No one wants to die, and Graham was never an exception to that rule, even if he had made his peace with the idea. So when his last coherent memory of being a human is a few tonnes of American Pride slamming into the hood of his well-loved Ford and he wakes to find himself in an Equestria turned inside-out by Discord's madness, Graham assumes that his mind has slipped into a coma whilst his body wastes away in some gloomy hospital bed.

For the first few years, at least.

He has long since come to terms with his situation. He really is an earth pony now, and yeah, sometimes it does rain all too literal cats and dogs. Also, sure, the rebellious little village he somehow became essential to is almost nauseatingly thankful for his downright unnerving ability to grow produce in spite of Discord's influence. It is also slightly (read:utterly) terrifying that he has come into the custody of two little squirts, two squirts whom he strongly suspects may or may not be the only chance of lifting the inexorable doom the all-encompassing Chaos has wrought upon the planet and every single living organism that inhabits it.

Ok, so he might not totally have come to terms with it, but at least he isn't dead, right...?

This story is my attempt at an odd blend between adventure and slice of life. Fluff, light romance elements, parenthood - all the good stuff. Also, expect at least some exploration of Pony culture and customs.

Story rated M cause of swearing, raunchy jokes and unabridged hormonal mishaps, but no clop, sorry.
