Infamous: Final Wave

Eric Constant is sitting on the front porch of his lovely house reading a newspaper. This would not be cause for drama if it wasn't for the fact that he was living in a world full of pastel marshmallow ponies. Yes, Eric is living in Equestria, the wonderful world of magic.

How he got there will be explained later but for now back to the story.

Eric is 24 at the time, he was only 17 when he arrived in this strange world, with dark brown hair and sitting at six feet even, he is near twice as tall as most ponies. As he ponders this, he is interrupted by the sound of tiny hoof beats getting closer to him. Eric sets down the paper to get up and greet the little white bundle of happiness coming toward him with a great big hug. He picked her up and captured her in his arms. Eric is hugging his goddaughter, the fifth royal princess of Equestria, and by his opinion the unofficial princess of joy; Flurry Heart. With her still in his arms, he walks into the house to ask her about her day and prepare dinner.

How does one of the only humans in Equestria (yes you read it right, HUMANS) become the godfather of one of the most powerful beings in the world? Lots of hard work and perseverance that's how. Princess Cadence and Prince Shining Armor left for a diplomatic mission in another land and needed someone for Flurry to stay with. They chose Eric because he is very humble and has a good work ethic, and want Flurry to be apart of the world instead of above it. Eric couldn't ask for a better girl, she is kind, caring, and loves to have fun. She is also really smart too.

After dinner, Flurry asks Eric to tell her how he got to Equestria, and asks if it was because of his powers. He simply nods and takes a moment to focus his thoughts and begins.

"All I can remember about the beginning of that day was a flash of light, a clap of thunder, a feeling of falling, and then...."
