8 Hangout and advice

You and Aria were on your way to SugarCube Corner. It wasn't too far from your house so it wouldn't take long to get there. "You know, today is quite nice to be outside," you said taking a look around.

"Yeah, I guess," Aria said, she didn't really care about how beautiful the day is, she was more focus on how to deal with her love situation, since she is new to it. She can feel her heart beating faster since their walking close together and was trying hard to keep her cool. 'Damn it, why does this have do be so complicated?' Soon you two made it to SugarCube Corner, you both went inside and walk up to Ms.Cake at the register to order something.

"Morning," Ms.Cake said, "What would you two like?"

"I'll just take a simple shake," you ordered.

"Alright, and you Miss?" she asked Aria.

"I guess I'll take a root beer float," Aria ordered

"Ok, that will be $4.59," you paid Ms. Cake and she went to prepare your drinks. A few minutes later, she came back with your drinks "There you go, enjoy."

"Thanks." You both took your drinks and looked for your friends, you then found them at a table and went over. Sunset noticed you two coming over, so she told the others and they all greeted you.

"Hello Anon, are you okay?" Rarity asked then looked at Aria with a stern look on her face, "Sunset told us that you had a fight with her." Applejack and Rainbow Dash followed suit.

"Yeah, I'm fine, you don't need to worry about it." You said.

"By the way," Sunset said "you haven't actually met the other two Dazzlings. Well this is Adagio Dazzle," she gestures to the girl with the large, curly, orange hair that could rival Pinkie's, "and this is Sonata Dusk." she then gestures to the girl with the blue ponytail.

"Nice to meet you Anon," Adagio said, "and I must say, I'm surprised that there was someone else that could tolerate Aria's behavior besides us." she ignored the glare Aria was giving her.

Then Sonata came up to you greeted you "Hey Anon, sorry about my sister, she's usually mean, but you'll actually get used to it."

"I doubt it," both Applejack and Rainbow dash said.

"Well, it's nice to meet you both," you said.

"Sunset," Adagio said, "Do you mind if me and my sisters go to a different table so we can catch up?"

"Not at all," Sunset said, the Dazzlings then went to a separate table, which was just across from where you and the girls are. You were all having a nice conversation while enjoying your deserts.

"You know girls," Pinkie pie said, "Sonata is actually really great to be with! She's really nice and quite fun. I don't know why her sisters can't stand her or say that she's really dumb, she actually a fast learner when I showed her the ropes around baking sweets. Baking became much more fun with her around."

"I have to say," Sunset said, "Adagio wasn't that bad either. I mean at first, see was pretty mad at me cause she lost her powers and singing voice, but after a while, she got pretty used to her new life. She actually became a good company around my house."

"Well, at least two of them were tolerable," Rarity said with a grimace, "Aria, however, she was a terrible house guest. She was completely rude and doesn't clean up after herself."

"I hear ya," Applejack agreed, "She wasn't much help around the barn either, she would just laze around not doing any chores, even the simplest of tasks."

"Yeah," Rainbow said, "And I can barely go through one day without finding myself in a headlock with her."

Raity then turned her head to you "Honestly Anon, I don't know how you were able to tolerate her, especially after that fight you had."

"Well," you remembered that kiss on the cheek you gave her "I tried not to think about it much."

"Well, I don't think I could handle having Aria around," Fluttershy said, "she probably wouldn't get along with Angel and the other animals in the shelter."

"Yeah I guess, but anyway girls, I need your help with something."

"Sure Anon," Sunset said, "What is it?"

"See, there's this girl I like," the girls looked at you and awed.

"Awww, you liked someone Anon?" Rarity said smiling.

Rainbow Dash smirked, "So who's the lucky girl?"

"I ... can't really say?" you didn't want them to know that it's Aria.

"Why not?" Applejack asked, "It's not one of us, is it?"

Fluttershy blushed heavily and looked away "Oh my."

"No, it isn't," you said, "I mean don't get me wrong, you girls are great really, but I don't see any of you that way"

"It's alright darling." Rarity said

"Okay so anyway, I don't really know how to confess my feelings to her."

"Just be yourself," Applejack said, "try not to be so nervous and just tell her how you feel."

"That's much easier said than done. I never actually liked anyone this way before."

"Well," Sunset said, "If you can't confess to her directly, try doing a different method."

"Yeah!" Rainbow said, "You should go up to her and just kiss her!" You blushed hard at her suggestion.

"RAINBOW!" Applejack, Rarity, and Sunset yelled while giving her a stern look, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie was laughing at your reaction. It caught the attention of the other customers there.

"What, I was just kidding." Rainbow Dash wiped off the tear that forming in her eye from laughing.

"Anyways, what do you mean a different method?" You asked Sunset.

"I mean like a way to show her you feeling without actually talking to her."

"I say you should give her a nice gift, like a necklace" Rarity suggested, "I actually know a place where you can get custom-made jewelry of your own design."

"That might work. Where is this place?" Rarity grabbed a pen out of her purse then grabbed a napkin and wrote something down.

"Here is the address," She hands you the napkin, "It's not actually far from here, just take a left, then after two blocks turn right and you'll be there."

"Thanks for the advice girls."

"Anytime, partner," Applejack said.

Meanwhile with the Dazzlings:

"I gotta say," Sonata said, "I had a great time with Pinkie pie! She threw me a little party welcoming me to her home and she showed me how to bake. It was actually easy to do once you get the hang of it. Though, I have to question about her sister, she like, the total opposite of her. But either way, it so much fun to be with her!"

"I must admit," Adagio said, "It isn't that bad living with Sunset, though I wish we still had our powers or at least our singing voices. What about you Aria?" She looked at Aria and see that she wasn't really paying attention to her, she was looking over at your daydreaming while staring at you with a grin on her face. "Aria? Aria. ARIA!"

Aria snapped back to reality and started blushing, "What, uh yeah, yeah it's great!"

Adagio looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "Aria, are you okay?"

Aria tried to keep her composure and tried to stop blushing, "Yeah, of course, why wouldn't I be?"

Adagio wasn't really convinced, 'Something's going on here, she's not usually like this,' she looked over to where you and the others were to see what was up with her until her eyes landed on you. A sly grin grew on her face as she looked back at Aria. "Aria," she said in a teasing way, "this wouldn't have anything to do with Anon over there, would it?" Aria looked at her with wide eyes, "Because if I didn't know any better, I say you have a crush on him."

Aria blushed harder, 'Shit, Shit, Shit, Shit, Shit, Shit.'

Sonata looked at her with a surprised look on her face, "Aria likes someone, for realzies!?"

"N-No! I don't have a crush on him." Aria tried to sound convincing but failed miserably.

Adagio just chuckled, "Aria, it's ok if you like someone," she then took another look at you, "And besides, he is quite handsome."

"So?" I don't care if he's handsome and ... strong ... and hot," Aria found herself staring back at you with a smile on her face and her mind wandering off to her fantasy until she realised what she said and look back at Adagio to see that she had a bigger grin on her, telling her that she just made her point. Aria gave her a death glare "Not. One. Word."

Back to you and the girls:

"Well," Applejack said getting up, "I gotta get back to the barn, got a lot of work to do."

"Yeah," Rainbow dash said, "I got soccer practice today."

"Ok," you said, "I'll see you girls later."

"Bye, Anon," Rarity said " and good luck," you all got up from the table and told the dazzlings that it's time to go, so they got up from their table as well.

"Well Anon," Adagio said, "It was nice meeting you, hope you two have fun." She smirked and gave you a wink knowing that Aria was glaring at her from behind, she then went with Sunset while Sonata went with Pinkie.

You looked at Aria and asked "What does she mean by that?

Aria blushed and said, "Nothing! Can we just go home."

"Ok," you both exit SugarCube Corner and made your way to your house, 'what's up with her.'

Meanwhile with Sunset and Adagio:

They were on their way to Sunset's house and Adagio noticed that Sunset had a worried look on her. "Is there something wrong, Sunset?"

Sunset sighed, "Well, it's just, I'm worried that Anon and Aria might not get along."

Adagio gave her a reassuring smile, "Don't worry Sunset, I'm sure they'll get along just fine.

Sunset looked at her, "How do you know?"

Adagio smirked, "Call it a hunch."
