A Multidimensional Adventure
Lack of Friends! (Prologue)
As I was sinking into the void of nothingness, I had no idea the events that would unfold around me......... I am here, in the realm of my own mind. A chance encounter, a lasting bond, lies were told. Truths unfold, one cannot see the lies without first knowing the truth. However, how does one see the truth if they are blinded lies. Shrouded amongst the mist I find myself searching for answers. A statue? A school? Different universes? Different chances even? Who is this person? Who am I to these worlds? Why is my research so necessary? I guess I shall begin by telling my tale.

As I awoke that morning, i stared around my room in a cold sweat. With a soft sigh I removed myself from the comfort of my bed and made it behind me. Heading in and taking time for a shower and the usual morning routine that you would see. However, once complete I headed down the stairs wearing my new uniform for high school. My mother was making breakfast, or at least finishing it up I should say and with a soft cough she realized I was behind her. All excited she rushed over, placing the food on the table and wrapping her arms around me.
Mother: "I am so proud my baby boy is going to a top tier school! All that hard work finally is resulting in something for you! Didn't I tell you that you didn't need friends if you were able to secure a good future!?"
I looked at her, this was the start of the day and she didn't know just how much I cared for her well being as well as my own. I didn't want to disappoint her after my father had abandoned her when I was born. I took care of her, she took care of me and overall we would always be there for each other.
I stood there in her arms caught off guard by her finally showing emotions that were not there before.
"Mom, I know your happy, but I gotta eat and get going! If I am late on my first day I don't think that would sit well with my school record do you?"
She quickly moved back with a nervous laugh and a wipe of the tear from her eye. "Yes your right! Sorry about that dear! I should get back to work now I will see you after school alright!"
When the door closed I finally sat down to enjoy my meal.

???: So it would seem that today is the day! However, who should it be? Who has the potential we are looking for.... Grounder!"
Grounder: "Yes mam! We have a relatively small list based on what we have gotten from the different dimensions. There are various versions of a few males, but there are only 2 who have no alternate versions making it possible for cross dimensional magic! Shall we attempt?"
???: "Lets begin operation Unravel!"

With the school-bell ringing, I had arrived at the Equestrians Public School! There were a few woman who stood out, one with fluffy pink hair that looked like cotton candy. Another who seemed to look like she had a more regal attire to her, and his eyes stopped at a woman with rainbow hair? How could that be that isn't natural maybe she dyed it. Hmmm, looking around further he noticed what looked like a woman with orange and red hair! Following her a woman who had freckles and green eyes, looking like she came from a farm lastly someone who seemed rather new herself. Without regard to what my mother said, I walked up to her. "Hey there, its nice to meet you are you perhaps new as well?" She seemed to take that rather well and introduced herself. "My name is Twilight Sparkle its very nice to meet you as well! If you don't mind we should get going we don't want to be late right?" He nodded in agreement running after her and arriving in homeroom as the teacher had entered.
However, while homeroom was going through the usual schedule of what we should do during the day. I was looking out there window, sorrow in my eyes and head full of ideas. The statue at the front of the school began to shine and this made me jump, a woman popped out and it seemed that she had what looked like a snake upon her shoulder?
It wasn't any normal situation, I couldn't quite explain it. The way she was moving around, her form seeming to not change much from what I can see. She had fur along her body, like that of an animal but what exactly was she?! She didn't look like any animal he had ever seen! However, he was curious he had to admit and with that his mind began to wonder.
"What is this school about exactly? What is the significance of that statue? I wonder if perhaps others know of it being some sort of weird thing? I mean can it actually be magic? Ah man, the only way I am going to get anywhere is if I find an excuse to go down there. This is a public school not a private academy so maybe there is a way oh yea!
"Teacher!" With a raise of my hand I spoke out, "I have to go to the bathroom, may I have a hall pass?" With a nod of approval I took the hall pass and ran out! Only to arrive, and find that the woman and the snake were both gone. I didn't know where they had went but the next thing I know I feel a large crack and the sound of my body crashing upon the ground. My vision going hazy as they flutter open and closed I am thrown into a sack the only words I was able to speak to my kidnappers was..... "Who.... are.... you?...." Before my vision finally bit the dust!
