Hey guys, hows it going? I'm new to this fanfic writing thing. I've been seeing other fanfics for a long time and thought why not try writing one myself. So here's my first fanfic, hope you like it so far. If you do then I'll continue it. Enjoy.

1 Prologue

The sun was rising over the horizon, over your beautiful city. You woke up with the sun shining on your face through the window which made you shut your eyes since they haven't adjusted to the light yet. Once they have, you got out of bed, took a morning shower, and changed into your morning shirt and some jeans. It was quite quiet in your house, then again, it's always quiet when you live alone. It's not all that bad, it's always nice to have a little solitude to yourself and you have friends to come visit you from time to time, but you do get lonely. Sometimes you wish that you had someone with living you but for now, you're all alone.

You were sitting on your couch watching the weather channel seeing hows the weather is this week. The weatherman on the tv predicted that its gonna be warm sunny days all week so that is good news so far. 'Well it's already a beautiful day,' you thought as you got off the couch 'might as well have a nice walk in the park.' You put on your shoes, grabbed your wallet and headed out the door, taking a deep breath of fresh air as you step outside.

At the park:

You loved having a walks at the park, it always calms your mind. As your walking you found an empty bench to rest. It's always nice to have a gentle breeze on your face' you thought sitting on the bench watching other people at the park. You'd see children playing and running around having a time of their lives, you'll see people walking their dogs, and sometimes you'll also see . . . couples. You didn't really like seeing couples, it's not that you're not happy they found someone to spend their time with, its just that . . . it keeps reminding you of how lonely you are. That thought went away quickly when you heard a familiar female voice calling.

"Hey, Anon!" Turning you head towards the source you see one of your friends, Sunset Shimmer, walking towards you.

"Hey Sunny!" you said as you got off the bench and gives her a hug. you and Sunset are great friends even though she did try to take over the school, you are also good friends with the other girls, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie. "So how're the others doing?" you asked.

"Oh they're doing just fine,"Sunset said, "but actually I needed to ask you a favor."

You were always willing to help you friends so you smiled, "Sure what is it that you need."

"Well, you see." She started, "there's someone I know who needs a place to stay for a while and you're the only one I know who has an extra room at your house so if you don't mind?"

That request took you by surprise a little. Usually, that is not a request your friends usually ask. When it comes to sleepovers, or to stay the night for whatever reason, now that is something you used too, but this could be the break you've been looking for, even if it is temporary. "Sure thing," you happily agreed "Who is he?"

"It's actually she and, umm..." Sunset started to look nervous about something "I think it would be better if you two see each other first."

That made were quite curious, but you simply nodded "Alright, I'll see you at my place." you wave to Sunset as you walked back to your house.

"OK bye Anon, I'll see there." She waved back and walked off.

'I wonder who is this person?' you thought 'Well whoever it is, at least I will have some company at my house.' Although you couldn't help but get a bad feeling about this mystery person.
