"Damn," you said, as you clean your wounds in the bathroom, "she did a lot more damage than I thought." At times, you would hiss cause the painful stings the rubbing alcohol would make. "That girl really knows how to fight," looking at the mirror, you acknowledge the black eye she gave you, "especially when it comes to cheap shots. This is one hell of a shiner." You tried not to touch it cause it was already throbbing painfully without you making it worse, you could barely keep it open. After the wounds were cleaned and bandaged up, you went over to the kitchen to grab an ice pack for your eye. 'Why did I kiss her?' that question came back to your mind. It was like you had no control over your actions, it just ... happened. A knocking was heard from the door, taking you out of your thoughts. "Coming," you called as you walked to the front door, with the ice pack still on your eye.

Opening the door, you see your friend Sunset, and the moment she saw your condition, she gasps in shock "Oh my gosh, Anon what happened!?"

"I got into a little fight with Aria." you said taking off the ice pack showing her your black eye, "it was pretty bad."

Sunset then had a sad look on face. "I'm so sorry I got you into this mess. I should have known something like this would happen."

"Hey come on Sunny, it's not all your fault." you never liked seeing your friends depressed.

She sighed, "You know, you don't have to keep her around anymore, I can always find someone else for her to stay with."

You were about to jump at that chance but then something in the back of your mind told you that you shouldn't. "Actually," you started, "I think I'm rather fine with her here."

"Are you sure?" she said confused and a little worried, "you don't really need to do this."

"Don't worry, I'm fine, really." you reassured her with a smile.

"Well ok, but call me or my friends if anything goes wrong."

"Sure thing, I'll see ya later."

"Ok bye." She then turned and walked away.

You then closed the door then went to the living room and sat on the couch. 'Maybe some video games should get my mind off of things.' Turning on your game console you started playing, but you weren't doing as good as you use to, your mind was still on something else.

'WHAT THE HELL!?' you yelled at yourself in your mind, 'Why didn't I take Sunset's offer when I had the chance?' then another thought came into mind. 'Maybe it would have been too harsh to kick her out.' You shook your head, 'I haven't forgotten what she did to me, the things she said. But maybe she's a much better person than I thought, and besides, I did think she was cute. No, no, NO! She is not cute! She is cruel, selfish, and needs to go. But I did kiss her, maybe I actually like her. Wait, no, I can't actually...but I...I just...UGH!!!"

You were starting to get a headache from arguing with yourself. "I need to get some rest, maybe my mind will be cleared afterward." Turning off your game console, you then went to your room, then changed into some comfortable clothes, and got in your bed.

Meanwhile with Aria:

She was sitting on her bed, watching the TV in her room, but see wasn't really paying much attention to what was on. Needless to say, she was having the same problem you were having.

'WHY DID THAT GUY KISS ME!?' She yelled at herself, 'And why did it felt so ... nice!? He's just a human! HELL, I shouldn't even be even thinking about it.' then thought came to her mind, 'Maybe he might actually like me, and I might like hi as well' She shook her head and chuckled at that thought. 'Wow, that's the dumbest thought ever! Even without my powers, I'm still a fucking siren. I don't need anyone, especially a pathetic human like him. Although he is quite handsome and he's strong too, he was able to keep up with me in that little fight. No, he's not handsome! Strong maybe. But definitely, not, HANDSOME!'

With that, she ended her argument with herself and went to bed, trying to ignore the heavy feeling in her heart.
