This is a side story to Vengeance

Lavender is a young filly with a pony for a father and a Changeling for a mother. As a result, she is a strange combination of pony and Changeling, an outcast in Queen Thysanura's Hive. She was always told that she's too different to be part of the Hive. By order of the queen, her parents were hunted down and murdered for their actions. And then she received the worst Changeling punishment of all: instant ejection from the Hive.

She can never go back to the life she once lived. Now, all alone in this world, she can only hope for the glimmer of light that will guide her through the endless darkness. Will she ever find it, and finally get her happy ending?
