*NOTE*: This story is loosely inspired by real life events, mainly the 9/11 terrorist attacks. It is meant to be the occurrence of a similar attack as it would have happened in the MLP world. *END*

Crimson Moon is a student studying at Manehattan University. She's majoring in Cognitive Science, and has gotten a new dorm room with a view of downtown.

Fallen Angel and his sister, Shining Star, are on a trip away from their home in Canterlot. Already victims of a previous attack in which their parents were killed, they've been living with a wonderful couple, and are on their first trip ever by themselves.

Firestorm is a police officer with the Manehattan Police Department. She moved to Manehattan from Fillydelphia just a year ago, and 3 weeks ago, she married a Wonderbolt.

These paths all link them into downtown Manehattan when a bomb explodes in the Crystaller Building. As Crimson Moon grabs a camera and begins to film, Firestorm provides relief effort at the scene, while Shining Star & Fallen Angel race into downtown, just to see if they can help in any way. Just by chance, their paths cross. But all it takes is those few seconds for lives to change forever.
