In the past 70 years the tensions between the three distinguishable races of ponies grew. Earth ponies were aggressive towards pegasi, pegasi hated unicorns, and unicorns were trying to save the peace and stop the fall of Equestria. It was no use. The war broke out. Not an ordinary war, the darkest kind of war. The Civil war. Civilians were killed, fillies slaughtered with no remorse. The war ravaged on for two years before earth ponies, backed with technology of an unknown origin, destroyed Cloudsdale and it's Weather factory. With nothing to control the weather, nature went crazy. Blizzards were recorded in the hottest parts of the country, while Skin-ripping sandstorms were almost an everyday sight. The war stopped eventually, and the earth ponies, along with the ones that joined them, established the so-called Federation. However, a new, sinister force appeared, and it seems that they're the foe that the Federation has never encountered in it's short life. Life in the Federation is about to change.
