her famous party cannon.
This wasn't what I was expecting, but wherever Discord was all I have to say is thank you. And thank you all for reading my stories and enjoying them. Happy Halloween!!
