In a much darker version of Equestria, where alicorns are merely folklore, Ponyville has become a much larger and crime-ridden city where the mob has become above the law.

Sadly, Octavia Melody, child of Legato Melody and Harmony, falls victim to this world when her parents are gunned down in an alley way by a nameless mugger.

Now, she has made herself into an instrument of vengeance, striking out into the world against all who dare to corrupt it.
