It was a warm sunny day on the path to Ponyville, the birds were chirping and a human was walking down the road. He had brown hair, green eyes, wore a black shirt, navy blue trench coat which was buttoned in the middle by three black buttons, wore black trousers and black military boots.
That’s me. Baertyuo, but please just call Bert for short. I’d give you my real name but I don’t feel like it. So anyways. I was going to bed one night back in our world and when I woke up, I was in Equestria. If that doesn’t sound strange enough I now have the ability to bend time, space and reality to my very whim. And that’s me in a nutshell.
I first found out of my powers when I accidently blew a hole in the Canterlot Museum of Magical Artefacts. That was when I discovered everyone was an anthro. They took me to their leaders, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna who both explained where I am and my powers. However, how I got them or how I got here is still a mystery. They decided to let me live in Ponyville with Princess Twilight. Yippee, I get a parole officer after demolishing a building.
Well it won’t be so bad, after all, what can a mischievous man with these powers do?
God help Equestria.
Even if I’m not using my powers then weird things will happen, for crying out loud this country has seen more mishaps than the British Empire discovering the Americas.
I saw a row of straw thatched houses rise up in the distance. Ponyville the sign had said a few minutes back. Anyway as soon as I entered the town I felt the anthros gaze at me. I forgot to tell you I’m still a human but those weird stares will pass. I was suddenly crushed in a bear hug by a pink pony. Crap, it’s Pinkie Pie.
“OhsoyoumustbethatnewponyintownimPinkiePieandijust…” She hyperspoke. Is she on a sugar rush? I am pretty certain she is on a sugar rush. Thankfully a purple alicorn pulled her off of me before things went ugly for her. I realised my savior is none other than my host, Twilight Sparkle. She was a beautiful mare with dark purple hair that had a light pink stripe running through it. She was wearing a miniskirt and a red t-shirt which complemented her EE cup breasts… Wait did I just call her beautiful? No. I couldn’t. Why am I blushing?
“Sorry about my friend. She can be a little too happy if she sees a new face in town. I’m Twilight by the way.” She says. She had a star on her neck. Peculiar.
“Names Baertyuo, but you can call me Bert. That’s not my real name but I don’t feel like giving it.” She giggles.
“So, I hear that you have powers, though Celestia hasn’t told me a thing about what they are.” She’s a curious one, I can tell.
“Just the ability to morph time, space and reality.” She looks skeptical. “I can even make it so that you don't notice the difference.”
She’s still skeptical. “Prove it.”
I smirked. I would love to do it to her but not in public and she would most likely have me sent to the dungeons if I make her angry. So I settled for her castle and I change one of her friends. “Under the condition you do not tell the subject what I will do to them.”
After a trek to her castle, which is made of crystal might I add, she invited one of her friends over, two actually. I think their names were Applejack and Rainbow Dash. Anyway I took a pocket watch from my pocket and polished it. It took a half hour but they showed up.
The orange one in the Stetson with Apples on her neck was most probably Applejack and the rainbow haired one, need I say more.
“Howdy partner, names Applejack. I help run Sweet Apple Acres. We supply the best apples in all of Equestria.” She had a country accent. Great, I can hardly understand a French accent.
“Rainbow Dash. Greatest Flyer in all of Equestria and the only one who made the Sonic Rainboom.” If anything was to go by, I could make her become more humble and less of a headache.
“Baertyuo, but call me Bert.” We sat down and had some tea. Thankfully they had my favorite: Redbush. Liquid gold that stuff. Anyway I whispered to Twilight that I would show her how I see it. I channeled my powers and a rippling effect happened. They blurred and distorted before becoming clear again. There was a huge difference to them. Rainbow Dash was no longer an anthro pegasus, but a regular pegasus. Applejack, all femininity lost as she became male. To them, they were always like this. I looked over to Twilight who had a bemused expression. Another distortion returned them to normal.

An hour after they left, I had made my bed in one of the castle guest rooms and lay there, pondering on what I can do with my powers. I never really saw conquest as much of a means to use my power, besides I hate paperwork and bureaucracy. I could use it for my own amusement, though I might also have to find a job if I am to provide for myself.
Then there is Twilight. She was nice, cheerful and from my little meeting with her, somewhat nerdy. I had only met her, so why can’t I stop thinking about her.
