"I ordered a cake or my friend Sportsy, yet the cake delivered was made out to Spotty..." I sighed aloud softly, my fiery red bangs falling over my eyes a bit. "Told you, I should've baked the cake, not some fancy-shmancy bakery!!" Pinkie Pie yelled aloud near the phone, my cyan colored hues glaring to the curly pink haired girl in anger. "Yes I do want a refund! Unless Spotty comes here to enjoy this thing..."Click" ... Hello?" I widened my eyes in shock, hearing the empty static across the cell. Flipping the cell shut, I groaned aloud, arching hips to the side slightly, wearing a pair of faded blue jeans and a silken red blouse. My hair was a mess right now, tangled and frazzled beyond repair, nothing was going right today. "Told you bakeries are rude." Pinkie skipped over from the corner of the Band Room, just finishing placing up, a few colorful posters on the wall, wearing a small but frilly pink dress, with light purple frill around the edges, with her knee length boots in a lighter pink hue. "Fine Pinkie! You were right!- Unless you have Plan B, we are... " I tried to speak up, only to have Pinkie squeal aloud in excitement. "Shimmer. For you I have Plan- B,C,D and E!!!" Pinkie quickly darted to my side giving me a huge hug, I could feel my body almost being crushed as she lifted me high off the ground. "Can't breathe..." I gasped softly in a whimper, as Pinkie placed me down and quickly dashed out the door. "This is so the last time, I agree to be a hostess..." I leaned up against the nearby wall, to catch my breath. "Yo Shimmer! This thing here is acting like totally weird." Rainbow asked her hips softly arching to the side, a look of confusion upon her face. She wore a small pale blue top, with a small puple mini skirt and knee length red boots. Dark purple eyes watching as one of Pinkie's Party Cannons were shivering in place frantically. "I have no idea how that works Rainbow." I walked over to the side of the cannon as it started humming loudly. "Ta-Daaaaaaaaaaaaa!" Pinkie sang in a sweet soprano as a long tray on wheels, pushed through the door, filled with four types of cakes, each of various sizes and colors. "We only needed one Pinkie!" I spoke in a rushed tone, gazing over each of the cakes in shock, some where multi-layered and others were filled with sparklers or glowing blue candles. "Well I baked four! Each cake has its own personality and flavor, I thought we could start off with the "Welcome to your Birthday Cake." " Pinkie giggled pointing to a double layered red velvet cake. "Pinkie... " I felt my head spinning, holding a slender hand to my temple. "Girls..." Rainbow spoke in a unsure tone, the cannon next to her starting to heat up, a small trail of black smoke lifting into the air. "Then we could move over to the Post-Birthday Chant Cake." Pinkie let a squee escape her lips, skipping over to the edge of the roller, pointing to the sparkler cake. "Grr! We just need one Pinkie!!- Not two or four! Just one!" I snapped aloud with a stern tone to my voice, my hand smashing down to the edge of the tray, the large nine tier cake in the middle starting to wobble. "AHHHHH! The structural integrity of the tier's has been compromised!!! " Pinkie screamed in horror as my eyes widened in shock, the cake began to sway back and forth faster. "What do I do?!" I squealed aloud, heart racing in my chest wildly. "Go back in time and not hit my cake tray!!!" Pinkie screamed as she grabbed my shoulders tightly, shaking me back and forth. "Girls!!!" Rainbow yelled aloud, the cannon sparking and smoking even more. "Why are we at the Band Room?" Sportsy asked Fluttershy suspiciously, her dark ocean blue eyes narrowing slightly. Wearing a adorable off the shoulder blue top, with a black mini skirt, her long brunette hair styled in a small wave. "Um. I'm not allowed to say." Flutershy replied her pink bangs completely falling over her eyes, her voice almost a complete whisper. Wearing a white top and pink skirt. "Do you know Cookie?" Sportsy asked her friend at her side, who simply bit her lower lip playfully, her long raven hair shoulder length, with a cookie hair clip on the side, holding back her bangs. "Maybe." Cookie smirked, rushing over to the door of the Band Room, her pale blue eyes sparkling, wearing a small pink blouse with a cute red mini skirt. "Sportsy I want to be The First To say Happy... " Cookie giggled kicking the door open as a large explosion went off, cake and confetti pouncing forward in a wave of chaos. Cakes of every kind poured out into the hallway, frosting and confetti covering every young girl in the radius of the blast, a few stray balloons floating up onto the ceiling. "Birthday... " Cookie coughed out a small puff of black smoke softly, falling back and collapsing onto the floor with a dull thud. "Never again! I'm done with parties!" Sunset Shimmer spoke in annoyance, her hair blasted straight back, covered in black soot and debris. "Cakes...balloons...confetti...so much confetti!!!" Rainbow Dash stepped out of the room shivering in fear, her outfit falling apart slightly charred black. "Yay!!! That was fun!!" Pinkie giggled skipping out of the room, a large chocolate cake sat atop her head like a large hat, her outfit covered in frosting and whipped cream. Fluttershy slowly walked out from behind a cake covered Sportsy, not a drop of anything upon her outfit, her light blue gaze locking onto the Birthday girl in fear. "Oh my." She whispered. Every girl looked to Sportsy, silence filling the hallway. Cookie cringing in place, knowing this was nowhere near what should have gone down. Sportsy looked to each girl with a frown, lips pursed shut. The cake upon Pinkie's head sliding lower, plopping down past her head and settling around her neck, much like a oversized necklace. The frown from Sportsy fading, slowly forming into a bright smile. The hallway soon filling with the playful sound of giggles. The group had decided to just head over to the local hangout spot, after cleaning up to celebrate Sportsy's Birthday. Each girl sharing a sweet memory or joke of their friend, the laughter came freely and the smiles were there to stay. After a few hours each girl ended up on their way, until just two were left. "Thanks for the party Cookie." Sportsy giggled as she took a small bite of her birthday cupcake, her friends had ordered. "Glad you had fun, I have no idea how that crazy stuff went down though." Cookie blushed across her cheeks slightly. "Heehee! Perfectly fine, at least I won't forget this birthday for a long while." Sportsy smiled to her friend who nodded along. "That is so awesome!- I'll go handle the check, enjoy your cupcake and make a wish!" Cookie smiled as she hopped off the seat, swaying hips as she walked toward the counter. Sportsy just smiled happily, eyes locked upon the pastry in deep thought, a small tear forming in the corner of her eye, she didn't have to make a wish, her friends already made it come true.
