One Little Change

Twilight had worked for ages on this spell. She wanted to know how different her life would have been if there was just a single change in the past. She had seen the differences without the Rainboom so she decided to limit it to after she arrived at Ponyville. Once the spell circle was finished, it immediately activated without Twilight doing anything. The panicked alicorn was soon enveloped in a white light, then darkness...
“Kneel,” the alicorn commanded. A crop descended on to the purple unicorn's breast, causing her to moan lewdly and fall to her knees. The mare looked up at the blurry alicorn with tears on the edges of her magenta eyes. The alicorn smiled evilly and put her hand on the purple mare’s head and pulled it to her crotch. The purple mare struggled for a moment until the taste of the alicorn’s juices made it on to her tongue and she stopped resisting in favor of getting more of the ambrosia.
Her tongue came out of her muzzle and gave the wet pink lips a long lick. The taste of refreshing mint and rich dark coffee coated her tongue, causing the mare to moan in ecstasy as she savored her two favorite flavors. The alicorn decided to tease the purple mare’s and stroked her horn with the other hand. Soon the purple mare cummed as her sensitive appendage was pleasured and the mare squealed in bliss into the alicorn's muff. The cute little squeal into her pussy pleasured the black alicorn enough to reward her toy with her cum. The purple mare moaned weakly and collapsed on to the floor as her orgasm passed.
“Good girl,” the unknown alicorn whispered as the dream faded away.
Back in reality
Even after defeating Nightmare moon, moving to Ponyville and dealing with and Ursa Minor, Twilight still had half-remembered dreams of being used like a toy by some unknown alicorn. She had thought the ridiculous chain of events that was now her life and the distance from Canterlot would have gotten rid of the dreams but they didn't. This time around she could remember a small part of what happened. Twilight had played the part of the submissive pet and had been dominated an alicorn and used her as a sex toy. Twilight would never admit it, but she loved those kinds of dreams. Dreams where she gave into her hidden desires, where she didn’t have to live up to being Princess Celestia's student for fear of disappointing her.
Twilight slowly opened her eyes and noted the distinct lack of sunlight. Her mind began to wonder what could have possibly woken her up when a loud crash came from just outside of Twilight’s bedroom window.
“What was that?!” Twilight asked as she shot up from her bed wide awake now. Twilight teleported outside to see a red starred Ursa Major rampaging across Ponyville. There were ponies running around in panic and trying to get away from the angry astral bear. The bear swiped a pear cart and it shattered into pieces as it flew towards Sweet Apple Acres.
“Is that an Ursa Major?!” Spike exclaimed as he and Starlight ran out of the castle.
“Spike get back inside and send a letter to Princess Celestia,” Twilight said, her tone allowing no argument. She created a large and very visible sign that said they should go to Town Hall and hide inside. She made very bright and loud fireworks on the other side of town to distract the Ursa and it worked. When the town was empty and the ponies were inside the shelter, Twilight put up a barrier around the building and a notice-me-not charm to the barrier to keep the bear from attacking it and her friends joined her once they finished herding the town into building.
“Those fireworks are about to go out so let’s get started. Rainbow Dash, see if you can get its attention and draw it to the Everfree,” Twilight said.
“Aw yeah, I get to kick an Ursa in the face,” Rainbow Dash cheered as she bolted towards the bear. Rainbow bolted towards the Ursa and unleashed a flurry of blows but the Ursa only glared menacingly as Rainbow continued to attack the bear with no visible effect. The bear raised its paw once it was fed up with the pony and swatted Rainbow Dash like a fly into a conveniently placed bounce house. A second Pinkie Pie waved at Twilight from behind a tree near the bounce house.
“Not good. Fluttershy, go get Rainbow Dash and take her to Town Hall. Then see what you can do for anypony that’s hurt. Pinkie, I need you and Applejack to go to Town Hall and calm all the scared ponies. Rarity, please go to the hospital and get the supplies to Town Hall in case anypony got hurt and help Fluttershy when she gets back," Twilight listed off before the Ursa took notice of them and swiped a nearby house at them. Twilight caught the house shrapnel in her magic and put them aside in neat piles.
“Go!” she yelled and they ran off to do what they had been assigned. Once they were all in the castle Twilight began to cast several spells. Once she was finished casing her spells, Twilight launched herself into the air with a spell into the gut of the Ursa. Twilight put up a shield at the last second and the foreign magic caused the Ursa to convulse and cough up some astral barf, but was otherwise unharmed. Twilight managed to teleported away as it swung a paw at her, but it managed to nick her leg, cutting her to the bone. She hissed in pain and took weight off her hind leg as the Ursa got up on its hind paws. It glared at her, no longer interested in the town. Seeing this, Twilight made for the Everfree away from any collateral damage and let Twilight go all out on it. Twilight arrived at a clearing and began to gather up her magic again while she waited for the Ursa. The astral bear came barreling out of the forest and charged at her before she could finish casting her spell. Twilight abandoned the spell and hastily threw up a shield. The Ursa’s claws connected with the shield and managed to hold the claws back for half a second before it shattered. Twilight attempted to teleport as the claws drew closer to her but she wouldn't make it on time.
Twilight’s scream echoed all the way to Ponyville even through a thick forest of magical trees. Twilight was in terrible condition as she struggled to her feet. Her legs arms were shredded and her horn was horribly cracked. Her innards were visible from the massive gashes on her torso. Her legs were broken with pieces of bone sticking out and almost every other bone in her body had at least one fracture. Even in the state she was in, Twilight was still determined to not give up. Twilight put one more shield around herself and the Ursa, and charged her horn. She knew casting anything more with a cracked horn would result in an explosion that would kill her and destroy everything in Ponyville but she had made sure the shield would contain it. When her spell was fully charged, the crack in her horn started to glow and get bigger as Twilight released the magic she gathered in the one spell she knew best, Teleportation.
The resulting blast was several magnitudes above earthshaking for the one reason Twilight could have never predicted. Equestrian teleportation was essentially making a tunnel through time and space to a destination and going through it. The combining factors of her overcharged spell, cracked horn, lack of final destination and the properties of the magical disease that had made the Ursa go berserk resulted in something far outside of her comprehension, she had created a hole through space-time to the plane of abstractions. Or in simple terms, she made a hole into the place where the gods reside and subsequently catching the attention of any abstract beings that might have even been glancing at Equestria's general location in time and space.
Of the beings in this plane, there were only four that had been even remotely looking at said direction when the hole opened and so Equus only had to deal with four of these beings. Unfortunately for Equus though, these beings were abstracts and could therefore split into several beings if they decided to descend onto their plane of existence using the hole, which all four did indeed do.
In the center of a very large crater was a badly burnt and dying Twilight who laid in a pool of her blood under a fairly massive hole in time-space. The Ursa had vanished during the explosion and no where to be seen but was later presumed dead. The shield had faded away upon its creator's loss of consciousness and the forest was silent as a graveyard. It was at this scene that the whole abstract beings arrived to. they had physical forms but there was nothing that could even being to describe what they appeared to be.
"It has been quite some time since we have even had physical forms," the first being said.
"Yes. But I am fairly certain that we have all been to this world before," the being next to it said.
"Shall we split and do as we please?" another being asked.
"Agreed."
"Seconded."
The first being spoke once again, "Then it is unanimous. We shall split and see what this world has to offer once again, but first, let us see why this one is so damaged."
One of the beings held a hand over the dying Twilight and essentially took her life and laid it out like a book for all four to see. All of what made Twilight who she was, her sacrifice, emotions, flaws, doubts and memories managed to move the four. When they finished viewing the life of this pony, they decided to give her a second chance. After all, one of these beings was the Concept of Being and so Twilight's body was completely healed and false memories were given to her before she was sent back to Ponyville.
The beings, satisfied that Twilight would make it, began to split into pieces which became easier to explain. The Concept of Being split in three; Life, Death and After. The Concept of Element had split in four; Fire, Water, Wind, and Earth. The Concept of Emotion became five; Sin, Hate, Love, Virtue, and Content. The last to split was the Concept of Harmony, architect of this world, who didn't split but opted to return to her last creation, the Tree of Harmony, to become one with it.
To the surprise of none of these new beings, Sin and Virtue split once again, Sin entering the nearby Gates of Tartarus to become part of the largest thing that resonated with it. Sin fragmented into Lust, Avarice, Gluttony, Sloth, Envy, Wrath, and Pride. Virtue ended up becoming part of the Elements of Harmony gems and empowering them far beyond what they were meant for. Love went to the Crystal Empire and became part of the Crystal Heart while Hate became part of the Alicorn Amulet, turning the amulet into a crystal sword meant for war and revenge.
The remaining beings chose to remake their bodies to something they liked better. Fire became a large Dragon, Water became a Siren, Earth became a Minotaur, and Wind became a Windigo. Death became more of a skeleton with bone plates making it look like a full being instead of a skeleton. Life became a large tree and the crater was soon filled with plants of all kinds. After and Content simply faded away as they went to oversee the afterlife. For a very long time, no one would even suspect that these godly beings existed let alone walked among them except for a single statue in the Canterlot Gardens.
