A Nobleman's Pride

"My lord,Cao Cao's Forces have surrounded the main camp."

"What? Curse that Cao Cao,but we musn't give up.The Yuan family shall rule this land."

Yuan Shao was furious.His army already overwhelmed when the supply base guarded by his former general was set on fire and the next thing he knew,both of his best general was slain by Guan Yu.Now the enemy was closing in from all side and surrounded him and whats left of his grand and noble army.

"My lord,i suggest a withdrawal from this province.We could save our troop while gathering our strength." His advisor Tian Feng said.

A withdrawal could save them but then again,a Yuan never retreat from a battlefield.

"No! The Yuan family shall prevail.We just need to hold out for the right moment." He said with burning passion.

He is not going to be defeated,not here and definetly not now.

"But what do you plan on doing,my lord?"

Yuan Shao just chuckled,he just need to show them the strength of the Yuan family and only after that,that peasant Cao Cao will bow down to him.

"We shall show them the strength of the Yuan family and show these peasant that standing againts me is a foolish act."

He climbed his trusted white steed and grab his own blade which was passed down from his father.

"M..my lord?" His advisor ask with uncertainity.

"Tian Feng,come.Let us show them that We as part of my glorious noble army that a commoner such as Cao Cao is not even worthy to step on this land."

"Un..understood my lord! I shall show them my talent as part of your noble cause." Tian Feng said as he grab his own sword before settling on his horse.

"Open the gate! We shall scatter the peasant and put them to their place."

"Yes,my lord!" His Gatekeeper said as he opened the gate

Yuan Shao and Tian Feng rode their horses to meet the enemy.He was certain that this will certainly change the tide of the battle.As he was nearing the enemy line,he saw the one he was searching,Cao Cao.

"Yuan Shao,you are either brave or foolish coming here only with one of your officer." Cao Cao said as he order his men to advance.

This peasant dare to call him a fool,that is unacceptable.How dare he insult his noble family.

"My old friend,prepare to be slain just like the rest of the scum that dare to stand before the might of the Yuan family!"

He charge his horse straight into Cao Cao's men.Plowing and slaying his privates and majors before a light appeared just in front of him.

Just like that,Yuan Shao and his advisor Tian Feng suddenly dissapeared to the light.

"Wh..what just happen?" One of Cao Cao's private asked

A murmur and whisper can be heard throughout his ranks.Cao Cao was wondering the same thing,where could his old friend be.
