Fluttershy

Fluttershy went to Japonies for a chance to have a kid. She had found out she was incapable of having a child but she didn't give up and found a doctor in Japonies that was looking for a test subject for an experiment that was in this area. Fluttershy went to the doctors place which was a barn out in the country. She got there and the doctor greeted her introducing herself as Dr.Smiles. She was a bit young to be a doctor but that wasn't the most surprising part that was her bulging belly she had to be overdue with monstrous twins.
