Chapter 10: The Right Trigger, at the Right Time.

Narrator:

4 Years Later.

Sweetie Belle had just came home from a long day of work. "Button, Honey, I'm home!" She said, tired as she went inside their house. No Pony responded. She checked every room, Still no traces of Button mash anywhere. She was about to call him, Until he found a note on their bedroom Cabinet.

She read the letter. "Go to The Sugar cube corner, As soon as possible. I'll explain everything there.

She trotted over to Sugarcube corner, confused of what she was going to see. When she entered, The whole place was decorated, as if it was someone's Birthday. She later saw the Cmc and their dates sitting on the table. Sweetie Belle greeted them, and Sat with them. She later realized, that Pip, and Apple Bloom were married, (She forgotten) And Rumble, and Scoot were getting married in the next month.

"Wow, Congrats Guys." Sweetie Belle said happily as her and Scootaloo hugged. "Thanks for being my friend. Even though we're all going to the next step of love, Doesn't mean we'll be by our side." Then Sweetie Belle looked at Rumble and Pip. She just realized, "Have you guys seen Button anywhere? He told me to meet me here..." Rumble responded "Nope, haven't seen him." "Should we go look for him?" Pip Questioned. "No it's fine..." She said sadly while putting her head on the table. "Sorry Guys, I'm just jealous that you guys are getting married.... Button and I... Well..." Sweetie Belle said sadly.

"Ah, that's Alright Sweets. Im Guaranteed he'll ask you someday." Apple Bloom said, as Scootaloo nodded. "If yer want to get cheered up, there's that Karaoke machine there." Apple Bloom Reminded her. Sweetie Belle got her hopes up, as she trotted over the Stage with the Karaoke machine. The crowd almost instantly turned attention to her. Just as she found a song to sing, Something went... Wrong..

"Uhh... Pinkie Pie?" (Oh no. Not her again). "There's something wrong with the machine..." Sweetie Belle said with a Concerned look on her face. "Weird, That Old boi, has been working since the last hours.... Lemmie just..." Pinkie Pie smashed the machine with a Microphone she stole from.... Wait... AW COME ON!  She just stole it from me...anyways... Just as she smashed it, Sweetie Belle Tried to stop Pinkie Pie, But music came from the Machine.

It wasn’t the music she picked it was a slow, calming, and romantic song. She was so confused. Then, the audience brought out a Candle, and Placed it in front of them. The spotlights turned Pink, and some of the audience made a Walking path. At the end of that path, was a Brown-Coated Pony. Button. He was dressed in a tux, looking Good for a Colt. As he nervously, and slowly, walked up to Sweetie Belle, Sweetie Belle said "Button! There you were I was so worried, What's going On? I thou-" Sweetie Belle was Cut off, By Button. Holding her hooves.

"Thats for later... What's important is that... I'm here with the Beautiful, Smart, Caring Mare in the world." Button said. Sweetie Belle Started to Blush. She started to have a clue on what was going on, and when she did, a Tear fell down. Butto. Holding her hooves, In front of the audience. She took a quick glance at the audience, everyone smiling. And almost everyone in Ponyville was there. Rarity, Applejack, (Whole Mane 6), Mrs Cheerilee and Big Mac, Spike, and almost every Pony was there. Even Princess Luna, Princess Celestia, Princess Cadence, and Shining Armor. The whole place was filled with love. She turned back to Button, Only seeing a Grin on his face.

He started to talk: "Sweetie Belle. I Remember how we met. All those years. And how we got together. These last 4 years, I couldn't have asked more. Even When we gone through the toughest times, I will still be There for you. Like a Knight in Shining armor, Saving a Princess. Like you. I've been with you for years, and Im Blessing to have Happiness, and Love for more Years to come." Button said, While Sweetie Belle was tearing from all that.

Sweetie Belle's P.O.V:

I still was Really confused. Was this..

Is he.. No, no, no, This can't be! I... Don't know what to say!

Narrator:

He pulled a small box, and opened up a Ring, with a Emerald, surrounded by Diamonds. He looked up and said "Sweetie Lorena Belle..." (I just made that Middle name up). "Will you marry me?" Button said, showing the ring to her. She looked speechless. Later, after seconds of suspense, she Cried out "YES! YES! A HUNDRED TIMES!" She said Crying as she Hugged Button Mash, and he Hugged him back as well. Everyone in the Audience Cheered, As the two Showed their Love. They stopped Hugging. And he Put the ring on her horn. He later finished it off with a kiss in her Muzzle. The Crowd cheered even more, as the two Ponies kissing in the stage. Once they were done, Both wiped the tears, and Sweetie Belle rested her head On Button, as the two looked at the Whole Audience.

Hours later, after that proposal, Everyone Congratulated the happy couple, and spent the whole day Partying. Button thanked every pony for Acting, and helping him proposing. He went through a lot of trouble, But it was so worth it. Rarity, and Buttons Mom, was crying tears of joy after seeing that Love bloom.

The whole party ended in Hours. Button's Mom went up to Him "Oh My sweet Boy Is getting Married! I'm so proud of you! And I think your father would be too." She said as she smiled, and Hugged Button. Which Brought up the surprise for Her. "About that.." Button said Looking at Sweetie Belle Nodding. "There's somepony In years you need to see." Both, and Sweetie Belle, and Button trotted away from each other. Behind them was another Brown-Coated pony. His dad. Her mother gasped in shock. "Love tap.." His father said. His mother, ran into him, and Hugged him. "Welcome back Honey." She whispered in his ear. "Welcome back." As the two happily Hugged each other, the Crowd cheered, and Button and Sweetie Belle saw their love. It was about time when He repaid his father for helping him be a Pony.

The two, later happily Trotted home, Talking about all the plans for the wedding. When got home, Button surprised Sweetie Belle By carrying her, on his back to the Bedroom. She was blushing, and Impressed by her strength. He Let her laid down in the bed, And kissed her head. "I love You Sweetie." Button whispered to her ear. "I love you too Button." She said back and smiling. Later on, they were sleeping peacefully in the bed. Enjoying their company together.

Buttons P.O.V

Best day ever. That's all I can say... My parents re-united, and I'm getting married soon. Sigh... I love my life. And Sweetie Belle.... Wait.... What?... I'M GETTING MARRIED?! Holy Bucking Celestia, I wasn't ready for this kind of stuff! I'm worried if something might go wrong! AHHH I'M PANICKING!! "Button. Is there anything wrong?" Sweetie Belle said quietly as she felt the body twitches when getting close to me. Her voice, and her face calmed me down right there. "Yea, I'm fine." I said. "Alright Honey." She said as she went back to sleep. "Honey." I'm not used to this...

All I know is that these next moments with her, will be WILD.

Narrator.

And so, The Lovable Shipping, and other stuff brought them together. As they lived happily ever aft-

"Forgetting someone?!"

Oh, Pinkie I was about to end the story.

"Where's my Flugel Horn? I WANT IT BACK!!"

Pinkie, I'm sorry. But this is not cannon. You still have it back in your original world, Right.

"Sigh... I guess you're right... Its about to end anyway, so what does life matter anymore.. Though it is nice to see Button mash and Sweetie Belle get together though."

Yea. Sweet isn't it?

"Oh well. Better start standing here til the Sequel comes out or whatever.

Pinkie Pie Got her Flugel Horn Back.

*GASP* "Oh thank you! Thank You! Thank You! Narrator!"
