It was a normal pleasant day. School was just finishing up and everyone was let out. The calm wind in the summer afternoon sky, causing relief in everybody as the week for school has finally ended. My best friend Caleb and I were walking home together through the residential streets. Caleb and I are both Brony’s. It started out as a dare to watch one episode, and before we knew it both Caleb and I were both watching the end of season 2 checking fanfictions and pictures and laughing at haters passing the days talking about pony’s and what if's. This day was no different.
“So what if we appeared in Equestria?” said Caleb.
“Easy you would go nuts and I’d be stuck dragging your ass outta what ever crap you got us in,” I replied nonchalantly.
“Well aren’t you a cranky doodle donkey,” Caleb said clasping his heart in mock hurt.
I merely stared at Chris causing him to laugh. It is my birthday on Saturday so I’m asking to go over Caleb’s house as I’m turning 15. Caleb is older then me by 2 months, but I make up that by being 6’ 3’’
“Well what about Saturday 10:00 am?” I asked.
“Sounds great mate see you then,” said Caleb.
“Sweet can’t wait,” As I confirmed the time. Then we both said our goodbyes went our separate ways.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” my Mum and Dad yelled out waking me up.
“AHHHHHHH!” I yelled back suddenly, making them jump.
After regaining all of our bearings they gave me some presents, which wasn’t necessary as I said I didn’t want anything, but they insisted and it does feel nice to be appreciated or recognized. The first present was a hell a lot of clothes, which I need as I am growing taller and won’t stop growing. Next was a preorder receipt for Assassins Creed 3 that I didn’t expect but wanted. Lastly was about $150 all from the cards my relatives sent me (some forgot to put their names on the cards which is forgivable as a lot are reaching an old age and forget a lot).
“That’s it,” my Mum said.
“Thanks,” I said hugging both of my parents.
“It’s okay we are happy you like your presents,” They both replied.
“Oh wait here’s another one,” said Dad, passing me a circular presents.
I keenly opened it revealing a silver striped black orb spherical object.
“Wow” I admired it, thinking what the hell it is, “Who gave me this,” I asked.
“I don’t know there’s no name on it I just received it in the mailbox while you were in school, but you know how forgetful my side of the family is,” my Mum explained.
“I thinks this is awesome, it stands out,” I complimented to whoever sent it out loud.
After that, I went and had breakfast, which was bacon and eggs (can’t get any better then), which I enjoyed, after breakfast I went and brushed my teeth. I looked at myself in the mirror. There I stood with dark blue eyes, standing at at least 190cm making it seem even more unlikely that I would become a Airforce pilot. I am wearing my black pants and red shirt. I have long legs so I am normally standing over everyone, long arms so I could reach longer then anyone. I have brown hair, with a tiny bit of blonde at the front to one side. I have much brighter skin then most people but it is obviously tanned. I then went to my bedroom to grab my stuff to go to Caleb's house.
I then said my goodbyes grabbing my mobile, wallet, the orb and my glasses and walked out the house and started the walk to my friend’s house.
It took me an extra 5 minutes to get to my friends house as I was studying the orb. I finally reached his house after 15 minutes and knocked on his front door.
“Yeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssss,” replied my friend Caleb, while opening his door.
“To whom do I have the honor of greeting into my humble abode,” he asked with a glint in his eye (when you see this he goes partly insane).
“Just let me in idiot,” I reply. He just laughed and let me in.
“So did you want to play a game,” Caleb asked while gesturing towards one of his 3 computers.
“Sure, but first have a look at this orb I got for my birthday,” I replied, showing him the orb.
As I reached out to give him the orb, he stumbled on a wire wrapped around his foot and tripped knocking the orb out of my hand dropping it to the ground, forming a crack where a brilliant light escaped from its depths, surrounding us both and causes me tremendous pain and suffering. As I was about to pass out I heard a lot of voices enter my head talking about invasion and a queen. Then all I saw was darkness.
I awoke from darkness with a slight headache. Groaning I got up and looked around, taking in my surroundings. I was on my side, and felt and urge to stretch. So I did. As I did I opened my eyes and saw two black hooves with legs attached and holes in them. I jumped up and screamed.
"WHAT THE FUCK !?!?!?!?" I yelled as I stumbled over a silver thing, tripping myself.
I turned around and stared at this thing and it stared back.
"WHAT THE SHIT!!" we both yelled and said simultaneously. "Wait you can speak," again with the simultaneously talking.
"Jayden," this silver creature said holding out a silver hoof. "Okay what the fuck is going on here," this silver horse pony with wings said.
"Wait a minute, is that you Caleb," I said recognising his voice somehow.
He did not say anything just looked himself over. Whilst he was doing this I checked myself to. I had a black body with two legs at the front with holes and two legs at the back with holes as well. I turned my head around and noticed two battered and partially torned see through blue wings with a black carapace on my back, when I turned around I saw I had a jagged curved horn on my head and I could feel two fangs sticking out of my mouth, I also had a weird tail. As I was checking out my body Caleb had dragged himself to a puddle and looked at his reflection.
He turned around and looked at me and asked "Jayden, what the fuck just happened, why am I a Pegasus and you a-aagh my head," He said then clasped a hoof to his head.
As he was doing this I saw a puddle and then looked in it. What I saw was blood red eyes and two fangs.
"I'm a Changeling," I exclaimed without knowing how I knew this. As soon as i thought about that I got a massive headache.
He looked at me and said "Why do I remember you and why are you staring at my ass,"
"I don't know why I can remember you and im looking at that thing stuck on your flank," I replied. As I looked at him I saw that he was silver and had wings as well but without the holes. They were like birds wings unlike mine. He had a blue and black mane and blood red eyes as well. On his flank was a Ying and Yang symbol. Wait, how do I know that I thought to myself. What do these marks mean? As I turned my head around I saw one on me that is an Eclipse symbol.
"Hmmm," I muttered to myself only quiet enough for me to hear.
"Hey Jayden I don't know why I know you but, I think we should work together to get out of here," Caleb said.
"Ya think." I replied.
Caleb said sighing "Come on, we need to get out of here,"
Thud I tripped over myself and and looked up to see Caleb smirking at me.

"Wake him up NOW!," boomed a powerful yet somehow familiar voice.
"It seems he's waking up," Queen Chrysalis confirmed the obvious.
"Get up now Drone," Queen Chrysalis ordered me.
"STOP!" I heard Queen Chrysalis boom.
When I landed on the ground I turned around to see two Changelings and the Queen Chrysalis watching me. Queen Chrysalis ordered one of the changelings to come to me. I just started backing off with one step for every step the changeling in front of me made. I finally made it the the back off the cave and hit the wall. Fear struck me the Queen may have seen this as she told the Changeling that was coming to me to stand down.

What, not again, I thought to myself. I didn't really care if I thought out loud now as I figured out how to block off my thoughts. It isn't simple but isn't hard, all you need to do is focus in your mind and its like a switch. Click. Apparently only strong Changelings can perform that (according to some of the guards gossip). The guards were coming to me to take me to their Queen.Arghhhhhh. Great! Geez, two things at once.
The guards started taking me to THEIR Queen along the familiar route. The caves system familiar to me, i've found out that the time i'm in is after the Canterlot attack that I remembered. Apparently the Queen had survived the blast that pushed her back from landing in some trees. She was barely alive but managed to get back the one of the hives and feed from the swarm restoring her back to full health.Damn I gotta be more careful because they can't read my thoughts and probably are suspicious about that now. Everytime that I had been with the Queen and her guards I made my thought be heard because I know they'll suspect something. Click. I turned my thoughts back on.
Entering the room gave me the chills somehow. The Queen looks hell pissed off like she's had enough of this shit and is gonna do something that will make me tell everything and end this mayhem I smiled to myself at the look of how mad she was. Well funny for me anyway, I liked this because I was trolling by not saying anything, too bad it is going to end today.Ahrggg crap, I took it too far this time should've stopped trolling at the start and explained everything. Shiiiiiiiiiit, forgot to turn off my thoughts, idiot. Oh and she just picked that up lol. Buck him in the head General. A voice ordered in my head.Fuck
A searing pain from two spiked yes two fucking spiked hoofs hit me and my head. One directly hoof directly hit me and one just grazed me. I fell to a siting position as I was in pain. Man this was just as equally painful as my back when I shattered it. I slowly started to see the darkness which meant I was starting to losing consciousness. I willed myself not to fall unconscious and slowly the darkness recided back into the depths of my head after about five minutes. I slowly got back up to my hooves. Blood was seeping from the right side of my head and the guard was standing there watching me intently with his wide blue eyes.I will have to but not now my head is making this all to hard to stand up or even see. I'll ask just to sleep one more night then I will tell her everything *sigh*.
Argh my head. We just started walking off with two of the guards waiting with the Queen and one with mem when the Queen called to the guard with me.Arhg my head I hope he doesn't mind if I trott back alone. Now that they think I will be going back lets hit the skies. Maybe I should give trolling a break for a bit. It gets me hurt. Wait i'll do one more. Outplayed Bitch.

I flew for what had seemed to feel like an hour to me but I didn't know so I decided to check. How did I check? I looked at he sun.... again.Hmm I wonder how Caleb is going. He would sure have it better considering he was a pony and not a Changeling.
The base of my wings now sore as hell made me literally drop from the sky and land on the forest floor. Luckily I knew this was going to happen and I was hovering below tree level for the past five minutes, doesn't mean that falling didn't hurt though. I fell about four metres and landed on my hooves with a thud . My fore legs and hind legs buckled when I landed, causing me to hit my underbelly which is the softest part of my body apart from my wing,. I let out an oomf as I did. As I stood up though the pain in my back from the building collapsing on me intensified.
"Oh god why," I grimaced in pain.Sneaky bitch, must've only done some sort of painkiller spell on me. Probably knew I would try and escape, but COME ON!!! Temporary healing probably unless I didn't give my back enough time to repair from the inside. Well if it's temporary healing then I just got trolled by the Queen.
I had been there on the forest floor splayed on the ground for hours. How did I know? The sun was starting to set. I was starting to get hungry to considering I hadn't eaten since morning. The love in the air there was easy to collect and eat considering it was being shared out amongst the drones. I had also found out some stuff that was intriguing. Turns out that the only Changelings able to feed off emotions other than love was the Queen and the High Generals, but it never actually fully gave them the 'nutrients or 'energy' to live on. They needed love eventually to live, well from what I picked up that is. I laughed to myself as I remembered feeding off Caleb's happiness.Means I would be high up in the Changeling rank to be able to do that. I thought smirking to myself.Should I go find some food now or rest then get something??? Ahh I should rest. So tired. Why me and Caleb, why are we hear, what does that orb have to do with anything and why am I different then other Changelings?
Darkness then Light, Darkness then Light, Darkness then Light, Darkness then Light
As soon as I yelled out the light display stopped. Then something I wouldn't believe would happen did. Light and darkness collided from each side of this place collided, then it was turning and turning to best each other and become the victor. But what happened next did make me think hard. The darkness and light merged together to form a neutral dark and light then it started spinning around and around on the spot, with the darkest part on one side and the lightest part on the other side.Balance, it's something to do with balance.
I just stood there and watched for ages. I decided to look down and saw my feet.Heh feet. WAIT FEET !?!?!?!?! Wait ground? What dafuq just happened.
I opened my eyes after a few seconds of laying on the ground and found that I was laying on the spot where I fell asleep on. I could see my forelegs in front of me with my hooves.Must've been a dream but wow what a weird dream, it seemed so real I thought whilst breathing fast and shallow.
I was looking for a civilization, and I found one it was a town by the looks of it and if I'm not mistaking it was the town that the battle was in and I was standing on the exact same spot where I fed on Caleb's happiness. The sun was rising indicating that it was morning
Okay, now I'm very hungry
A/N: Sorry about how short my chapters are but I promise I will make them bigger. School holdiays have just started and I have alot of time on my hands. But work still is a pain but I will try to get them done better.

Wow, I didn't realise flying was this easy, must've grown some muscles under my shell from flying yesterday. I thought whilst flying around the edges of the forest.Well I guess it's time to go into town and get some food (already got water from a lake). But first I need a disguise.
"Wait I'm a Changeling," I muttered, scowling myself. "All I need to do is think of a pony to change into hmmm. Wait don't I need to see one first.
So there I was trying to cast the spell thinking up random ponies. Green encased me and nothing happened.
Either I don't know how to change properly or I do need to see a pony to change and why haven't I seen any drones chasing me for?
So after several more feeble attempts at failing to change I decided to sneak up to the outskirts of the town and look for a pony. After a while I saw saw a pony with a pink mane and a butter yellow coat who was humming a tune. They had a cutie mark on their flank which was three butterfly's.
I guess she's a mare Of course she is it's Fluttershy idiot. Another voice added in my head.Am I remembering, or is SOMEONE in my head?

Hmm I think I remember her, and something about The Stare.
As soon as I thought that, memory of her rushed into my head and remembering she is the Element of Kindness. There were also five others I couldn't remember, but from what I remember the most important about Fluttershy is to NOT piss her off. The urge to hug her was unbearable.

Quickly looking away from her, before I ran out there and hugged her, I went along the side of the trail she was on away from her. The trail lead into town so quickly before I could be seen I turned into Caleb's pegasus form. Walking along the trail I had time to think what I would do. My plan was simple but not good if it didn't work out. First I would just trot around and look for anypony expressing their emotions then feed off them, but I don't know if I could keep the disguise and feed at the same time so I would hide and then feed.
Entering the town was scary, for three reasons.
I looked around and gulped. Everypony I spotted I remembered things about. Like the Doctor, Derpy and Lyra. Better stay away from Lyra. Slowly, ever so slowly I crept into an alley way and looked around for some emotions to feed on. I saw a group of fillies which I recognized as the Cutie Mark Crusaders. I remembered who they were. Apple Bloom the bright yellow pelt, bright pink mane Earth pony. Scootaloo an oranged pelt, purpled mane Pegasus and Sweetie Belle a white pelt Unicorn. She has purple and a dark pink mane. They seemed really excited about something and I managed to hear some of their plan, but it wasn't really important as I started feeding on the excitedness.
As I was feeding I noticed my disguise was wavering a little bit so I dropped the disguise and kept feeding till I was full, so much energy in excitedness. I noticed that their excitedness had stopped a bit and they seemed not excited anymore.Whoops, a bit to much. Hmm my back isnt hurting now. Maybe me feeding is healing it a little bit? Well who cares I got my feed. I'm guessing Caleb is here considering he seems familiar, but where?
I decided that it would not be a good idea not to be disguised as Caleb considering I seem to stand out for some reason, so I disguised myself as Fluttershy.
"How to not hug myself?" I asked myself. "Wait a minute, my voice sounds like hers to. Think of all the shit I can start with this."
Troll mode Activated
"Nah i'll hold off. For now,"
With that sentence I walked out of the alleyway and started walking around town. The sun was stil rising but almost at it's highest peak so I gussed it was about 11:30 amNow where would I be if I was Caleb. Lol even my thoughts sound like Fluttershy's Okay now where would Caleb be. If he got injured the hospital, but would he really still be in there? Well it's worth a try. I thought hopefully, in voice Fluttershy's voice.
Looking around town for the hospital is harder than it looks. Not knowing where exactly everything is is hard but I finally found it on the outskirts of town. I decided whether to ask or not for help, but that would just seem suspicious. I stood outside the hospital thinking about what to and how I would execute it. I finally came to the conclusion to just go in there and fluke my way to him if he's in there. What I was going to do first is go in there and tell the pony at the front about what he looks like and see if he's been checked in. So with that planned I walked in. My back which was starting to hurt again stopped hurting when I walked in.
Huh, strange
With that thought I walked out and my back started hurting again. In and it was better. Out is was hurting.
Troll mode activated.
"Pain, no pain, pain, no pain, pain, no pain, pain, no pain, pain, no pain, pain, no pain..........." I was saying when going in and out nonstop. I cut off saying it when all the ponies that were waiting in the waiting room turned an looked at me bemused looks.
I just ignored them and hid behind my pink mane doing what Fluttershy would do. I went up to a pony who I immediately recognised as Nurse Redheart and I started asking my question like Fluttershy would.
"Oh, um... Nurse Redheart.... sorry for interrupting.. but.... could I uh-" I was cut off in mid sentence by the nurse.
We entered a room where there were two white blinds covering two beds. Nurse Redheart opened the load of blind revealing a white mare pegasus, that I couldn't recognise she was sleeping. Looks like her left foreleg was dislocated or broken. The nurse then closed the blinds and went to the second lot of blinds. As she opened the next lot of blinds I saw the familiar silver coat blue and black mane.
"I'll leave you two alone as I have patients to attend to, but the others will be here soon so I'll get them to your new room here when they arrive." Redheart informed 'Silvershadow' as she walked out.
"Hi Flutteryshy," Caleb greeted me. "Your back early."Prepare to be trolled.
As he opened his forearms to embrace me in a hug he closed his eyes. I was at his bedside then gave him a hug but right before he opened his eyes I dropped my disguise and went back into my Changeling form and cleary stated.Hmm pain that aint right
For fifteen minutes we talked about what has happened since we were seperated. He talked about the mane six which made me remember all of them and what has happened. Apparently what happened with Caleb was that when he tried to run he tripped over and got hit by falling debris but that's not why he's in hospital. He said that Twilight let him stay with her but had to work it off by helping her in the library, which I answered to by saying "Seems fair,". He explained with his memory being about to remember each and everyone of them when he saw them at the party Pinkie threw for him which was yesterday. The reason why he was in hospital, they were attacked by three Changelings last night asking for where 'Darklight' (Me) was. They were about to attack the foals Pound Cake and Pumpkin Cake to get answers from the party guests but when two of them fired there green bolts Caleb jumped in the way of the two bolts and they hit him and not the foals. In this instance the mane six managed to 'scare' them off after the shock of Changelings being there subsided and got them out of their shocked state.
I went through all that happened with me from being captured to escaping and to the dream, to seeing Fluttershy and then coming here. I told him they were looking for me and that my name to them was Darklight.
"Sounds like you had it rough for a bit and we picked names that stand out," he laughed at me.
Shit I was Fluttershy before and now the real one is here with her friends. Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit. I had to pick her didn't I?.
"Hey Silvy apparently there's another Fluttershy here where where? I wanna throw that Fluttershy a welcome party to. Ohmygosh two Fluttershys at one party that would be so cool and we could also-"
"Pinkie now is not the time to be thinking about parties, we've got an impostor or Changeling on our hands," Twilight informed and then asked Caleb "Hi Silvershadow have you seen or talken to another Fluttershy in the last half an hour?"
Caleb seemed to guess what was going and quickly replied "Yes, but that Fluttershy went as soon as the nurse left."
There was relief across Twilight's face when he answered here.
"It's ok nothing is wrong here. Just a little bit of a headache still from that shot to the head."
"Oh that will clear up soon you should be out of the hospital in about another thirty minutes," Redheart responded "And also I'll come get you in about twenty minutes so you can leave, but for now I have to go check up on other patients so I'll be back soon.
She took off down the long corridor or hall as far as I could tell.
"Wait you did last night was brave and the whole town has you to thank for Poundcake and Pumpkincake not being hurt."
That explains the looks I got when using him with the disguise. He's meant to be in here not out there and he saved two baby foals. Luckily they haven't noticed that there was another one of him out there in the town today.
"I just did what anyo- pony would do." He shrugged as he was sitting up in the bed.
"Man that was awesome that dive you did though it was freakin' sweet." Rainbow Dash added.
An emotion was coming off both Caleb and Rainbow Dash whenever they talked to each other.
Lol I think he's falling for RD. Love is in the air . Well it's been five minutes of them talking I better get them out of here.
As sneakly as I could I slipped out from behind the blinds towards the back of the group where the door was and coughed lightly. Each of the ponies in front of me turned and looked at me.
"I'm sorry but each of you need to go out for now for about five minutes while I discuss some of the effects that the bolts he got hit by, sorry." I said in Redhearts voice.
"Oh okay." They all said in unison looking down at that they had to go, but Rainbow Dash looked the most down which I laughed in my head evily at.
As they left I closed the door and went over to Caleb.
"Hey Nurse Redheart, what is this about side effects you said there weren't any." Caleb inquired

Ever been caught doing something you shouldn't have been doing? You know, the one where you first make an excuse and try to lie your way out of it. This was one of those times except for lying, I ran.
"Stop now Changeling!" Twilight's ordered in anger.
Almost, ALMOST!!!
Then I tripped on my own hooves like I used to when I was first here. I went flying through the air and was going to hit the window and hopefully smash through it when a wild purple aura appeared and blocked the window and I slammed head first into the purple barrier. I slowly slid down until I hit the floor with a thud . Blood seeping from the wound reopening on my head when Caleb bucked me.
Caleb, who was in the bed still happily watching this, laughed heavily and almost choked on his own laughter when I hit the barrier and slid to hit the floor. I turned around and managed to give Caleb the best death glare I could offer, that was until I saw the rainbow blur zooming my way, the glare turned to horror as it was about to hit me.
"Argh cra-" I didn't even get to finish my sentence when that blur came crashing down on me. As soon as it hit me I felt a tremendous force hit my head which that alone almost caused me to lose consciousness, blood was now literally started to flow around my whole head, but it eased off as quickly as it started due to the hospital's magic aura the pain was still unbearable even with the magic. Rainbow Dash pulled her right hoof while holding me up by her left hoof and was going punch my face with her right hoof. But knowing me I said one last thing before it came down.
Looking at Caleb who was still watching though more with an awww shits going down or this is gunna be gud look then his happy look I said my final words, giving the best troll face I could do at that time as the darkness was creeping in.low ." And when I said 'low' I purposefully dropped, my voice to my lowest possible.
Getting an angry glare from Caleb guaranteed the effect that I wanted as Rainbow Dash blushed for the slightest second which was followed by her face turning red in anger which I grinned at. The last thing I remember was Fluttershy's look of distraught as Rainbow Dash smashed her right hoof upon my face. Grinning I fell unconsciousness welcoming the familiar darkness with my last thoughts.
Man I literally got bitch slapped. And by Rainbow Dash
Fuck my head. A pounding headache and a sore face nice.
What to do, what to do?
Oh shit, here they come.
Panicking, I jumped up onto all four of hooves and tried to run only to fall back down as Rainbow Dash flew up to me fast to push my back down. Lets just so it was strong enough to hear my carapace crack slightly, and when that was heard Rainbow eased off a little bit but enough the keep me down. It's not like I was going anywhere anyway as I felt lightheaded and dizzy when I stood up and would've toppled over myself anyway.
To much blood loss.
"Hey buddy." Caleb came over to me.
"PISS OFF!" I managed to growl at him.
"Yeeeeeaaaaahhhh, Rainbow let him go now. You do not want to do anything to piss him off when he has a headache." His voice becoming serious when he told
"Not till your 'friend'," Rainbow spat "tell us why he's here and why he's different."
Great, fucking Queen Chrysalis all over again. At least Caleb hadn't mentioned anything about me.
“No.” I muttered barely audible.
“What did you say?” Rainbow replied smirking.
“No.” I replied a bit louder.
“What did you say?”
“Rainbow Dash don’t push the Changeling to far, we don’t want violence in our interrogations.” Twilight claimed to Rainbow Dash but wasn’t worth the speech as she was ignored.
“Hey Changeling. I’m talking to you.” Rainbow informed me, pushing down my back with her right forearm’s hoof a bit harder.
“You don’t say.” I replied quietly but loud enough for everyone to hear me.
“What did you say to me?” Rainbow questioned, pushing down harder which the pressure was almost becoming unbearable.
My face tightened in pain and the headache was becoming worst from all the commotion.
“Leave him be Rainbow, we can find better ways to interrogate him.” Twilight ordered but to no avail as Rainbow was now infused with anger.
“Rainbow Dash, you’re hurting him. “ Fluttershy said with a pained expression.
“Ah’m gonna agree with Twi and say that you shud stop attacking h’im.” Applejack agreed but added "Just not yet."
“Darling, don’t let the anger rule you just stop attacking him.” Rarity added.
“I know what let’s throw him a party. Ohmygosh my first Changeling party I
Twilight was about to start explaining to Pinkie how now wasn’t the time until Rainbow asked the same question as before.
My expression changed from pain to sheer anger. All sanity I held up to now was draining rapidly.
“Do that one more time. “ I asked but with venom laced throughout all of my words.
"Don't do it Rainbow." Caleb suggested.
Rainbow Dash seemed to hesitate for a couple of seconds but then pushed her two hooves as hard as she could into my back, cracking and splitting my already cracked carapace even more, causing it to bleed red blood.
The pain was unbearable now, but I luckily had a secret weapon. Adrenaline.
All sanity I held up to this point was lost.
With a massive flip from my stomach to my back ,I turned around and bucked the rainbow maned Pegasus in the chest hopefully guaranteeing at least a couple of broken ribs, and I threw my right forearm in a massive swing hitting her in the side of her head knocking her unconsciousness with my pointy and jagged right hoof. I watched as she drifted from the air and landed with a satisfying thud on the floor.
I quickly turn around and get up on my four hooves and stare down the remaining six ponies. The look in my eyes must’ve been enough to prove I had gone insane as they all started backing down. Caleb was smart and knew to get out of my way as he was in front of me but was angry at me for hitting his 'girlfriend' I knew he wasn't with her yet but it was funny nonetheless. I smiled to myself making them more afraid of me. All except for Twilight who stood her ground and cast purple bolt at me, which hit me directly. She looked very tired after casting that spell.
I suddenly felt very weak. I collapsed onto my stomach. The others started to move back up to Twilight.

But I wasn’t going to give up in my insane state and adrenaline was still pumping through me. I slowly got back on my hooves and started dragging myself towards Twilight who had now recovered from casting her spell was quite shocked but quickly, quickly conjured the same spell again which did cause me to collaspe and stay down. I don't know if I was unconscious or just asleep as I felt tired and slowly was lulled to darkness from the spell.
I woke up in a white room. I looked around myself and looked at the partially familiar room.
Ooooo, I'm in a hospital. Hmm where's the others?
I quickly realised that all I had been through might've been a dream so I looked down and saw I was still a Changeling. I was laying on my side and I turned to lay on my back only to scream out in pain and quickly lay back on my side.
At least my head doesn't hurt as bad anymore.
I laid back to my side and I suddenly felt warmer. I quickly looked over my shoulder and almost fell out of the bed as Princess Celestia was standing there. I quickly turned onto my other side and stared at her. Her regal appearance instantely said royalty. She had a multi-coloured mane, which was moving like a breeze was running through it somehow, and a white coat. Her cutie mark was of the sun and she was an Alicorn. She was tall, very tall. One of the biggest ponies I had seen so far.
"Aww crap." I muttered to myself, not glancing up at her.
$100, says she can read my mind. Time to test the theory

She literally jumped from where she was standing. Not pleased with the thoughts I thought.

Celestia was not amused at my attitude towards the whole matter at hand (or hoof?).
"Of course I want to know. You hurt one of my little ponies and you act differently and look differently to anything I've ever seen before. You are a Changeling but have a cutie mark and a different voice to them. You have red eyes instead of blue and you are capable enough to stop me from entering your thoughts. You act differently, even for a Changeling, you have red blood instead of green blood and you have some form of resistance to magic.
"Yeh so what, for all you know I could be just a mutant or hybrid Changeling."
"I know when your lying. I'm am a Princess after all."
"Yeh, I know right?" I mumbled to myself looking down, hoping she didn't catch that but of course she does.
"Well then there's no need for me introducing myself then. So who are you I must ask."
I thought hard then remembered the name I gave to the Chrysalis.
"Darklight."
"What an interesting name how did you come up with that?"
"Well I was stuck with Que--" Realisation hit me. I looked up into her eyes and exclaimed "Hey.
"So now I know that's not your real name, tell me what it is."
"No."
"Why not?"
"Cause I don't want to tell you ."
"Well if you aren't going to cooperate you leave me no choice but to do a memory scan."
That's when I realised I should tell her some truth but not all, but the look she was giving me said don't try to pull anything funny.
I just stared at her thinking whether to tell her or not to tell.
Better decided fast, because I can read all your thoughts and see all your memories you think.

With my memories to myself at the moment I quickly thought up what to say.
"Fine go, ahead use your spell." I gave her a cheeky smirk.
"You leave me with no chose then." She replied her horn glowing with the golden aura, a bit angry that she had to go to this length just to find out something.
Let's hope this plan works. I thought with grimace as her horn touched my sore head.
The Rebirth of War: The Story of Changelings
Oh god. No warning of any pain or anything. I guess I should've expected it but the headache that went with what I did and the muscle spasms was worth it as Celestia's own spell backfired. I froze up for about two seconds all the memories of my human life was restoring itself and finally came back but the headache and spasms stopped and I was eagerly getting ready to see her memories, before I ended up on the ground from exhaustion, as paybacks for trying to pry into mine until a dark blue aura encased me and pulled me back as I almost touched my jagged horn to her head. Celestia was in a sitting position just starely where I was momentarily ago.
So close, so close I thought as the headache subsided from the thing I did and realised I was being pulled back forcefully and aggressively hurting my back. I was screaming in pain now.
"WHAT DID THOU DO TO THY TIA ." an angry voice yelled, like a sonic rainboom from behind me, not caring that I was in pain, I was quickly flung around to face the speaker..
Turning around I honestly wasn't surprised to see Luna standing there. She has a dark blue mane and tail which sparkled and glittered and look like a slight breeze was carrying it and an even darker blue coat. Her cutie mark was a white crescent moon on a black background which look liked black ink spilt on her coat.
She asked me the same question, even more forcefully somehow.
I finally replied with the honest truth with what I know or at least am inclined to think what has happened. "Well, what did I do, hmm lets see? I focused all the memories I had at the time and doing that 'collected' them into a bunch and when she cast her memory spell they all rushed out in a stream so that it overloaded her brain. It's like squeezing two things together and fusing them together to create a condensed more powerful thing, except I did this in my head. I believe it was mainly shock from the flow of all the memories that came out at once that caused her spell to fail.
She took in what I said and dropped me to gallop to her sister some five six metres away.
"You could've just teleported" I yelled at Luna, to be just ignored.
Now's my chance to escape, The pain in my back felt slightly better but . Argh, slowly.
So, slowly ever so slowly I got onto my hooves and slowly moved closer to the door.
Wait a minute, I've seen this before. There will be something on the other side of this door when I try to escape.
When I was near the door I started to put my right foreleg out to open then the door and when I almost got to the door the door started to open slowly. When I quickly put my foreleg back down the door closed. I put my foreleg up again for the same thing to just happen again.
Son of a bitch. Either I open the door to get caught or I stay and wait for the people, wait I mean ponies, behind me to recover. You know what I'll go for, the door.
As soon as I touched the door it flung open. I saw Pinkie there with a grin on her face.
This image went through my mind when I saw her looking at me like that.
Thinking what to do I saw Celestia recovering with her sister watching her.
I don't have much time. Damn you Pinkie and you somehow knowing I was going to escape. Bloody fourth walls these days.
I heard the sun princess shuffling behind me.
Looks like I'm going as Pinkie today.
With that thought in mind the green flames encased me as I turned into Pinkie, right before the sun princess turned to look at us. She got up and started trotting with her sister towards us
I quickly remembered what Pinkie said in the battle against the other Changeling who tried to turn into her,
"You look nothing like me silly filly." she replied with grin.
"You look nothing like me silly filly." I copied her speech and smile.
Celestia was watching us keep accusing each other of being the impostor. She obviously didn't get to read my mind because she would've spoken up by now. She just sat there not saying anything whilst her sister was watching her intently, concerned why she wasn't doing anything.
I realised what she was up to, she was going through our minds reading our thoughts. Luckily my thoughts sounded like Pinkie's.
Heh you don't know which one of us is which because you can't single out where our thoughts are coming from because we are standing next to each other.
That's where your wrong I'll know which is which in a second.
I stopped accusing Pinkie as Celestia called out to the rest of the mane six to come into the room except Rainbow Dash. I saw them all enter one by one. I hoped to see Caleb there, to 'hopefully' back me up this time but to no avail as they closed the door when Fluttershy entered last causing the word 'eep' to escape the lips of her mouth, either from the door slamming behind her or there were two Pinkies in front of her.
"Uh sorry Princess, Pinkie ran off over here have her senses going off saying something about a Changeling trying to escape and-- Uh, why are their two Pinkie Pies?" asked Twilight.HIDEOUS!?!?!? Oh yeah the transformation thingy.
What transformation?.

After five seconds of silence Celestia finally spoke up, "I think I have an idea that will help us decide which Pinkie is the real one."
"What is it Princess." Twilight asked curiously, seeing what powerful thing Celestia was going to do, that would determine which Pinkie was real.
Much to Twilight's disappointment she simply replied, "A test."
"And what might that be?"
Luna stepped forward to answer Twilight's question, "The real Pinkie will be able to run from this side of the room to the other while not be in pain, but the Changeling named Dark Light will be in pain due to his partially broken back and will most likely stumble and not be able to run."
At least it's only partially broken, wait a minute, she discussed this with Luna through her mind.
"Ok, Pinkie on the left run across the room please." The Night Princess asked.
"Okie dokie lokie." with that the real Pinkie Pie dashed across the room bouncing, and when she made it to the end she turned to look at me and started smiling, shaking her head up and down at me.
"You and your fourth walls, what the hell is wrong with you? Were you dropped on your head wh-" I quickly stopped muttering to myself as I realised that everyone was staring at me and that I had muttered to loud and they heard everything I had said.
"Um yes, now would you the last 'Pinkie Pie' please run across the room."
"Okie dokie lokie." I answered.
I tried to bounce and run at the same time but ultimately failed as I feel all legs splayed out due to my back pains, I managed to say, "Well I've had a good run,", as the green flames encased me to change me back to my Changeling form.
I grunted in pain as I was lifted by Celestia's telekinetic aura and faced towards her.
"Now, you have some explaining to do," Celestia calmly advised me, "We are going to take you to where your 'friend' is in Canterlot for a formal way of getting to know each other.
"Why is he there for? What did he do wrong?" I asked harshly. You see even if my friends are idiots at times I still help them.
"Well, he was different to other ponies and couldn't fly properly at first, he seems to know a bit about us but won't share much of his past, we believe he is also a Changeling that is undercover due to the events that have happened in the past week and he also knows you," Celestia replied, slightly annoyed at my tone. "Luna and I are both going to perform the same memory spell as before but together with you two as a precaution to anything else you might do.
"PFFFFFFFFFTTTTT, what can yo-............. yeh let's go then." I remembered that they were princesses so best to play along with them.
"Fine, I'll go with you.
"It's not like you had a choice anyway," Luna stated.
"Guards!" Celestia called out.
Two white pegasus stallion guards in golden armour walked into the room and asked, "Yes princess??"
"Get the rope and tie up this Changeling please."
"Yes princess." With that they both disappeared through the door and reappeared back into the room to tie me up. They had rope all around my four legs to bunch them together, then they put rope around my wings somehow.
I was grunting in pain as they were tying up my wings due to them touching my back.
"Easy guards, this Changelings back is fractured."
They gruffly replied their 'Yes Princesses' and started to hurt me less, but it still hurt like hell. As soon as I was tied up I was transported into a carriage and the sun princess entered with me and yelled some orders out to which the carriage started flying up and away towards Canterlot.
I didn't even get a say, what a bitch. She better get off her fat ass and actually listen to me next time whilst laying off the cake too fuck sakes.

I DO NOT OWN ANY SONGS PLAYED IN THIS CHAPTER!
The ride to Canterlot was annoying. I was in a carriage with two guards in their with Princess Celestia. I was rolling around as the two pegasi pulling the cart. Princess Celestia wasn't that bad but there was always the prying into my mind that pissed me off, I managed to keep her out of my head for at least ten minutes which was a new record for me. But what pissed me off the most was how the guards had their spears at me the whole and everytime the carriage shook the spearheads would hit my chintin body, not enough force to puncture me but enough to piss me off. Celestia was just watching me the whole time looking happy to herself that I was annoyed at the guards and there spears.
Not a word was spoken that trip from me. We were now approaching the landing phase and the whole carriage shock as we hit the ground. Thats when I actually got punctured from the spear causing me to bleed my 'unfamiliar' red blood. Celestia just looked at me and said something to the guards which caused them to raise their spears away from me. A saw a white coat and yellow mane, unicorn mare rush up to my blood and put it into a vial and run off with it. I hissed at her from where I was as she was running back, I did happen to see two vials on her flank, one filled with blood which looked like it was tipping into the second vial which was empty.
I gave Celestia my stare that I gave when I was pissed off that normally made people think twice. The guards saw this and rushed in and grab me and started dragging me to a room.
Don't like me testing your blood, who knows you might have a disease that could kill all of my little ponies.

With that ended I was allowed to stand up and 'untied' but my wings were still tied down.
Pfffffffffffffttttttt.
I waited until the guards were done and left except for two of them. They were watching me intently, watching to see if I would try something with them. So knowing me I decided to try something with them.
"Princess Celestia." I gasped and looked at the door behind them. With this, the guards turned around and started to bow in that direction until they noticed she wasn't there. In this split second I tried to transform into one of the guards but failed as the green around me dissipated. The guards saw the green light encasing me and raised there spears at me. Did I mention one was a unicorn and one was a pegasus? The unicorn's horn was glowing before the spear was raised so I guess she stopped the my spell. Well anyway they started speaking at me aggressively saying not to try and do something like that again or they will be forced to 'do' something.
It was at least an hour before I was summoned with the guards to her throne, and guess who was with me? Yep the guards and not just that but Caleb was with me and we weren't allowed to talk to each other yet, so I decided to brighten up the mood by emitting my thoughts out loud through my magic. The guards looked like they were going to stop this but probably realised better of it when I told them they could hear my thoughts given them a massive advantage if I tried to plan to escape. I didn't really care that I told them this as I only wanted to listen to some music out loud so I played The Final Countdown . As soon as the first note hit at the start of the song Caleb started whistling the tune and the guards were very wary that I was trying to do something but now there was at least six surrounding me, but in the end the guards weren't far off singing the song too, but they kept their mouths shut. It was something different to them I guessed and they seemed to like it. The song ended and silence followed as I turned off my magic due to us being in front of the princesses. Their eyes were wide with shock? Or confusion? I didn't now and didn't really care but I noticed Princess Luna seemed most affected. I realised from most of---- wait before I explain.

Just in case, as I was saying before I realised that from most of the fanfiction I read that Princess Luna was the musical part of the two due her being Princess of the night.
"What's wrong you jealous with mah music?" I asked across the room.
"No, but we hardly hear music like that, let alone the emotions behind that song." Luna replied hastily.
"Meh." I replied causing guards to gasp and then one to run up to me and tell me to bow before the Princess and apologise for my informalities.

Another collective load of gasps came from the guards and the one next to me started to raise his spear.
"Guards, leave us please." Celestia ordered.

As that was said all the guards wearily left the room leaving Caleb, The Princesses and I.
"Art thou ready to see thy memories Tia." Luna asked her sister, reverting back to the Old Canterlot speech.
"Yes I am Lulu, are the 'friends' ready?
I slowly turn my head at Caleb who does the same and he says questioningly "R34 bro?"
I merely nod and smile.
Celestia and Luna just look puzzled but shook it off and walked towards us.
"Ready Lulu to cast the spell?"
"Yes Tia."
For about five seconds the princesses just stood there with their eyes closed with a look of straint on their faces, until a golden and blue aura surrounded Caleb and I.
What the fuck was dat shit.
Tia and I cast this spell so we all can hear your thoughts. Only ponies inside the radius of this spell can hear your thoughts.
So Jayden which Princess Molestia should we view first? The fourth cummeth or the third sexual assualt?

Celestia on Caleb's and Luna on mine for a split second before jumping back in horror landed on their flanks (asses) after viewing Princess Molestia Returns. They stopped the mind reading as soon as this episode ended and the third cummeth started. How did we do this? We put those thoughts out first.

Celestia starts gagging and look deathly pale whilst Luna looked horrified. Caleb and I just laughed then we gave each other a Brohoof. Their was a problem though, the moment we touched we were thrown back by a magical explosion which broke the aura surrounding us and flinging us across each side of the throne.
Hmm, my back doesn't hurt anymore for some reason this is strange. I thought quickly.
Suddenly a musical beat started emanating from both of us and we quickly picked up on what song it was. We both stood up onto all four hooves and went to each other and started to sing pefectly in time.

With that I looked at Pinkie and asked, "How did you get here?"
"I had to repair the 4th wall you silly filly." She replied then bounced out of Canterlot presumably to Ponyville.

"Yeh that it is and also I think we may have discovered a new power."
"Awesome."
I turned around and saw two guards running off with green flames around them, but not hurting them. Caleb and I slowly started to back away from the princesses who were still staring like they couldn't process what was happening.
"Oii Caleb." I whispered to him.
"Yeh." He whispered back
"Did you see the green flames around the two guards that ran off?"
"Yeh I did." He replied.
We had reached the doors and had started running when the guards and princesses broke out of their trances. The guards quickly caught up to us and we had reached the end of the hall. Caleb and I had ditched running and started flying but he was flying alot slower for some reason.
"HURRY UP MAN!!!" I yelled at him over the thudding of guards.
"I can't, I haven't been flying for very long and just learned how to fly in the sky." He replied panting.
"THEN RUN!"
So he started running and managed to recover the distance lost. We jumped out of the entrance of the castle to be stopped by a hell of alot Changelings. One stood out above the rest.
"What the fuck." I stated.
I heard cackling then a familiar female voice talking, saying, "Well well, Dark Light so glad you could join us."
"Oh shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit." I swore seeing Queen Chrysalis standing tall in front of all the Changelings while Royal guards funneled out behind us.

A/N: Just a warning note to all that this is probably going to be my last chapter that doesn't envolve gore and that the chapters upcoming will start to contain alot of gore. Also sorry it took so long, I had it saved but my laptop can't open it so I kinda had to rewrite this chapter. But please enjoy.

Caleb and I were back to back, he was facing the guards and I was facing the Changelings. All around us was the enemy. Amongst the Changelings I could see several normal ponies covered in green flames nonstop but not changing or being affected by the flames. Behind me I heard the gasp of the guards and a yell of one of them. In an instant the guards equally had the same amount as the Changelings. There was only about 50 Changelings and 50 ponies. Celestia and Luna were now outside of their throne looking in shock at the Changelings. Nothing was said between the princesses and the 'Queen', though she was staring at me intently.

With that thought out of mind Caleb and I did a charge to our right so we could get out of town. We knocked over many so ponies and Changelings along the way. He knocked over about 0 and I knocked over 0. We got recaptured as soon we bolted.......
The Princesses took me and Bitchy got Caleb.
The Princesses spoke up and asked with anger along their words, not hatred, but anger "What are you doing here Chrysalis?"
"IT'S QUEEN CHRYSALIS TO YOU," The bitch boomed. "I am here to reclaim one of my subjects that you have captured."
"Why would we let you take him back, and why would you come to get him instead of all the other Changelings captured? Celestia asked Queen Chrysalis.
"You shall give me him or I'll end one of your subjects lives here," She nodded at Caleb, "And it's none of your business princess." She spat out the last word.
The princesses then began speaking to each other rapidly but quietly so I couldn't hear them. I did pick up a few words such as 'bad impression on us', 'we will might have to' and 'better reason'.
Princess Luna then spoke up after saying "We will agree to your circumstances if you give us one good reason to why this Changeling of yours is so important."
The Queen looked at me then looked back to the Princesses and said something that blew my balls off me, in a good way or bad way I didn't know, she also had a troll face on. "He's one of my breeders."
Use my own date thing against me.
"Jayden and Chissy sitting in a tree, f-u-c-" Caleb started.
"DON'T YOU DARE FUCKING FINISH THAT." I roared at him.
"k-i-n-g." He finished laughing.
"Oh your dead now."
But before I could do anything I was stopped by Princess Celestia's magic which I resisted against until Luna started helping.
"So how do we go about this trade?" Celestia asked completely ignoring me.
"We will send them both over at the same time."
Queen Chrysalis just nodded.

At three Caleb and I were both literally flung over to the other sides. Caleb landed next to Celestia and I landed on Chissy's back.
"I see you are already riding her?" Caleb asked laughing.
"At least I can get to that stage." I muttered just loud enough for him to hear me.
Caleb was choking on something, somehow, whilst Queen Chrysalis didn't look offended or anything but went back to talking to the Princesses, "We will now leave with what we wanted."
"This was an invasion on our land Queen Chrysalis, how do you expect to just walk out of here?" Luna asked.
"I'm not going to walk on out of here," She replied when she turned into a Pegasus with a dark blue coat and flew like hell along with the other Changeling back towards the Everfree forest. "I'm going to fly."
I noticed that the sun had just set and that there were still Changelings at the place but with green fire around them.
I was still on the Queen when she started flying and I was hanging on to her neck with my hindlegs flailing in the air.
"SEE YA LATER DIPSHIT." I yelled towards Caleb before we were to far away to yell.
We had been flying for a very long time until I noticed a familiar forest setting below me after a long time of flight. I saw the hive that I was originally taken to when I first ended up in Equestria as the Queen and I were flying. She turned around then landed on the hive and once we landed she flipped me over here head and I landed on my back with a thud .
Ahhh, good old fashioned torture memories.

"If your going to be like that." The Queen grumbled.
I was surrounded by her Changelings and 'recaptured' by force when I didn't event try to escape.
"Argh you bitch."
I was taken back into the underground caves, through an entrance on the floor. Everything was dark in there except for the moonlight that was coming in through the holes in the ground above. Everything was quiet, except for the rustle of Changelings resting, until the Queen broke the silence.
"Since we can't find out about you or why your really here, except that pegasus I assume is your friend that called you 'Jayden' instead of Dark Light, we will do what we do to normal drones like you."
"And what is that Chissy." I asked in mock fear.
"We are going to rid you of your empathy sickness."
I felt my heart stop beating, well I think it is a heart anyway, I didn't exactly know what they did to you to rid you of empathy sickness because I didn't know if the fanfictions were right or wrong about empathy sickness being real, but turns out that it is real and I've read enough stories to know that it is not good at all.
"When?" I asked fearfully because I didn't know what was going to happen this time. This wasn't the oh shit fear though, this was the fear of not knowing what was going to happen.
"Tomorrow morning," She stated smirking, probably tasting the fear I was emitting, "Also you are to sleep in my chambers tonight so I can monitor you and see if you try to escape."
To say I was shocked was an understatement, to say I was dead was not.
"Bubububububut -"
"No buts, get in my chambers NOW!" She raged the last part.
"Yes mistress." I laughed to myself but still fearful of my safety.
I ended up going to sleep on the floor about 5 metres away from the Queen and hoping she would keep her distance away from me even.
I woke up to a prod in my followed by some sort of punch that hurt like a bitch.
"FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!" I yelled out in pain and jumped onto all fours, but noticing that my back still wasn't hurting.
"YOU MUTANT FOOL, MOVE TO THE EMPATHY TREATMENT ROOM NOW!" I saw a guard yell out me, and the same one who punched me. He looked of high rank due to he was in the Queen's chambers and he had armour. Speaking of the Queen I couldn't see her.
"But I don't kn-" I tried to ask but was cut off with a "MOVE!"
The guard walked out whilst looking over his shoulders at me so I took it as follow me, which I was correct....... for once.....
We walked past the sleeping areas of the hive and I looked up out of one of the holes to see it was still dark outside, but was starting to light up.
Morning probably. I thought to myself.
We walked for about 10-15 minutes a very far area away from the other Changelings. We soon entered a very dark room with one entrance and which I couldn't see anything in front of me anymore. I hear a chuckling behind me as the entrance is covered by something and I realised that nothing seemed to be in the room with me, until I heard Queen Chrysalis' voice.
"It's time to get rid of your empathy sickness, muahahaahah." The evil laughing started to subside as I felt the walls enclosing on me.
"Ahhh crap." Was all I could get out before the treatment began.

The walls around me seemed to press against me, well at least I thought they were walls. My breathing was becoming shallower and shallower. Something seemed to creep into the sides of my vision, it's was darker darkness?
How is that even possible?
It was a different darkness something that I could count on, it was comforting. I didn't know how darkness could comfort but it was. Infact I could swear the closing walls feeling around me was being pushed away from something within me. It felt weird.
Hmm, interesting...
Then the old darkness came back as soon as the good one left. I could feel myself shrinking. Somehow.... The darkness then expanded into light in my vision, but this light was evil. There were images of ponies killing Changelings, vice versa, and there was ponies killing each other and Changelings fighting amongst themselves, but they didn't affect me as one might think. Well that was before the fighting turned to death with even more then images when they turned to 'footage' of the events. This unnerved me as I wasn't used to seeing this much death. This went on for what felt like hours but I could tell this was only a couple of seconds. What annoyed me alot was that I couldn't avert my eyes or close them and the air around my was very chilly.
This is very..... sad....
When I thought that though the images reformed and three separate ones were introduced to me repeatedly which made me saddened alot then very rageful. The first picture was and Alicorn and I staring at each other. The Alicorn looked male and had a silver coat with a blue and black mane, he had red eyes as well. I then looked 'me' who looked different though to what I did at the moment, I was HUGE and looked very spiteful there were different features to me like I had two sets of wings on me instead of one and I had a bigger horn. I was also wearing some sort of chintin armour all over my body, the Alicorn was as big as me almost. 'I' was angry but he wasn't, he seemed surprised....? That didn't make me angry though. The next one was of me with blood all over me. That pissed me off because I wouldn't think of killing anything........ well..... without a reason anyway. The third picture was actually a video and was the most vivid and caused me to flinch. It was me standing over a rugged corpse with blood all over me. All around the video there was darkness but the only place visible was the center where 'I' was standing. I looked at the body very carefully trying to pick out details that could give away who it was. It was the same Alicorn from before and I just realised he was breathing still, he also had armour which I carefully looked over. He looked up to me and said something which I couldn't hear because I was intently studying the armour. Then I hit the flank piece, which had the Ying and Yang symbol on it.
Must be his cutie mark.
I shrugged this off, until I realised.
Wait a second.
(Processing, 3, 2, 1. Processing complete.)
Realisation dawned on me.
That is Caleb's mark, so it must be Caleb? I don't know if it's him or not as we look so different?
I suddenly seemed to lift my right foreleg up and I felt a sudden rage burn within me.
Wait why am I angry for?
I suddenly brought my hoof down slamming it against Caleb's?, skull instantly crushing it and by the looks of it killed him.
Good, he's dead. Wait why is it good for I THINK I JUST KILLED MY BEST FRIEND, REGARDLESS I JUST KILLED?!?!!?
I suddenly felt myself breaking down.
WHY DID I KILL HIM?!?!?!? NO NO NO THIS IS JUST THE TREATMENT GET OUT OF MY HEAD YOU FUCKING BITCH I'M GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU REPEATEDLY!!! GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HEAD NOW!!!
I felt a power on my horn start channeling and looked up through my teary eyes. I realised I was still in the replays again. I actually managed to yell this time with my mouth.
"I SAID GET THE FUCK OUT!" I roared menacingly.
All of a sudden an aura encased my horn and a melody started playing. I was trying to calm myself but it wasn't working so a familiar song started playing
The one minute instrumental intro finished then the vocals kicked in perfectly.
"NIGHTMAAAAAARRRREEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now your nightmare comes to life".

I started smashing everything around me, casting green fire bolts from my horn adding to the already burning environment and running up to the darkness and buck it and colliding with it. It was a wall to my 'visions' and I just had to GET THE FUCK OUT OF THERE. I started throw hooks, somehow standing on my hind legs for a good 10 seconds each time. The darkness seemed to start to crack, seams appearing all around the vision. The floors were cracking and the sky was cracking as well as I just hit everything I could see. I could see the evil light seeping in through the cracks in a flow filling up the vision as I was in.
As I was hoof deep in it I yelled out "COME AND GET ME YOU BITCH!" and started laughing to the next part of the song as it continued and I was back to singing the vocals. The 'liquid' light filling steadily rising.

I just laughed maniacally until the light was half up to my chest/ torso high. It was like it was baking me very slowly, I swear it was almost liquid to. I cool feel a light headache coming on and a warm substance dripping out of my muzzle. I don't know how I could feel it through my armoured body but I could feel it. I heard the Queen's voice after 20 seconds wondering what the fuck to do.
Well this is different, some actual serious resistance, and I am having trouble holding this spell. Today's session is over. And how are there emotions coming off him....? She announced to no one in particular.
I was still raging until I felt the world going dark again and walls closing on me and the light disappearing from where I was to be replaced with the bad darkness again.
What did she mean today's?!?! Oh hell no, no, no more sessions.
Oh there will always be more sessions until you're reformed back into the hive. She cackled out loud with it echoing as I found my self awake on my side in that cave, not moving, as the entrance was reopened by another Changeling, different from the one who closed it. It's voice was the feminine one I heard after the town hall collapsed onto me.
"I trust the treatment went well my Queen." She said bowing.
"I'm afraid this one," she pointed at me, "will take some serious time to fix."
Wait, where the fuck did she come from?!?!?
"Yes Queen." The female Changeling stated before walking over to me.
"You get up, now."
I could barely move probably due to the song and all of my energy being used up but I managed to get to my hooves before collapsing.
"GET UP NOW!" she yelled.
Oh how I tried and tried, but I just couldn't. When I went down for the third time, I felt my hard shell on my right foreleg wipe across my muzzle. As it did I looked down at it and saw red liquid coming on it.
Blood? My headache was worsening as I thought of this.
The blood was starting to slow down but, I passed out from having blood from brain, dripping out of my muzzle.
My last thoughts were, I wonder what happened with the blood from me the pony took earlier andsafjosgwfijoagvsenijvoaerwinogkvpf
I think I lost it at the last word I thought. Wait is it even a word?
Meanwhile, in the Canterlot research lab. The mare Bloody Vials had concluded her results on the blood tests. Her hypothesis was awkwardly wrong from what she had suspected. She suspected it be blood from a normal pony, maybe a cross between Changeling and Pony, but not what she found out.
"I've got to tell Princess Celestia." She stated to her self solemnly, moving quickly to her designated target. Princess Celestia.
Her results for the blood test was not even remotely Equine. It was something different.
This is going to require multiple blood tests from different species. She thought to herself.
A/N: DUN DUN DUN. I felt like this chapter was a bit off, but I'll 'try' to make it up next chapter. I'm hoping to go to 5k word chapters now and am maybe just typing this nonsense so I can breach the 2k word limit right now. Note to Self: To keep me sane in my most insane times, lets see if remembering these will help me. Store in one of the most protective part of the brain, which will only be brought out in dire situations, along with actual homeworld and form.
Year One:
Mental Journal/Diary Entry One:
The treatments have been progressing every single day for at least half and hour. The first treatment I was in, I found out that I kinda was destroying my own mind. It turns out she puts me to sleep then enters my mind through a spell which she portrays 'dreams' (almost like lucid dreaming but she controls the dream and not me). She told me this carelessly because she is overconfident with herself and me leaving a 'happy' ma- er Changeling. Apparently I was kicking my own brain's 'images'. The treatments have been getting worse and worse each day bringing a full battle into my mind that after about ten treatments turned into a 'video'. I was in my body in the 'video' on a battlefield with Changelings and Ponies fighting each other. I couldn't really make out where the battlefield was, everything was dark and cloudy the sky had some dark clouds surrounding the area but there was something that stood out the most I glanced up and saw it. There was an Eclipse happening at the time, which explained why everything was mostly dark. I felt empowered..... not afraid at the event at all, just focusing on killing another pony in front of me, feeling like I was gaining strength not losing it. I was half way through killing each time before something came and my vision just disappeared back to the beginning.
I am still feeling really pissed off at the Queen because she is doing this to me. I am stilling living in her 'chambers'. I've got to remember not to be smart with her because I swear I've got an concussion from all the bitch slapping being received from her, she's already knocked me out at least three times. She enjoys it to, she laughs her laugh every time she hits me, talk about a sadist. I'm still feeding off the love in the air that is very thick. It's seems to be thicker around the Queen, for obvious reasons...
Hooping Caleb is in good ties with the Princess after what has happened. Maybe he can help me out?
Entry One Out.
Month Two:clicking my thoughts and reading all of the other Changeling thoughts. As soon as my thoughts are switched everyone of their thoughts are being flooded into my head. It's hard to say this, but from being annoying it's starting to become comforting for me, even though they ask me questions non-stop. They also don't seem as 'evil' as they were brandished through the show, but I can still feel the hate. Who said Changelings were emotionless. They could definitely emit hate, but most of them were just curious, 'Most'. Also I wonder how that pony with the bloody vials as a cutie mark were going, stealing my blood and all.
Entry Two Out.
Meanwhile during the Month Two timeframe.

" Bloody Vials yelled out down the hall out side the Princesses conference room. She had finally gotten permission from Princess Celestia to find blood from other life forms and test it to the Changeling blood she had collected from before. She then proceded to go collect her team to start her new job. To find out whatever the fuck that Changeling really was.
She had met her team in the laboratory and got onto her hind legs and held up her giant ass needle with her forelegs, pointing the needle towards air and twirled it around in circles whilst stating something scary to everypony, "IT'S PROBING TIME!"

After the words "IT'S PROBING TIME!", were said a reader instantly broke the fourth wall to get to the author, froze time, slapped him silly, went back home unfroze time and smiled a bit as he heard the Author yell "WHO THE FUCK JUST HIT ME!" and he then closed the gate as the author started to say "Must be going insane.".
Month Three:
I'm looking and trying to escape now, all the entrances are guarded at least by two Changelings and I am always being followed by the female general where ever I go. Since she's a Changeling general she has a name, her name is Quickstrike as she's fast with her 'missions'. Changelings also do have both genders, it's just that Chrysalis is the Queen because she is part of the Changeling 'Royal Breed'. Well anyway Quickstrike keeps following me around everywhere I go and trying to abuse me every time she opens her mouth. Remarks that involve me and dying seem to please her every time, I even laugh along with her sometimes which puts her off her own jokes which makes me laugh even more, but then she would just hit my face really fast and tell me to stop or the Queen will be informed that I tried to escape. I also been noticing something, I seem to be growing, or at least I think I am, I will a leave a mark on the wall next to me where I sleep to keep progress of my height. The treatment is happening less frequently but is more intense each and everytime I go, she's putting more plan into it, I swear it may be getting to me but I doubt it. Why I think it may be getting to me is because, I keep having dreams of killing ponies and it is very scary. It all seems to real to not be true and the battle with Caleb keeps replaying in my dreams sometimes. I also had another one of those 'linked' dreams with Caleb, but this time we didn't get to talk at all and this time it was my turn into the ball o' mist of changing thing. Ok the pain it was........ fucking excruciating. You imagine changing back into a human then a Changeling, then back in a human again. I could hear Caleb yelling at me trying to reach me but then got flung far back like I had and I awoke from the dream I had with the Queen staring at me as I was panting.
Entry Three Out.
Meanwhile, in the League of Doom, uh I mean in the Equestrian blood labs, Bloody vials had just tested every type of pony blood and found the results inconclusive, and now she was on a trip to the Griffon Kingdom.
Month Four:
Weird month, she's stopped the empathy sickness treatment I believe, because I haven't been to it yet, but I am afraid she is going to try something worst. She's also training me to fight with the other Changelings, she's making me spar with them. I have a feeling if I hurt one of her drones then she would hurt me for hurting them, so I have just been evading around the others, we fight in an open clearing above ground where the fresh air is but is surrounded by at least twenty guards. Other then this I am soooooo boooorreeeedd. I also tried to escape today, but I got caught by Quickstrike who dived at me I would've fought if she didn't land on my back. Also I heard the Queen talking to Quickstrike saying something about the treatment? I don't know what's happening but I hope it isn't going to be bad.
Wonder if anyone will come to help me out.
Entry Four Out.

Bloody Vials was chasing an one of a kind gryphon which had one of the type's of the rarest blood types ever found in Gryphons.
"PLEASE JUST ONE TEST, I ONLY WANT HALF OF YOUR BLOOD!" Bloody Vials yelled whilst chasing.
"NO, GET AWAY FROM ME!" Screeched the Gryphon as it tried to fly away only to be brought down but a net.
Bloody Vials walked up to the Gryphon stuck under the net and said, "Trust me, this won't hurt much."
"Help me.........." The gryphon managed to say before the giant ass needle penertrated his skin.
Month Seven: Q---n has sent -e fig--ing w-th ---er C--ngeligns f-- pract---? Als- fo--- out that Qu-cks--ke ca--ed me h-r friend before, so I c----- he- o-e o- m- b--t friends the other day, and she slammed my head against the wall. I -ave ----- tha- my bod- is -rowing bi--er. Th- injuries I have sustained from fighting with the other Changelings have been minor and my back has seemed to finally heal. I tried to escape before, but was instantly stopped by four of the Changelings that hate me and kinda wanted me dead so they hit me repeatedly and I fought back. I do not remember much, but I do remember hearing there screams at one point as I woke up next to the bodies of four Changelings dead. I do not know what happened during the fight, but the Queen will not let me sleep in her chambers now which is a relief and I am now sleeping with the swarm. I do not know if she's angry or not as she is evading me, I kinda hope that the treatment will stop now.
Still no help, why bother waiting.....
Entry Seven Out.
Month Eight: I do not know what is happening now but I can remember that last journal easier, except for the start, I have also heard nothing from the Queen, but Quickstrike still visits me which is suprisingly nice after all the fighting and she also has seems to soften up around me a little bit, but that doesn't me she still 'tries', she can only try since I am a lot bigger then I was before, but I also discovered that I can transform back into my own smaller form I was when I first entered this world, but I normally change back to my bigger form because I am starting to scare the other drones because I am nearly big as my Qu- no their Queen. I must admit this place does feel like a home to me, I mean being here what like eight months now? I have actually made some friends out of the Changeling warriors who spar with me. Apparently the Changelings I killed were actually usually rookies who thought they know everything. The hive I live with feels like family to me, they are all beings who definitely have emotions and are actually quite nice, they just have a food shortage problem across all the other hives with the other Queen's as well, but the other Queen's and their hives are very far away from Equestria. I heard that Chrysalis has been building a hive somewhere.
Also I almost give up on receiving any help from anyone.
Entry Eight Out.
All Gryphon results came up inconclusive, so Bloody Vials decided she is going to pay a well known place a visit. So with a maniac grin she set off with her group to the wonderful blood filled lands of Zebrica.

I've noticed I am not in my right mind at times actually feeling like a real Changeling and I am getting used to being called Dark Light and actually feeling like that name should be mine. I'm also forgetting my old life, I've given up hope from any sort of rescue, one last thing before I go, fuck you world, this is probably gonna break me. Well whilst I at least remember my own name Dark Li- NO it's Jayden, I want to hope I do not do anything I regret, which I know I will. I believe that I'm having trouble remembering because the treatment the Queen did before was also playing with my mind and she's been slowly invading my head to make me feel more for the hiv- Changelings. I just don't know. So with my last ounce of sanity I would like to say.
"Well, that Escalated quickly."
Every drone around me turned their head to look at me quizzically after I stated the comment and watched me as I was taken to the treatment center.
The reader decided to catch a plane this time halfway across the world and knocked on the author's door. The author opened the door and received a punch to the face and a "NO, BAD AUTHOR!" then returned back home from another plane flight.
A/N: Next chapter is going to be really exciting as this will be when the fun starts. Also I feel like I've been bitch slapped and a random person punched me in the face today, what is wrong with this world.....

I AM one with the hive, I AM one with the swarm, I MUST feed the Queen, I SHALL protect the Queen - The Changelings (Primary Instinct)
Dark and light, dark and light, dark and light...
What is that? I thought to myself as I awoke from my slumber.
I slowly opened my eyes and as soon as I did I regretted it as the sunlight from the caves roof flickered onto my eyes. Quickly closing them, I slowly opened them to adjust to the light. After twenty seconds of letting them adjust to the the light I quickly stood up on all four of my hooves.
Hmm, another 'glorious' day to serve the Queen.
I started my advance towards the ground below the holes in the caves roof and observed my surroundings. As I looked around several of the other drones turned to look at me then they continued doing what they were doing before. I could hear their thoughts, all thinking about their days ahead. After listening to their thoughts and turning it off with a click I noticed their smaller forms as they moved around, mingling with each other as they trotted around. I slowly turned my head to look at the holes in the caves roof and started to ascend through the biggest hole I could find. Two guards looked at me intensely then looked away as I headed towards to entrance and battleground side of the Changelings territory.
Time to collect more love for the Queen. I swear it is like this every Celestia damned day.
I sneered at the name Celestia, it made me think of what a worthless piece of a pony she is. She doesn't care for ALL of her subjects, I mean look at what happened with Luna. The Queen on the other hoof does.
Finally after ascending through the hole and passing two other drones who looked at me suspiciously I landed outside. I looked around as I took in my surroundings yet again, I just felt the need to. I saw where the training field was where some other Changelings were sparring. I noticed Quickstrike who was practising and my heart lifted a bit, at seeing her fight.
Too bad our love isn't usable to feed the hive.
With that last thought I turned around and started preceding towards the the entrance of the ground until I was suddenly surrounded by eight other Changelings.
"Where do you think you're going." One of the Changelings growled.
"I'm trying to get love to feed the Queen, now if you will kindly call of the rest of the drones, then I will go do my job." I replied staring the one challenging me down.
The Changeling had a look of confusion on his face before he looked back at me hard.
Turning my thoughts on with a click I heard him command a Changeling next him to get the Queen, and I was confused as to why he would get the Queen, there is no emergency or intruder so why?
I then clicked out and returned staring at him. More or less it was actually looking down at him and him trying his hardest not to falter.
"Why can't I go for?" I asked getting pissed off.
"You know as why you can't." The Changeling said with his voice growing in anger.
"I do NOT know why, but I shall comply to your will this time, but next time I will not stand for this nonsense." I replied lowering my voice so he could detect my hate and malice behind it.
He begun to fidget on the spot as he waited for the Queen to come but still keeping up his air of defiance. The other Changelings were just looking at me intently, not harsh but focused, as if to watch what I was going to do. I was too busy 'studying' each of them that I didn't notice the Queen's arrival, which was fairly quick.
"What do you believe you are doing Dark Light?" The Queen asked.
I slowly turned and bowed out of respect, then rised and partially repeated what I said before, under the Queen's scrutinising eyes.
"I simply was going out to gather love to-" I was halted by her as she narrowed her eyes.
"You do know you are not allowed to leave this hive here."
I was shocked by this news and proceeded to ask "Why?" as the Queen looked at me like I was stupid, but before she continued to talk she narrowed her eyes at me as if to study me.
She looked like she was thinking hard about something and I honestly had no idea what it could be. I mean all I have done my life is serve her, collect love for her and guard her.
"Dark Light, do you even remember what has conspired within the last week?"
"Yes I do, I have been practising my battle techniques in my natural form ( I pointed with my hoof at my humungous size) as well as collect love and practice my stealth in my smaller form. How has this affected the hive in any way that I am not able to leave?"
There was silence for a few seconds, and I swear something glinted in her eyes? Was it light? No I don't think so we are under tree cover and only very few parts have sunlight filtering through the tree cover. So what was it? It was hope, I could also feel a little bit of it.
I had a creeping suspicious something was wrong about this but that instantly fled when the Queen asked me to meet her in her chambers.
"Why do you want me for your majesty?" I asked curiously.
"I have a mission for you, I will tell you in my chambers away from the eyes and ears of the rest of my children," She looked at the guards and other Changelings that were around, which made them return to what they were doing in the first place." Also make sure to bring Quickstrike with you, she will need to hear of this as well."
"As you wish." I bowed to her as she turned around and left.
The Queen couldn't believe her luck at the moment. The thing is she really didn't. So the Queen thought to herself as she walked into her chamber and lay down until Dark Light came back with Quickstrike.
FINALLY after all that effort put into the 'treatment' he has been successfully treated. But this raises questions, is he really treated or is he faking? He HAD tried several times getting out by pretending to be treated and saying he was always apart of this swarm. This time did seem different though, he was actually giving me respect, unlike most of the time that wasn't mocking. This is an improvement, and this time he even used his natural form. That is something new of him to do. There is only one way to test if this is actually him playing around or if he is dead serious. This means th-
The Queen halted her thoughts as she her movement coming from out the entrance to her chambers.
"If that is Dark Light and Quickstrike you have my permission to enter, if not it better be important."
As the words left her mouth Dark Light appeared in his smaller form with Quickstrike who seemed to stand a bit closer than any Changeling guard would do.
Huh, I will look into that later.
Both Changelings that entered bowed to her immediately and then laid down on their spots, although Quickstrike very subtly moved a little bit closer to Dark Light.
If what I think is happening is true then it may not be best to include Quickstrike. But she is one of the most loyalist Changelings I have.
She slightly shook her head to rid of the thoughts.
"Now you both are wondering what it is that I needed done of you Dark Light. What I need you to do is kill a certain pony for me. It will prove to me that you are ready for something bigger that is upcoming soon."
"Wait, that's it, all I need to do is kill a certain somepony? Seems easy enough, although this explains nothing of why I wasn't aloud to leave before." Dark Light asked, suspicious creeping into his voice.
"I ordered those guards to stop you and alert me when you were leaving so that you could speak with me before going."
"Why were they so aggressive then?"
"They are trained to be and you should know that."
Please buy it. Thought the Queen, and then added. Or I will make you .
"Ok, that explains it. But if you needed me, why did you get me to bring Quickstrike?" Dark Light asked.
"I needed her after speaking to you, as she IS one of my Generals."
"Ah, ok."
"Now that I have told you what is going to happen, I want you to go practice in the training fields. I will debrief you the rest of the missions when you leave tonight."
"Wait tonight?"
"Yes, is there something wrong with that?"
"No, your majesty." Dark Light said as he backed out.
After Dark Light left, the Queen focused her attention to Quickstrike who seemed to have started fidgeting.
"Is there something wrong Quickstrike?"
"Well not really something wrong, it's just why would you send him out to kill somepony, he could escape."
"Well that is where you come in."
"And what is it that I have to do?"
The Queen looked towards the entrance as if to check if anyone was listening in then said to Quickstrike "I want you to follow him around and watch what he does, listen to what he says, try and listen to his thoughts if you can and most importantly, don't get caught. I want to see if he has really changed so if he tries to escape or tell the ponies anything then you have my permission to kill him. We don't want them knowing where our base is as well."
Quickstrike looked at the Queen, and ran this through her head and started nodding. "Yes your majesty, but I didn't know he has lost his memories.. Also in the treatment he isn't meant to fully lose his memories, only part of them and the most important ones."
The Queen thought this over but then said, "Yes that is true, but he seems to remember this hive at most, but there have been some treatments which have gone a very long time that make the host lose ALL of their memories."
"Yes, Queen."
"Good, now go get ready to follow him and report any suspicious behaviour when you get back, you are to leave tonight. Make sure to not say ANYTHING about his life before the last treament session and I shall warn the rest of the hive not to as well. Also I kn-.... You know what never mind just go and prepare."
"Yes your majesty." Quickstrike said whilst bowing and moving out.
Huh, seems easy enough.
I had just been debriefed by the Queen and flying above the Everfree forest to kill a pony who needed to be killed for an Changeling to take over as him. He was a dark brown earth pony stallion, who had a dark red mane and tail. His cutie mark was that of a shot glass and was an alcoholic who drank a lot in Ponyville bars. Apparently he was one tough guy and when he was drunk (which was most of the time) a lot tougher. The other Changelings have had problems trying to take him down and have escaped. A few Changelings were captured and possibly executed due to the fact the Queen couldn't 'connect' to their minds.
Then I was given an secondary objective, apparently there is a pony that is a silver pegasus stallion with red eyes and a blue and black mane and tail in Ponyville that needed to be killed if I could kill him without being caught. I asked why and the Queen said that it was vital if we were to not be discovered. Though she did take her time answering that question. She did sound hesitant like she didn't trust me, so I swore to myself to do this job through and thorough to prove to the Queen I was loyal.
Such a wonderful night tonight. I thought looking up at the full moon. The stars twinkling away in the night sky making the world look innocent, and the moon and it's b-
Wait, that isn't the moon, or is it? It just doesn't seem right? I thought in confusion. Meh, doesn't matter.
I flew for a few hours silently, learning how to stop the buzz in training. Apparently I should've already known. I finally reached the end of the forest just as the moon started to slow with it's rising and start to go down. I felt like I had flown here before and was a lot slower, but I just couldn't think being this slow here.
Reaching the end of the forest I spotted the town I was to find the pony in to kill, Ponyville.
Quickly re-disguising my self I turned into an red pegasus with a brown mane. His cutie mark was that of a cloud (very creative!!!).
Walking through the town, most of the streets were empty, except the occasional drunk which I looked at to see if it was my target or not. There was a tavern down the road that looked like it was open so I walked up to the door and almost entered before it burst open and a pony went flying out the door.
"First have the bits before you drink." A voice rang out through the door, " You will work this off tomorrow." The door then slammed.
I quickly ran over to the pony to 'see' if he was alright and discovered him to just have a bloody nose. He stood up and I quickly realised that this was the pony I was searching for.
Thoughts were running through my mind at this time, such as kill him now and quickly end it . But there was one voice that stood out and it said Don't do it, if you do you will lose the last part of yourself. . I started to listen to that voice and started lifting the stallion to his feet, until he hit me in the nose. It started to bleed.
Now, it didn't hurt as much as it would for a pony, but I still felt that and I felt a rage starting to burn through me.
That's it you're fucking dead.
I hit him in the jaw even harder has he opened his mouth to say something. I felt a sickening but a pleasuring crunch as I felt his jaw crunch. He was now on the floor unconscious.
Worthless.
I had a feeling something like this had happening before, but I couldn't remember it. Well, it must've happened considering I've killed plenty of ponies before when the Queen asked. Or had I? I couldn't remember.
As I was thinking this, I saw a crowd starting to form around me, and I saw a flicker to the top right of my vision.
Another Changeling is here. Enough of that I gotta quickly get this guy out of here and finish him.
"Heh, sorry for seeing that, but I will take my brother home now."
Quickly putting him on my back, the crowd moved out of the way to let me pass and I kept walking until I heard whispering
"He has a brother? But he is one of the most known ponies around and he never spoke of a brother."
"And what about his brother, Why would he punch him for, he's bleeding like a berry. No, not you Berry Punch."
"Why haven't we seen his brother before?"
Crap, they are getting suspicious.
So as soon as I turned a corner I bolted. I ran past a library and a lot of houses as I made it to the forest treeline. I quickly ran, threw the body against a tree, and turned into my natural big Changeling form and looked at the body.
Well, night night.
I then snapped the ponies neck, and hearing a pop and a slight crunch I smiled as the ponies breathing halted.
You've lost your true self now. The voice that told me not to kill the pony entered.
Lost my what?
A small eep came from right behind me and I turned around to see a yellow pony staring at me with wide eyes.
Oh crap.
I had to blink to have noticed she seemed to disappear.
I looked to the right to see a cottage, how did I miss it before?
And then I looked to see the town. Probably to alert the rest of the city that she just witnessed a Changeling killing a pony.
Meh, it's nothing to ba- OH SHIIIIIT!
I quickly picked up the body, put it on my back and bolted through the forest. I quickly set the body a good five minutes in the forest behind a tree and under a bush and continued to run.
Turning on the swarms thoughts with a click I was able to pick up where the hives mind was and head towards that way.
As I ran I switched into my smaller form and flew as fast as I could, back to my home.
Home..... It certainly doesn't feel like home.

I am very very (not really) sorry about the VERY slow update, and I WILL finish this story regardless of anything. I was stuck because I had no idea what to do for this chapter, I hit a dead end but then I manned up and got this done (over a very long time) like a boss. Also I did make it go 3rd person perspective later on, on purpose. DON'T JUDGE ME
I will get the next chapter done a lot faster.

Quickstrike was carefully stalking her way through the treeline for the Everfree forest carefully spying on Dark Light. Considering it was night time there was an added effect to her cautiousness causing her to be weary of being found by some predator, or being caught by Dark Light. The night's cool wisp caused Quickstrike to smile as she had her sights on her on her target as he carried the unconscious pony away from the town. She observed how he changed back to his natural form and laid the pony on the tree's rough surface.
And here is where we determine his loyalty. Such a perfect night to witness an act of strength. Quickstrike thought to herself as she watched in the stillness of the night, waiting for the deed to be done.
Just as she was ready to witness the killing, she saw a pony staring at Dark Light.
Too late to do anything now.. Quickstrike thought, not wanting to reveal her position to help.
Snap!
The deed was done with a consequence as the pony let out a startled eep and ran as fast it could towards the town with it's wings flapping with tears in it's eyes.
Quickstrike watched as Dark Light picked up the body and ran into the forest as fast as he could.
I guess it's time to move.
Quickstrike flew as quickly as she could back to the hive to tell the Queen that Dark Light had successfully completed the mission and what had transpired. Even though he wasn't as fast as her, she thought it would be better to be safe then sorry with getting back to the Queen first. Also it would be better to get back faster to warn that he had been seen killing a pony by another pony.
It only took Quickstrike an hour and a half to reach back to the Hive. The guards hidden below the dense forestry looked up as she flew over them to land in the small clearing near the training field. The guards recognised her as she allowed herself to be amalgamated with the Swarm's thoughts and the guards didn't bother moving from their positions.
Quickstrike quickly entered through a hole in the ground and started navigating through the Hive's tunnel system towards the Queen's room. She reached the Queen's room in no time and was slightly nervous at the front entrance quickly thinking up of what she was going to say. Yes, it was good news that he had killed the pony, but he was caught.
Quickstrike was outside of her room, she could sense her.
"Come in, Quickstrike." The Queen ordered from her chambers, holding her normal appearance of dominance and authority. Her voice portrayed no indication of emotion. Her eyes open as Quickstrike walked into the cave. She watches Quickstrike quickly salute and bow, the actions providing the Queen with little mirth and a wan smile, "I take it you fulfilled your mission to watch over him?"
Her smile widens as Quickstrike nods and replies, "Yes my Queen, he did it, he killed his target." A small tingle of excitement flew through the Queen, the prospect of a Reaver in her hooves allowing for a powerful advantage in any upcoming attacks that were planned.
"But he was caught. The Element of Kindness spotted him killing the pony and ran to alert the town."
Chrysalis' smile disappears for a second, the act of him being caught slightly disturbing. The feeling of disturbance almost instantaneously goes as she thinks of the outcomes, "This is.... good." She notices Quickstrike's small burst of surprise and confusement and her smile widens, "This means the Equestrian's know of a power we have that is great, it is a great form of intimidation and will most likely make them prepare. This over preparedness can be used to our advantage, this will put them on the edge. That means we wait a bit longer, I have a plan that will result in our uprising."
Her eyes stay on Quickstrike as she thinks if she should confront her now about Dark Light, or to do it later. A small hum comes from her as Quickstrike replies, "That is indeed good my Queen. Shall I go inform him he has passed his mission?"
"Yes, you may Quickstrike and you are allowed to leave my presence."
"Thank you Queen Chrysalis."
She watches Quickstrike turn around and start moving out of the room, her mind made up on her decision. She decides to say one last thing, a motherly tone overtaking her voice, "One more thing, you and I later need to have a talk about him. I can sense what you feel around him." Surprisingly she winks at Quickstrike, a smirk on her face as Quickstrike seemingly 'trips' on all hooves and bolts.
Training, training and training. That's what I was assigned to after completing my mission a few months ago. During that time all I had done was train and train. It wasn't necessarily bad, I had Quickstrike with me the entirety of the time and because of that I had managed to weasel out of training with the other Changeling's. The Queen's trust having seemingly increased tenfold, I had no idea why, but I wasn't complaining.
Which leads me to my current predicament. I was standing in front of the Queen in my smaller 'natural' form so she could look down at me. No ling would dare look down at their Queen at ground level, that was utterly disrespectful and I had learnt that... the hard way. Although I had a great respect for the Queen, I couldn't help but thinks of doing all the things I could to annoy her. Like waking up all the new born lings and hiding and watching all the others try and calm them down and eventually the Queen would come in and check on them then finally go back to what she was doing, only for me to do it again. To think I only got caught twice doing it. I let a smirk slide on my face from the memories as the Queen watches me, her thoughts unable to reach into mine, a trait I'm glad a ling like me managed to pick up, even though it was rare.
"You called for me Queen Chrysalis?" I give a small bow, still smirking though as she watches me.
"I called for you to inform you are to go on another mission, this time with Quickstrike. It involves a fast execution on a group of ponies who are entering our territory, searching for our temporary home here. They are armed so both you and Quickstrike need to be very careful about this, they do consist of all three races. Why am I asking you to do this? I am asking you and Quickstrike to do this as a show of strength. I want you two to leave a survivor, a Pegasus if you can. You can injure them, just let them be able to relay a message that only two of you were able to take on a group of them. Yes they are unarmed, but they should be easy for you two kill." I spot the Queen's eyes glint and I widen my smirk.
"When and where about in our territory your highness?"
"To the Northwest about an hour flight, they have been searching, stupid foals. If they think sending in unarmed ponies into our territory is a good idea then I see no idea why we shouldn't give them the smallest of tastes of what is to come. Quickstrike has already been informed, you two will leave tomorrow morning when the sun rises. Now Dark Light, relish in this oppurtunity given, make use of it." The Queens nods at me, "You may go."
Giving a small nod I turn around without a world and trot out of her room in the cave systems. As soon as I exit I change into my native form. I have surpassed the Queen's height surprisingly to most of the lings. Runic symbols seems to run around my body, a reddish glow accompanying them whenever I use my horn. Walking up to the forest floor I spot a few of the Changelings scurry bad from me, a grin on my face as I get a small feeling of fear. Fear... That doesn't feel good all the time, many of the Changelings respect me now, although a small amount fear me. I have managed to make friends with a few of them even in my native form, and gathered some respect from them, at least I've got something to work with.
I let my eyes roam the grounds, my mental link now trying to find Quickstrike. I roll my eyes as I realise that she has hid hers, my own quickly going back to its usual private. It's not that I hated listening to the other lings, or talking to them with my connections, I just well... I just didn't feel like it was right, I know we all know each other but I feel like that each ling should deserve their own privacy. Oh and the feeling, I feel awkward, it doesn't feel right being able to communicate like that. I have even asked the Queen about this and she just thinks it's because I am different to them, I have more power therefore I want to be able to hide my weaknesses, to be able to command without having them listen to everything. She thinks I would make a wonderful commander. Snicker I shake my head, not believing that she had said that, I do not think I am worthy for that, or worthy for my native form, but according to the Queen, I am.
A black streak flies by my face and I stop moving, now standing still as it turns around and skids. I turn my head to it and spot Quickstrike charging towards me with a great speed. I merely snicker once more as she dives me and uses 'brute force' against me, trying to get me down. I decide to humour her and pretend to fall over which she just rolls her eyes at.
"Did I even hurt you?" She asks, standing on my side.
"No, not really." I quickly roll over, making sure not to roll over on her before I pull myself up.
"Are your plates getting stronger? I hit you enough times to give a pony trauma." She scowls as she looks at her chitinous hooves.
I shrug, changing back into my smaller, 'normal' Changeling size, "Try now Quicky." I laugh as her face contorts into anger for a brief moment, my eyes closes as I try to control myself. Still laughing I don't see her lunge at me and hit me directly in the face, the blow sending me flying backwards and against a tree. A distant 'oooooOOOOOOOOooo' is heard, murmured by other lings.
I groan as I pull myself up, a forehoof on my muzzle as I notice red blood. I blink at the red blood, a thought tugging in my mind and trying to make itself known, but I have seemed to have forgotten. I shake my head stupidly, causing me to grimace and look up to see Quickstrike laughing her hardened flanks off. It takes several moments for me to pull myself up, then I realise I was stuck to the tree from the force and I come falling down to the ground, landing on my muzzle. More blood gushes out and I yell into the ground as I feel the pain resonating through me from my face.
"Ah fuck ouch ouch ouch ouch fuck!"
Quickstrike laughs even louder, several other lings joining her as I stay laying on the ground, my semi crumpled wings now realising that they should have tried to fly. Several lings heads are turned quizically, trying to understand what I had yelled. Hearing hoof steps I look up Quickstrike now almost in front of me, still laughing.
"Hahaha, you told me to hit you." She taps the top of my head, my face still buried unmoving in the ground. She moves to my side and starts lifting me up, my legs realising their true purpose and allowing me to stand as a faint green and red shimmer begins to glow around my muzzle. I notice the pain seems to now be severely numbed and I stare crosseyed for a few moments. The blood begins to stop flowing, the glow almost transparent as it gets lighter and lighter. I note that the pain has almost receded and I tap my muzzle, wincing as I expect pain... But I don't feel pain... I feel nothing except the gently tap on my outer shell.
"I've got my own personal punching ling still!" I close my eyes quickly as Quickstrike hits me in the face again with just as much, if not more force then the time before. Myself is sent flying once more, no trees to break my 'flying' as I land on the ground nearby.
Groaning I ask myself repeatedly, Why did I tell her about my regenerative traits.
Amongst the Queen's room, hiding in the darkened part of her cave, lays a silver orb, one that shine very very faintly red. The Queen herself sits nearby the entrance, her thoughts gathering as she /knows/ that both Quickstrike and Dark Light will be able to complete their mission. The queen turns around, her eyes moving to the dark part of her room. She trots over, her eyes resting on the silver orb. On the orb an inscription runs around it momentarily, to any other ling they wouldn't be able to read it, but to the Queen the unreadable symbols twist and turn, now forming into letters. The Queen grins as she reads them quietly to herself, "You have your warrior selected, so do the Equestrian's. Time now runs short.... Prepare."
Her eyes glint as does the orb as she begins to laughs...

I looked back on this and reread it and facepalmed at how I created this and I wish I rewrote it cause it's been like 2 years and omg I sucked so bad at writing stories but decided, let's do this.

We have been trotting through a forest which seems like it's been forever. Finally the dense overgrowth is beginning to decrease allowing me and Caleb to see the daytime sky. We look up to see the sun high in the sky still rising.
For about 5 minutes we thought about giving up trying to find anyone else, until we hit a town. All of a sudden my stomach started rumbling.

It has been a year. A year away from home. A year of training and another year Celestia refuses my calls to save Jayden. They may call me Silver but my name is Caleb. ARGHHH, DAMN MY HEAD Celestia says I'm going through some sort of birthing right, but all I feel is a pain. My attempts at reaching Jayden in the dream world have become faded....... broken. Whenever I call to him a swarm blocks me denies me and he ... ignores me. I dont know what the Queen has done to him but I know it's not good. I don't know what this right is doing to me but its getting hard to ... remember. My thoughts become clouded and I can no longer picture home. I.... I even forgot my real name earlier. Even worse is Celestia has been... watching me of late. I actually regret showing her rule 34 as now she seems to taunt me with it.... dear god I hope we haven't created a Molestia. Rainbow Dash was... angry to say the least when she found out I'm hiding something. She has forgiven me of late but she made me promise to tell her the truth when we find Jayden. At this rate though, I'm not sure when that will ever be. But for now Celestia and Luna are to scared to venture into my mind (thank god for the internet) and my relationship with Rainbow is as fixed as it can be. She forgives me but I don't know anymore. I've grown in size this much is apparent and I feel stronger. Celestia's fucking doctor/nurse attempted to take some blood from me. I broke her needle and threw a table at her. She got the message. Still watches me though ... always watching and waiting... anyway I ARGH the pain ..... I can't think thought hurt. Jayden, where ever you are I will find you, and what ever that bitch is doing to you I will make her pay...
