Dear Ditzy,

We regret to inform you that Doctor Whooves has passed away. He had been suffering for over 2 months, but sadly our medications and magic were no use. We would like to let you know that  he passed away peacefully and that we tried our best to help him. This was his time to leave the world. I sincerely apologize  for your loss and ask that I'd you ever need anything we are always here to help.
