28 Pranks Later: Two Alternate Endings
Chapter One: "How Could You?!"
"Eeexactly!" Pinkie Pie exclaimed. Rainbow Dash slowly opened her eyes to see that everypony wore a smile and their face while they whipped the rainbow stain off their mouth,
"What? Wait, what's happening?" Rainbow asked confused, ]
"Just delighting in pranking the prankster." Rarity said as she combed her mane,
"Hehe, yea." Applejack chuckled, "How does it feel to get some of your own medicine?"
"Eheh so... You're not sick...?" Rainbow questioned, "Non of you are?!"
"Of course not, silly!" Pinkie said as she nudged Rainbow,
"Gotcha!" Everypony said and the same time pointing to Rainbow,
"This was all a prank?!" Rainbow said with anger heating up,
"Yep! And you can thank Pinkie Pie!" Applejack explained, "After you told her baout your plan to prank the whole town, she got everypony together and came up with a way to turn the tables on you!"
"Oh shucks, it was nothing." Pinkie replied, "Just a 'lil something I threw together,
"Uh..." Rainbow manged to say,
"Wow! You should see your face!" Scootaloo mocked,
"Haha! Talk about funny!" Apple Bloom chuckled,
"How could you?!" Rainbow snapped,
"W-what?" Fluttershy squeaked,
"I thought I made everypony sick! I thought I killed you!" Rainbow said with tears in her eyes. Silence filled the room until Applejack spoke up,
"W-well, we had to teach you a lesson!" She defended,
"Yea, why couldn't you just tell me to stop. I would've done it right away, or even made them less harmful. Puls, most of them weren't harmful. It's like you all lost your sense of humor!" Rainbow Dash eyed Cranky and Mr. Cake, "The only real harmful pranks there were were played on Mr. Cake and Cranky!"
"I did come to tell you to stop!" Pinkie said. Rainbow's left eye twitched,
"You just came and said that maybe I shouldn't play the prank. Sure, it's a hint, but not big enough! You were vague in what you wanted to say and what you truly meant!" Rainbow yelled. Everypony looked at Pinkie Pie in surprise. Pinkie on the other hoof didn't notice this. She was only shocked at the way Rainbow Dash spoke to her. She and Dash were best friends. No matter how annoying she got, Rainbow would be more lenient with her.
"I-I'm sorry..." Pinkie said, her eyes beginning to water, "I didn't mean for this-"
"Didn't mean for this?!" An angry (and cute) voice said. Everypony looked at the door to see Derpy Hooves look at them with a mad face.
"Derpy..? Rainbow slowly said.
"I tried to talk you all out of this! The prank you all played was just wrong!" She said as she walked up to Doctor Hooves, "And I can't believe you! And Lyra, Bon Bon, Octavia, and Vinyl!" I told the five of you that it was wrong! And you guys just ignored me!" Derpy cried, "I just can't believe you six!" Derpy said pointing to the other five element barriers and Spike, "You guys are all Rainbow Dash's best friends! I would've expected more from Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy! But no! Pinkie Pie came up with this dumb idea, and Fluttershy didn't even say anything about it!" Derpy growled, "And you, Scootaloo! You should no better! Rainbow Dash spent two months to try and have you under her roof legally!"
"Derpy... Calm down. Rainbow said as she flew to her side and laid her hoof on her back. Derpy took a deep breath in,
"I'm sorry Rainbow Dash, but you care about your friends and their well being more then anything else in world. You thought you were the reason of their sudden sickness, and that you got them half-dead. Also, you spent two months of restless nights just so Scootaloo could be with you. You've played mostly harmless pranks, and nopony was able to take a joke! I was when you tricked me into thinking that muffins were banned from Equestria which really got me! I wouldn't stop laughing for two days! But what did they did, they wanted to make you feel bad, they wanted you to feel like this was the end for you. That is just mean!" Everypony who was part of the prank now looked ashamed. Derpy's right eye was looking at Rainbow Dash, why the left eye was looking at them. She turned around to face the ponies who did who were a part of the prank, only to have her eyes not looking at them, but everypony knew Derpy was about to address them, "And I never want to see any of you guys ever again!"
"Me too..." Rainbow muttered. Everypony looked at the two in disbelief, "Let's go." Derpy nodded as she and Rainbow Dash walked out the barn. Twilight's eyes widened as she ran after them,
"Rainbow Dash! Derpy!" She yelled. Both mares looked behind them to see the Princess Of Friendship running after them. Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes as she grabbed Derpy's hoof and flew them both to a cloud above at the speed of light. Twilight attempted to fly up as well, but she lost her balance and fell down. She then teleported to them, "Guys, please!" But it was too late. Rainbow Dash all ready flew off with Derpy in the direction of her house. Twilight sighed in defeat as she teleported back to the ground.
"It's no use, princess." Doctor Hooves said, "If we follow them, they might as well never speak to any of us again..."
"I know, Doc. I just never meant for any of this to happen. It was meant to be a harmless prank, but what we all did... I-it wasn't harmless at all..." She said with tears streaming down her cheeks.
~Meanwhile~
Rainbow Dash and Derpy were sat in silence for a few minutes. After what seemed to be hours, Rainbow Dash finally spoke,
"Thanks, Derpy. Ya know, for sticking up for me." Derpy smiled,
"I owed you, Dash. Ever since I was a filly I've been teased about the way my eyes were placed. But you stood up for me against Hoops and Dumbbell. You were always kind to me and even tried to help me with my flying."
"Well, now I have to owe you big time." Rainbow chuckled,
"Muffin?" Derpy asked as she pulled a muffin basket from thin air,
"How did you... Oh, never mind." Rainbow Dash was used to random things appearing and happening, especially with... Pinkie Pie...
"Rainbow Dash?"
"Oh! Heh, Sorry, Derpy!" She took a chocolate chip muffin from the muffin basket and ate it as she thought some more. Even Fluttershy didn't bother to stick up for me after everything I've done for her...? Rainbow sighed, "Ya know, I was pretty upset that the Wonderbolts were going on the 'Equestrian Wonderbolts' Tour' in three days. I wanted to spend as much time with everypony in Ponyville, that's why I went prank crazy. Well... More then usual. But now... I'm glad that I'm going."
"Don't you have to take Scootaloo?"
"Eeyup... I thought it would be great for Scoots and I to spend some time together... *Sigh But now... Let's just say I'm glad to have Thunderlane and Blossomfourth with me. I'm so glad the three of us were able to become Wonderbolts." Rainbow said with a slight smile, "And Thunderlane is gonna bring Rumble as well. So the three of us can hang with the rest of the 'Bolts, and Rumble and Scoots can play. But I'm sure Scootaloo might use this to fix everything."
"Well, Don't worry! Four out of six of the Summer Flight Camp team will be there. I remember when me, you, Fluttershy, Thunderlane, Blossomfourth and Soarin were in Summer Flight camp. Too bad becoming a Wonderbolt took up most of his time. And then you and Fluttershy saving Equestria, and Blossomfourth and Thunderlane couldn't admit their feelings after... Over a thousand years." Rainbow Dash chuckled,
"I was glad when Fluttershy and I weren't busy. And when Soarin didn't have Wonderbolt practice, We would always spend the weekends together. Too bad Thunderlane and Blossomfourth spent their time in Canterlot. At least those two are finally dating!"
"Yea! It's about time"
"Hey, Derpinator?"
"Hehe, yea?" Derpy chuckled since Dash used her nickname that she came up with all those years ago,
"How about I give a V.I.P pass to all the shows? I was going to give one to you and mostly everypony anyways... But now, I think I'm only sticking to one. I can't even bare to give anything to Fluttershy... Good thing Starlight and Trixie went to Canterlot. I'll let them two in on it as well. I'll just tell Thunderlane and Blossomfourth what happened..."
"Don't worry, Rainbow Dash! I'm sure everything will be just fine!"
*Knock *Knock
Rainbow Dash opened to door to see an orange filly standing before her,
"Come in, Scoots." She said sounding a little glum, "I'll tuck you in bed in a moment."
"Okay..." Scootaloo said as she went off to her room.
"See ya, Derpinator!"
"Bye, Crwash!"
