I actually wanted to say thanks for reading this one. This one is about as personal as it gets. I mean Cloud was the first OC I came up with and actually she is still my main OC. Getting this story right took a long time. When you are dealing with a story like this, just finishing the first chapter is an accomplishment. I hope you guys like it and eventually there will be more.
Checkups are annoying
The skateboard wheels rumbled down the sidewalk that flanked the busy street that ran alongside the sleepy community of White Tail. Upon it rode a younger pony whom most would mistake for a colt. It was not a colt though; it was Clouddasher, the biggest tomcolt in the area. She skated with skill down the sidewalk, wearing nothing but what she was born with and a bit of mud. Her legs had some bandages as usual, covering her many skating mishaps. Her mane was cut in such a way that it wasn’t butch, but it was definitely a colt’s haircut.
Her face was the one place she couldn’t help being fillyish, despite being otherwise coltish. Worst of all, people thought she was ‘cute!’ She wanted to be anything but that. She was a skateboarder, she loved to build the ramps she might go off and on occasion she would fix things that went wrong around the house.
Soon arrived the strip mall with the office of Dr.Karen McLoughlin. It was the busiest time of year too. Schools were starting in a few days and everyone needed there checkups to be able to go to school. Of course, Clouddasher did not want to go, but nonetheless she came to a halt in front of the door and tried to flip her skateboard into her hooves. Due to how nervous she was, she missed. She picked it up and took a deep breath before entering the clinic.
Giggling, whining and crying assaulted her ears as she approached the receptionist. To her, the waiting room seemed excessively overcrowded. “Just great!” she mumbled. “I’ll be stuck here all day!” Still, she handed her paperwork to the receptionist.
“Thanks. Have a seat and we’ll call you when we are ready for you,” she said.
“Oh really, “she said with her somewhat raspy voice as she looked around the chaotic waiting room. “Can I maybe just leave if you guys are too busy?”
She just laughed at the filly. “Don’t worry, this will go really quickly. We made sure to take only fillies today so that we could do two at a time and make sure that we get through all of the patients today.”
“Oh.” Cloud mumbled as she cradled her prized skateboard. Although the younger ones were on the floor playing with the various toys, she was surveying for an empty seat. There was one, and she made a mad dash for it till she saw who was sitting in the seat next to it.
She was screaming in her head. Her world had just ended. The biggest annoyance in school was sitting there. Alissandra, yes Alissandra. She was a filly Cloud could do without. Not that she wasn’t beautiful. She was well the prettiest girl Cloud knew. Her mane was completely girly, and her face shimmered.
All the bad memories came back to Cloud. Every day, Alissandra’s shriek giggly voice had called her some form of word for lesbian. It seemed that everywhere she went she heard Alissandra sing out “Cloud is a lez” or “Could you be any gayer?” All the threats in the world did nothing. All summer long, there was a reprieve, but now there she was next to her mother.
She looked away quickly, to avoid potential eye contact, but at that instant, the horrific giggly voice chimed in, interrupting her thoughts. “Could it be,” Alissandra cried from across the room. “It’s Cloud the super lez!”
“Watch your mouth dear,” her mother said.
“Yooooooou! Are such a brat. I am not even a lez,” Cloud protested.
She had no other choice so she sat in the empty seat and stared straight ahead. She wished she could be anywhere else right now. As her mother continued with her magazine, Alissandra leaned over to her. “You are such a super lez.”
“How’d you like to have this hoof hit your face? I’m not a lez.”
“Mmmmhmmm mmmmhmmm,” she hummed songlike with a smile. She noticed the bandage before gently touching it. “Such the clumsy lez aren’t we. You skinned your knee yet again?”
She grumbled and pushed her nemesis away. It was one thing for her to call her names and sometimes have bad grammar, but she hated it when she was touched like that by Alissandra.” You know if you’re even half as annoying as last year, this skateboard is going right….” She whispered quietly. “Up your ASS! Sideways! I bet the whole school would be glad too.”
Alissandra could only giggle wickedly, enjoying that she could irk her schoolmate. She reached out and felt Cloud’s leg muscles. “Nice muscles mega dyke.”
“Shut the hell up,” she snapped.
“Nu-uh” she remarked. “Ya can’t make me.”
She sighed trying to control her temper. "How can you be only a year below me, but be so immature?” she quipped back. “When I am on hall duty, you’re going to hang.”
Next the felt a hoof on one of her back legs. “How’d you get so muscular there?” It seemed at once sincere and aghast.
“From skating! Duh!” Cloud snapped, almost slapping her hand away. Somehow, this time she didn’t.
Alissandra let her hand run up and down that bare thigh a few times. It was just so muscular and it felt good to her fingertips. “Your legs are pretty for a tomcolt.” She remarked.
Cloud knew it true. They were by far her best feature and the easiest one for her to make look masculine and she was damn proud she had done that. She was at a loss for words and just stared at her adversaries’ leg. Alissandra’s legs were long and skinny, yet till well defined. She knew this, but this time, she was studying them intently.
Soon it occurred to her that her enemy was just caressing her leg instead of insulting her. She had a look of awe and the sensation sent chills to her. “I bet you’re ticklish,” Alissandra whispered as she started to make tickling motions.
Suddenly Cloud jumped as what felt like a current shot up her body. She involuntarily let out quite a girlish ‘eep’. She covered her mouth, blushed deep red and looked around to see if anyone had noticed.
Alissandra giggled loudly, proud that she could get the reaction she did from Alissandra. “Ha ha made you jump.”
“So?” Cloud was at once pleased and very angry. She was ashamed she could be so vulnerable, but the tingling sensations that sped through her felt amazing. She desperately looked for any sort of magazine a colt her age would read to hide behind. She grabbed ‘basic woodworking’, opened to some random page and tried to hide from the world. Her peace didn’t last long as that tickling sensation began again. The chill racked her body again. “Quit it will you,” she snapped without looking up.” It stopped for a second before she felt a slight touch again. “Do you mind!?” she protested.
“Yup!” Alissandra said with her girly giggle.
Soon, something heavy was on Cloud’s leg. She finally lowered the magazine with an annoyed expression to see what it was and one of Alissandra’s legs was across her thigh. “What the heck?” she said with annoyance.
“Well…. Do that to me.” She said quietly.
Her trembling hoof dared to move and tickle Alissandra’s slender leg. Only a second went by before Cloud was kicked hard in the leg as pulses went through Alissandra’s body. Clouds hoof had found a sensitive spot. She shrieked aloud before covering her mouth with a giggle.
Alissandra’s mother finally lowered her magazine. “Al’s! What’s going on?” she asked.
“Nothing mom,” she replied giggling.
“I don’t mind you two joking, but keep it down.”
“Sure, Mom!”
“Friend?” thought Cloud with abhorrence. “Now there’s something to laugh about.”
However, all their quarreling and fondling of each other had caused the time to pass rather quickly. Soon a young mare that seemed from the country opened the door with clipboards in hand. She called out, “Clouddasher, Alissandra.” It was as if she could be the dashing dame in one of those western movies.
Alissandra quickly bounded towards the sound of the door, but Cloud whined as she cradled her skateboard and walked as slowly as a pony could towards that door. “You both go to Horsefeather elementary, right?” she said as she studied their charts.
“Yup,” Alissandra replied.
“Wish I didn’t,” Cloud replied.
“Well, we’re so full of patients that we have to double up and I will be rooming you two together.”
“Celestia kill me now!” she said very melodramatically.
Alissandra loved this and giggled. “Lez,” she whispered.
They were led to the exam room and to Clouds surprise; two exam tables were pushed together.
“I’m nurse Shea,” she said with a calming smile, “And I will be assisting the doctor with your exams.” She scribbled a few notes on her clipboards. “How you fillies been.”
“As good as ever,” said the chatty Alissandra, moving towards the tables as if nothing was wrong.
“Kay I guess,” Mumbled Cloud. “I see that Clouddasher will be in fifth grade and Alissandra in third.” The nurse said as she continued to look at the charts. “Good, this shan’t take long,” the nurse assured. “At least you only have to do this once a year.”
“Thank Celestia,” Cloud sighed.
“Hey,” Alissandra interjected. “I think the doctor should make sure she really is a filly.”
“Shut up!” Cloud snapped back at Alissandra.
“I bet you are both perfectly healthy,” the nurse replied with a smile.
“I’m gorgeous and…. I mean she’s healthy!” Alissandra quipped as she stuck out her tongue.
Cloud shook her head. “Is there an ‘anti-brat’ shot or something?!”
The nurse only giggled. “You two are so cute together!” This prompted Alissandra to wink at Cloud.
“And don’t worry about today. This is girls day remember?” the nurse said kindly.
“Shouldn’t Cloud come back tomorrow then!?” Alissandra quipped.
Cloud sighed. “Is there any way you could sew her mouth shut for a long time?!” This caused Alissandra to giggle
Cloud felt completely bare being in the same room with Alissandra. "Can’t we please just get our own rooms for what I am sure comes next?”
“Sorry sweetie, but we are so busy with school, and with the recent bought of illness going around, we are up to our ears with patients,” she replied. “Don’t worry though; every filly is going through the same thing today.” She put a hoof around the tomcolt. “Besides sweetie, every filly has the same parts as you.
Therefore, she directed both girls upon the exam tables, which were extremely close together.
Their blood pressure was first and she made some notes. Moments later, she went to a drawer and came out with two rectal thermometers. “Just relax; this won’t hurt. Cloud sank as she saw them being coated with lube. She watched in horror as it was slowly inserted into Alissandra’s ponut.
“Ooooh!” she gasped. “It’s really cold! And it tickles!”
“Relax and you will be okay,” the nurse assured.
Clouds turn was next. She grit her teeth as hard as she could as the cold thermometer tickled her ponut before slowly invading further. She only let out a slight hiss as it slid down, tickling her as it did.
“There we go.” She said assuringly. “Just lie still and I will be back in a few. With that, she left the room.
Cloud closed her eyes in embarrassment as Alissandra took deep breaths.
“You’re such a twit you know! You don’t really want them to sew my mouth shut!”
“And why not?”
“Well ….uh….” she stammered “Because uh……. Maybe you’ll see one day.”
“Whatever, just lie still and leave me alone.”
This time Alissandra took a deep breath. Alissandra could still sense the tube in her ponut. “This isn’t so bad,” she whispered. “I mean I can’t believe I am in the same room as you as you get a thermometer in your ponut!”
“Are you ever quiet?”
“I think it must feel cool. Especially to a dyke!”
“For the last time, I am not gay.” She screamed.
“Sure you are.” She taunted. “You’re as gay as Liberhaychi, NPH, and Anderson Hoofer!”
“I AM NOT!” she barked. “Those guys are into boys! They like boys and I like….”
“Busted! You are such a lez!” she laughed as she began to slowly hump her body against the exam table. The thermometer in her rectum caused this. “You are such a super lez.”
She refused to come out of the closet. “Look at you. Who’s the one getting off on all of this? “Who’s the super lez now?”
“You must like this too! I mean this just feels so good! You know…… just laying here as the thermometer tickles you.”
“I bet you’re wet!” Alissandra exclaimed. “This is sure making me wet.”
“Can it,” she said slightly questioningly.
“You are so turned on, I can tell.”
“I am not?” she said as if offended, even though her pelvis was rocking against the table and her breath was noticeably heavier.
For the next few minutes, both of them just lied there, slowly rubbing themselves on the paper. Soon, the door was thrust open and the nurse returned. “Times up girls.” She announced as she carefully removed the thermometers. She noted the results in the charts. Now could both of you come with me to be weighed.
“Both were assisted from the tables.” Isn’t there some way I don’t have to go with her?” she groaned.
“It’ll only be for a moment,” the nurse assured. She led them down the hall to the scales. It was over pretty quick. Not too soon, they were returned to their rooms and were back on the exam tables.
“Just wait here,” Dr. McLoughlin will be with you very soon.” With that, the door was closed again.
Cloud tried to cover herself while Alissandra just kicked her hooves. Alissandra broke the silence. “Why are you so freaked out?”
“Because I have to be in a room with you; because you are here with this happening?”
“So what, it’s happening to me too.”
“Oh noooooooo!” she said in mock sarcasm.
“Don’t be such a brat,” She said before she felt her way to Clouds table.
“Can you get away!” she said in annoyance.
“But, it’s so cold in here.”
“For Celestia’s sake,” she protested as her nemesis snuggled up to her. “The doctor could walk in now you know.” In spite of this, this warm feeling was making her whole body tingle. She felt her crotch throb and yearn uncontrollably.”
“It’s gonna be a long wait!” Alissandra said. “They’re mighty busy.” With that, one hoof was over one of Clouds legs. “This is nice!”
Cloud sighed, but put a hoof around Alissandra justifying it based upon the fact it was cold. “I’ll be glad when we’re out of here!”
They sat for a few minutes worried the doctor would burst through before Alissandra got off the table.
“Where’re ya going,” Cloud said worryingly.
“You know….. just looking around,” she said with a knowing laugh.
“But what about?” Cloud replied.
It didn’t matter to her she couldn’t see. She had done this before, and knew just where the tongue depressors were. “I’m sure there are a few things we could do with these.”
“Don’t touch those.” Cloud said. “Just chill till the doctor get here.” Alissandra picked one of the tongue depressors up anyways and studied it with her hoof. “Put that down! You’re going to get us both in trouble.”
“I’m not going to break it,” she said.
“Just sit down before you spill something that I have to clean up again.” Cloud said.
Instead she felt what she thought might be a pen and picked it up.
“Stop!” Cloud said.
However, that just egged Alissandra on more and she felt for one of the other drawers. She opened it, felt around and took out something from inside. “What’s this?” she said with a curious expression as she produced a shiny metal object that she waved around. Cloud didn’t really recognize it, but she did remember something from the ‘talk’ her grandmother gave her. “I um think it’s a spec….”
“A spec what?”
“You know a spec…….”
“What’s it supposed to do, other than feel like a duck bill?”
“I don’t know. Come here and let me see it. She took it and studied it. Soon it made the stereotypical ‘rrrip!’ sound as she opened it up a bit.
“What’s it for?”
“Ya know, for looking inside pussies I think,” she giggled.
Alissandra burst into laughter.
“Put it back before we’re caught!” with that she figured out how to release it and it closed before she handed it back.
Alissandra took it and opened it, making a quacking sound. “Look, it’s a duck”
Cloud sighed as Alissandra was giggling uncontrollably. “You know if you keep playing with it, I will shove it so far up, it will poke out of your mouth.”
Alissandra laughed. “I wonder what it would feel like,” she said. “Hopefully not painful.”
“Probably not,” cloud replied “But I would hate to have to find out.”
“You think this is going to get stuck in our pussies?” Alissandra pondered.”
“I hope not.”
“Might be fun,” Alissandra said wickedly.
“For Celestia’s sake, put it back,” Cloud, demanded.
The ever-curious Alissandra held it fast as she came back to the exam table. She exposed herself as she touched the blades to her lips. “Geez, it’s cold!” she said surprised.
“Cloud moved away. “Look, you will get in so much trouble, and I will deny knowing you.”
“Lez,” she replied with a grin. However, she opened her legs wider for easier access as she tried to get the ‘duckbill’ between her moist and swollen lips. “Mmmmm!” she moaned.
Cloud shook her head. “That’s not how it works!” Suddenly, she was standing on the floor near the end of the exam table. “Get over here, brat!” she ordered. Alissandra scooted to the end of the table. “Get in a position like a dog!”
Nyaaaaah!” Alissandra replied as she stuck out her tongue.
“You need to put that tongue to better use,” She mumbled. “Get your plot up,” she said as she slapped Alissandra there. “Give me the device.”
Alissandra handed it over. “Legs apart.”
Alissandra wiggled her bottom, hoping to get some form of reaction. “Hold still will ya?” With that, she brought the device to Alissandra’s lips and slid it in gently.
“Ooooh!” She gasped as her body flinched.
“Hold still!” Cloud barked.
“But it tickles,” Alissandra replied.
To that, cloud blew across her fillyhood and plot, teasing her. “Ooooh Celestia!” Alissandra moaned.
“What a nympho!” Cloud said giggling as she forced the speculum in. There was a barrier that Cloud didn’t dare push hard on for fear of injuring Alissandra. She hadn’t learned what it really was yet. Therefore, instead of forcing it further, she opened the jaws a little bit. It made a clicking sound as it opened.
“Mmmmm! Aaaaah!” Alissandra moaned.
“Does it hurt?” Cloud asked.
“Not really,” Alissandra replied with a more wheezy voice as her breathing was labored. “Feels odd!”
“Hold still will ya?” Cloud barked as she let the jaws open one more ‘click’. From there she could see Alissandra’s insides as well as the moisture that was gathering within. “Don’t move kay?” Cloud reached for the thermometer sitting on some paper on the counter and used it to slowly tickle Alissandra’s insides.
“Sweet Celestia,” she cried as her body jolted.
“You like that don’t you!” Alissandra said as she continued to tease all around. She slowly reached out a hoof and teased that swollen bud.
There were a mix of hissing noises and loud exclamations of pleasure. “Celestia that feels good.”
“Hey brat, I know what you like ya know,” Cloud said with a very wicked grin. The only thing stopping her from working on her own itch was the fact that both hooves were busy with her enemy. She used her hoof and the thermometer to trace around the outside and inside of the beautiful cavern. Alissandra was twitching and moaning, her mind lost in a daze of ecstasy. Her eyes were tightly shut and her mouth was agape. As cloud teased all around, her fillyhood became puffier, redder, and wetter. Soon there was that unmistakable scent of filly.
Finally, Cloud moved close and tried to force her tongue in as close as she could. “Alissandra just about screamed because of the sensation. Her whole body trembled as she moaned.
“We’re gonna get caught ya know and then it really is the end for us,” Cloud warned.
“Keep going,” Alissandra begged. “Don’t stop.
Cloud was nervous, but she was so desperate to get rid of her itch. She wondered if Alissandra had ever cum before. How long till I make her shatter Equestria?” Cloud thought with a laugh. With that, she teased at a quicker pace. Alissandra began to fill the tingling start to glow, a sensation she hadn’t ever felt before. She moaned faster in her signature voice.
Suddenly everything ended. There stood the nurse and the doctor. In that instant, fear and shame shot through them both. They knew they had been caught and had frozen with the speculum still stuck in Alissandra’s orifice.
“Oh my!” the nurse cried loudly as she dropped the clipboards and her papers scattered everywhere.
Dr. McLoughlin, just smiled and laughed. “T’was bound to appen sooner or later!” she said with a bit of a highlands accent and a good belly laugh behind it. She reached back and locked the door, leaving them in privacy.
