The few spear ponies that Ray was looking at all were slowly advancing on him as he started to feel a bit of adrenaline coursing through his veins. The spear ponies had begun to thrust when a firm yet motherly voice rang out the words "STOP RIGHT THIS INSTANT"
All activity had ceased while the alabaster pony had walked with a calm gait toward Ray.

"But It tried to ambush us" said one of the pony creatures

"Does my faithful student Twilight Sparkle teleporting here randomly count as an ambush? If not then you are dismissed." Countered the white mythical pony with a slightly scolding tone.

Ray then asked "What the actual fuck, who are you and where am I and why and ho-"

"I am Princess Celestia and you are in Canterlot, and as for why and how I do not know." Said Celestia cutting him off from spamming her with questions.

"Now it is my turn to ask questions... Who and what are you?" Asked Celestia

"My name is Ray and I'm a human or homo-sapien...Uuhhh I am 22 years old, I live in Louisiana, I have a career in MMA fighting and I am real good at making music but I really don't remember too much more than that or how I even really got here." Said Ray
Suddenly a dark blue flash of light appeared and out stepped a midnight blue pony who was just a bit shorter than Celestia but radiated the same air of authority. She had introduced herself as Luna and listened to his rather short story.

"Since i'm taking this rather well, what kind of pony things are y'all?" asked Ray

"Me and my dear sister Luna are alicorns and there are three other kinds of ponies that populate the lands of Equestria. The strong earth ponies, the nimble Pegasus ponies, and finally the magical unicorn ponies." Explained Celestia.
Luna then added in "Earth ponies are strong and durable, pegasus are nimble and can fly, and unicorns can use magic."

Ray was just trying to process the fact that he was in a land full of ponies.

"Excuse us Ray but me and my sister need to discuss something in private." said Celestia as she excused herself and her sister as they were discussing the strange creature they had just met.
Ray nodded and proceeded to just wander around the magnificent castle as the architecture was amazing. He settled on looking at a stained glass window depicting a snake-dragon-goat-dog-whatever-thing getting blasted by six multicolored ponies, as his inner child pointed and said out loud "What's that?"

"That would be the elements of harmony who had previously turned our former rival Discord into stone, however he is now somewhat reformed, and the elements of harmony are the six ponies that in great times of need are called together to defend Equestria from dire threats such as Discord, Chrysilas, Sombra and Tirek." explained Luna.

"In fact we have already sent for the elements to come here and meet you and it will only be a few hours till they get here so lets just have a little chat." said Celestia

A Few Hours Later

Chatter was heard approaching the doors when all of a sudden a pink blur burst through the door just to be abruptly stopped by a purple aura and a quick apology coming from a lavender unicorn who had introduced herself as Twilight and her friends as Rainbow dash, Applejack, fluttershy, Rarity, and finally the pink missile known as Pinkie Pie. Ray had looked at them with wonder as he heard their names. He then looked at Applejack and offered a handshake which she accepted and tried to squeeze to test his mettle to which he gripped just as tight as her.

"Well you aint no city slicker from what i can tell." said Applejack.

"Well growin up in the south and rigorous training dont really allow me to be one." replied Ray
Rainbow Dash then asked "What do you train for?"

"I'm a MMA fighter, its what i do for a living and i really enjoy it."

"That makes you 20% cooler in my book but i bet you arent as fast as me." she challenged

"Well of course i aint, ya got wings. He countered to which she shrugged and nodded.
Rarity then approached him and gave him a bow to which he returned and commented "Excellent choice in style."

"Thank you dear." she replied

Ray then looked at the one called Fluttershy, and saw that she was rather shy as the name would imply and simply nodded his head in her direction. Pinkie then popped up in his face from seemingly nowhere "OHMYGODYOUMUSTBENEWHEREWESHOULDTOTALLYTHROWYOUAPARTYITCOULDBEAWELCOMEPARTYBUTWEDONTKNOWYOURNAMESOITWOULDHAVETOBEAWELCOMESTRANGERWHOSENAMEWEDONTKNOWANDWECOUL-"

Ray simply put his hand over her mouth and told them all his name and that he didnt remember how he got here. Ray then looked at the pink pony and let his hand down and silently wondered how she didnt need to breathe to say all of that. The last one whose name he came to know as Twilight was studying him and had asked him all kinds of questions to which most of he answered while he didnt quite understand a few.

"Alright girls thats enough let Ray breathe and he does need a home to stay in while he's here for he cant stay here for all the dragon council is coming to visit." stated Celestia.

"Well Octavia did mention that her and Vinyl need a little help with bills and are willing to take a new roommate."

"Then it is settled, you shall stay with Vinyl Scratch and Octavia in return for helping them with financial problems. Let me just notify them of this new 'guest'."
