//-------------------------------------------------------// The Fable Of Cobalt : The Changeling Invasion -by Andoid- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue It was high noon, but not even a single soul could even tell. A thick dark blanket of thunderous clouds covered the horizon. And the rumbling of thunder could be heard for miles. And on the surface (of what looked like a gray, sandy and barren desert), there was a road. And on that road, there was a torchlight. And that torch was held by a magical sort of levitation, conjured by a hood-cloaked four-legged creature. The road led to a cave, of which it entered into. The cave bored into a cliff made of sandstone, of which was stained with brimstone which made it black as night. But only on the surface, and all over and into the cave. On the cave walls, there were pictographs that looked like a mural, of the same kind of the creature that of which entered. It unwrapped a burlap wrapping of wooden logs, and then arranged them in an organed-mess of a pile on the cave floor. Then threw the fiery torch onto the firelogs. After of which it pertained to take off its hood-cloak. First the hood, Which exposed its head. Its face had horse-like features, but it's muzzle and jaw are shorter than a horse's. And the ears are five inches length-wise and three inches width-wise. Their eyes are as big as golf balls, And instead of being on the sides of the head they are on the front. Also, the eye is not entirely black, it had white sclerae and colored irises of many colors and black pupils. Their manes are beautiful and silk-like, and of every color, you could even imagine. Second the cloak, which it exposed the rest of its body. Their fur is short and velvet cloth-like and is also very colorful. And they stood at approximately four feet tall, with several inches to spare. They call themselves "ponies" and "horses" but really they're just the sentient version of the kin. This particular "pony" had a singular horn on its forehead of which it cast its magic. This pony is a unicorn, a subspecies of ponykind. There are also other subspecies as well. Like the pegasi who have wings, and the earth ponies who have no odd features except their great strength. After the pony took off its hood-cloak, it used the hood-cloak as a night-cover. Then it opened its satchel and pulled out a book, and opened the book then started to read. ("The Fable Of Cobalt") the pony croaked for it hadn't spoken in what felt like eons, then it pertained to clear its throat ("*cough*, *cough*"). ("These pages have not been read or told in ages. And the pony, nigh the legend of this story, hasn't been in the land of the living for even longer than I can remember"). ("This story is about one stallion and his companions who saved their homeland, and how the world changed, no destroyed itself! nigh     deteriorated! And also why I'm here, reading this to you... even though you are dead and just art on some wall"). Then the pony turned the page and read on.
