Scythes, Masks, and Tornadoes

This chapter is for Neon Fracture's upcoming Chess game of the gods story. I'm writing the prologue for her story because the god in her story, is a demi-god. ME (Mask) SUCKERS! Let us begin.

A cafe in London

Travis' P.O.V.

My name is Travis. I'm 23 years old and I live in london. I am a brony. 'Why is this information important?' You may ask. The answer to that is, you'll see.

I walked in to the cafe. it was a quiet place, only 1 other person was in there. A kid with a grey baseball cap with ears and a tail on it was sitting on a stool in front of the counter. He had straight orange hair, an orange shirt with the letters 'RTD' on it, a white sweater with blue stripes, green shorts, and brown boots stained with mud.

I walked up to a stool near him, but not right next to him, but he turned to me anyway.

"Hello" He said. His voice sounded American or Canadian, but I couldn't tell which.

"So I came here all the way from Canada" He said, answering my mental question "To collect a rare CHESS set at a local PAWN shop, and when I got there, they had already sold it. HA!" He seemed to emphasize the words 'Chess' and 'Pawn'.

"And, why are you telling this to me?" I asked him.

"Because my psychic senses are telling me that you watch Doctor who and My little Pony, Which makes you special, kid."

"Hey, I'm older than you" I replied.

"No interrupting.They also tell me that you watch Thundercats. Really, Thundercats? Not even I watch Thundercats! In all honestly who watches Thundercats?" He exclaimed.

"What? Hey it's a good show. And how do you know I watch Thundercats. or MLP for that matter, that's just embarrasing."

"Embarrasing? MLP is awesome!" He yelled "Have you ever been to Equestria? It can be pretty fun. sometimes."

"Yeah you wish. I wish I could go though, that'd be fun meeting the cast and all that-" I was cut off by the man.

"Yeah well, I'm a demi-god with nothing to lose, I could send you there you know."

"Yeah right, I don't believe you." I said.

"Believe it punk." I turned to see the man behind the counter walking out from behind the counter. he opened the door and walked out, revealing a long scaly snake tail in place of legs.

"Hello, I'm Ixu." He said.

"Hello, I'm Mask, Welcome to Equestria." Said the man next to me, before punching me in the face with his fist that was suddenly made out of ice. Then I blacked out.
