Because Anon is displaced every time he is teleported, measures are taken to reduce his instability in case Ponyville needs to be evacuated due to a natural disaster. Unfortunately these measures are not successful, causing him to end up in the Dragon Lands. Afraid for his life he quickly hides in a nearby cave, not knowing what awaits him within.
