Chapter 1: Before the party starts
‘Hiya Twilight!’ I said happily skipping through the library doors as if there wasn’t a care in the world, ‘hi Pinkie’ Twilight reply’s without even glancing up from her book to look at me, ‘Watchya reading?’, I asked her to break the silence, Twilight started to explain the task Princess Celestia has given her and that she has been doing a lot of research for hours but I didn’t really have any interest in what Twilight was really doing, she just stumbled around the room waiting for Twilight to stop talking. ‘Pinkie, are you even listening?’ I reply as if Twilight wouldn’t care much, ‘nope! I just wanted to break the silence because silence is boring and no one like boring things’ I said not knowing that silence was going to become one of my most important strategies in the near future, ‘I just came to tell you that Rainbowdashes birthday party is in a few hours and rarity wants you to come to the Carousel Boutique to try on the dress she made you, Fluttershy and Apple Jack will be there too’ I said trying to hold back the excitement, I always did like to dress up for a good party ‘I need to go try on my dress too so we can go together!’ I added, ‘ok let me just put away these books and then we will go’ Twilight said with a worried face, I caught a quick glimpse of a book Twilight had been studying ‘Killer Diseases’ Something bad is going to happen if Princess Celestia is getting twilight to do research about killer diseases, I said in my head so I didn’t cause Twilight to worry more than she already is just before the party because you know how twilight can get if she is really worried, ‘ok pinkie, I’m ready to go’ Twilight said taking a deep breath, ‘okie-dokie-lokie’ I said hopping out the castle doors.
‘Twilight, Pinkiepie! About time you two showed up!’ said Rarity pointing to the back room of the boutique, ‘you dresses are in the back, as soon as you are ready come out and stand with the others so I can put on some finishing touches!’ and just like Rarity said we went into the back room and got changed into our new gowns ‘These dresses are so comfortable!’ I said with a large grin across my face ‘I agree!’ Twilight said twirling around with the perfect ruffles of her puffy long sparkling purple dress following her; it was truly perfect! Rarity truly out did herself this time, just like always. We walked out of the back room together and as soon as we joined the others they all started to stare, Twilights face went red as she smiled, she doesn’t enjoy the intention like I do so I stuck a pose to stop Twilight from felling so embarrassed and everyone started to giggle. ‘Wow Twilight and Pinkiepie you two look fabulous absolutely fabulous!’ Rarity said while prancing towards us handing me and Twilight a charm bracelet with our cutie marks on it ‘It’s a gift to represent our friendship, I have one for Rainbowdash but I will give it to her at the party’ but before Rarity could say anymore spike came crashing through the doors panting every time he said a word ‘Twilight! Princess Celestia needs your help!, something’s wrong with Princess Luna!’
