(View 3'rd person) Prologue

Queen Chrysalis knocked Princes Celestia to the ground with her magic, and everypony runs to Celestia to help her, except one stallion that froze for a second. This was not what he expected. All he did was come to the throne room to ask Celestia some questions during his visit, but instead, did something drastic to save the others.  And with one goal in mind, he attacked the Changeling queen by running strait at her, as ashes started appearing around him.  Celestia saw the stallion that was fighting to protect her, surprised at the stallion’s courage. At the same time, a Silver and Gray Pegasus, apparently sporting the zebra stripe style like Zecora, was aiming straight at Chrysalis at the same time, going faster than the wind, a barrier surrounding him. This was rare, for the Pegasus has never done this before, who had always thought it was a myth. He didn’t care. He needed to help protect his brother, whatever the cost.

Then, it all happened fast: faster than Rainbow Dash after her sonic rainboom. The Pegasus broke the barrier, doing what he called a Sonic Strike. Even if he tough it was a myth, he made a name for it if he could do it.

But this wasn’t an ordinary sonic rainboom for most. This was twice as fast, but nearly impossible to do, for what reason, this Pegasus did not know; how he did it, or why, but he did not care. His brother mattered more that some faster version of the sonic rainboom.

The unicorn’s horn glowed, and then ashes covered him, making him as gray as shadows, and making him faster than lightning. He named this the Shadow Flash, as he was barely detectible in this form.

The Mane 6 could only stand there… well except Rainbow, she was flying, with mouth’s agape. They have never seen anything like this before. Even RD was surprised, as she saw the Pegasus overhead preform the only move that could be done by the Best flyer in the world, or, in this case, all of Equestria; The Mega Sonic Blast, only done once ever in the history of Equestria. The pony’s name is lost in history, yet the spectacular move is still held in the books.

As the unicorn ran straight into Chrysalis, the Pegasus dove right into both, making a huge impact from the speed. The unicorn was not affected enough by it to be killed, but as he shoved Chrysalis, moments before his brother’s Blast impact, he was shoved to the ground by magic, causing him to land on his horn. This caused the horn to split, as well knocking out him. Right before he was knocked out, he thought “I know I won’t regret this, or my brother’s decision.” Meanwhile, the Pegasus’s wings got crushed as he smashed through the roof of the palace, still aiming at the Changeling queen. This did not make him even flinch. He would sacrifice himself for the protection of others, even if it wasn’t his brother. This wasn’t something he had to do, but WANTED to do. It was his will to sacrifice himself. Yet, the impact was enough to knock him out, feeling nothing but blackness.

After the dust settled, there was a heavily injured Queen Chrysalis, a Pegasus with broken wings, and a unicorn with a cracked horn.

“Y’all saw what ah just did, right?” Applejack asked

“Yes, and I still can’t believe it. There was never a situation like this before.” Twilight said

“And I’ve never seen A Pegasus do the MEGA SONIC BLAST! That was AWESOME!” she said as he hoof pumped the in the air.

“I am sorry to interrupt our celebration Rainbow Dash, but we must get these ponies to the hospital, before we lose them.” Princess Celestia said; looking fully recovered from the blast.

“Right princess.” Twilight said

And with that, the Mane 6 went to help the two brothers, while Princess Celestia called for Luna, to help with Chrysalis.

But, were these two brothers were more than what they thought?
