I forcefully shoved my foot into the bottom of it's jaw and lifted up the top part of its lip. I pulled out my BFG, which was found in the Advanced Research facility. I shoved the BFG into the Spider Mastermind's mouth. Holding down the trigger so it could charge up. The BFG charged up in 2 seconds, the BFG's containment fields couldn't hold the energy any longer. It released the green energy into the Spider Mastermind's mouth. A loud explosion could be heard of guts and the BFG blast as it went right through the Spider Mastermind's brain. I backed up away from the dead Spider and put away the Big Fucking Gun. I stood there waiting for something to happen, a blue light shines upon me and my helmet's HUD said, "Tethers activated" I instantly teleported back to the UAC Mars Base. I tried to move but I was stuck, then I heard a familiar voice. "It's over, you stopped the invasion and closed the portal, but it's come at a price. Argent...VEGA....this entire operation." Samuel Hayden continued talking, "You see I've watched you worked, come to understand your motivation. You think the only way is to kill them all, leave nothing behind" The robot continued talking while making hand gestures and getting closer, "...And you may be right. But we can't just shut it all down! Without Argent energy it will be worse. I don't expect you to agree..." Samuel Hayden then used the tethering system to take the Crucible from my possession, "But with this, we can continue our work!" Samuel Hayden said, raising the glowing Crucible up, "I am not the villain in this story, I do what I do because there is no choice!" "Tether coordinates applied", a female robotic voice said "Our time is up, I can't kill you. But I won't have you standing in our way!" The Crucible had a blade of red energy expand from the top. Making the crucible a Argent Sword. A sword made of Hell's energy. Samuel Hayden turned around and walked away. I started levitating up and my vision started to turn a bright blue. Doomed. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 All I saw was blue for about 30 seconds. I couldn't believe that Samuel Hayden had betrayed me. Although it did make sense because I destroyed the Argent filters. The blue faded away. I was laying in a metal cage, I quickly got up and looked around. The cage had hay spread throughout the room, in the corner of the cage was a old wooden piano. The exit to the cage was opposite to the piano. There were few candles around the area, making a dim yellow light around the cage, looking in any direction outside the cage only displayed a dark abyss. Then I heard a voice, "You can't be a human, you're bulky and your skin is made of metal!" I turned around to see a blue horse with a lighter blue...mane? I think? Or is it just called hair? Anyways. The horse was wearing a Wizard Hat that had purple with golden stars on it. Along with a shitty cape. Enough of this. I go over to the metal bars of the cage, I grab the bars and easily bend them. Making a large enough hole for me to get through. "I can't use my magic on you!!??" The blue horse questioned loudly. "Hmh", I grunted. The blue horse then started shooting small projectiles from her...horn? A unicorn? What the fuck. It didn't even damage my armor. I smirked when I glanced at my health and armor counter and it didn't change. Enough of this shit. I grabbed the blue unicorn by the throat. For some reason this unicorn angered me, like it had done something horrible in another universe or something. "Bye..." I grunted. I crushed the unicorn's throat, killing it instantly. I walked around the small wooden room. The cage took up 75% of the room. I found the exit. I opened the wooden door to be greeted by a blinding light. Turns out the small room was a wagon. Really shitty wagon too. I looked around to see that I was in a village of some sorts. The colors were very bright compared to the UAC mars base. I hate it.
