A man named Brendan is thrown into Equestria against his will, he loses everything he has loved and has known including his best friend, his family, and everything else he enjoyed in his old world.

However, in a twisted turn of fate the gods decide to give him one gift, that gift is a brand new pair of special eyes which he must learn how to use or, go insane trying to use them.
