"This is my world..." a calm yet soothing voice echoed through the void of light. The world was filled with vibrant lights going in many different directions, there was all but a soft rhythm surrounding the light; both never ceasing. In the distance in a floating like state was the source of the voice.

It was a silvery mask connected to black fabric that was clearly torn in a battle or struggle. "Alone I am in beauty such as this, world of light and symphony. But I wonder what it is like not being alone, what is it like to be more than a mask of who I once was" the voice escaped from the mask causing orange lights nearby to form a circle; opening a window to another world.

"I watch them... argue, or was it love? Or possibly the fact that they live in a false reality, Is any of this real; am I real?" it spoke again as it gazed into the portal. From the portal the mask could see the inhabitants of the world, they were living happily enjoying their lives non worrying lives. Suddenly something caught its attention an enormous amount of energy escaping of six individuals that reminded of itself.

"Could they be my answers to my questions or perhaps could they teach me them?" it inquired once more making its way to the portal. As it grew closer and closer the mask began to change and alter its shape. The torn black fabric started to expand forming a body as light from the sounding area wrapped itself around the chest, arms, and legs. The light formed into silver bracers, shin guards, and chest armor. The mask was just about to enter the portal when the location of where he was going changed.

"???"

When I arrived to the new world, I could feel an aura that I hadn't felt in a long time. The feeling of life, that I now allowed to breath from lungs I once lost to time. The light of the world did no leak from many locations but instead was located in one area from afar distance that I could not reach. Then I was impaled with other senses that I lost long ago. I began to notice that I was being pulled to the... earth? The world had come out of my mind despite not knowing what to call lt.

The sense of Gravity pulled me to this ground, and touch allowed me to feel the wind blowing against my back. Then the sense that I was most indeed aroused by was the sent of dew off of the grass that surrounded me. "Grass?" I whispered hearing my voice for the first time. Southing and relaxed, like how this world started to show me. "Wonder what I can..." I said trying to summon up my magic to mess with my surroundings. However to my surprise nothing came from my hand, causing me to just stare at it in deep thought.

I began to chuckle lightly as I remember what was going on. 'So... my powers are used up? Oh, well I guess I can explore more of this world without them. Or wait for them to return, either way the longer I'm in this plain I will slowly retrieve my memories back. So I can find the answers to my questions.'

A dark and mysterious forest was in front of me. It's trees gave me an unnerving sense of emotion known as 'Fear'. I was quickly surprised and stiffed, when I heard a soft voice from behind me. "Um.. excuse me?"

I slowly turned waiting to see a ghost of my past, but instead I saw something intriguing. It was a humanoid lifeform of a horse anthropomorphic, and from her figure it was a female.

She had a pink mane that covered the left side of her face, her eyes were blue like the sky above and she had a yellow coat of fur. One interesting thing was that she had a pair of wings, making her a Pegasus anthropomorphic. Upon seeing my face or should I say mask she froze in fear. No doubt not expecting to see a faceless mask, like myself. That was when I saw the others.

There were five other mares behind her, one a Pegasus like her. Who had a cyan coat, and a rainbow like mane. There was a pink horse with wild curly pink mane. The other horse was an orange coat, and blond mane put in a pony tale. The only unicorn had a white coat and curled violet mane. The most mysterious of them was the one that had both a horn and wings. She was a lavender mare with a dark indigo mane with pink and purple stripes. "Um.. are you okay?" the yellow mare asked, returning my attention back to her.

"I believe so, why do you ask?" I responded after a few moments of awkward silence. Her eyes glanced down to the ground along, drawing my attention to find my foot in a freshly baked apple pie. I glance up to the others eyeing their glances at me with worry. "Oh, I'm terribly sorry I guess my teleportation could use some work" I said nervously lifting my foot out of the pie.

The lavender mare opened her mouth to speak but was cut off, by the pink mare jumping up in my face. "Hey I never saw you before, are you new to Ponyvile?" she asked giddily bouncing up and down. I nodded in agreement, causing her eyes to widen and a smile to grow.

"Oh this is great, that means I can show you around town and plan your welcome to Ponyvile party!" the pink mare exclaimed excitedly.

"Party?" I asked tilting my head to show my confusion of the situation, but I was too late she had already trotted off.

"Don't worry about Pinkie she does this to everypony who s new to Ponyvile" the lavender mare explained looking up at me. She was analyzing me, especially the face area. "So who are you exactly?" she asked lifting an eyebrow.

I looked up in the sky trying to remember a name for myself. After a moment I shook my head in defeat, for I lack the ability to remember that of which was my name. "I do not remember my name" I said in defeat.

"So you have amnesia then?" The lavender mare asked rubbing her chin deep in thought.

Something was coming I could feel it, it was like a massive amount of energy was nearby.
