Rizzick began morphing into a hulking star patterned tigerlorn. Six hundred pounds of muscle standing on all fours nearly eight feet tall. The blood began drying on his new form as the shaman leered at the bent over Vinoan, who fell over exhausted from hunting every day to feed the village that saved his life. The newly formed tigerlorn struggled to stand on his new legs. He raised his head to glare at the dark caster who was smiling in turn a vicious cruel smile. The shaman smiled "Rizzick the ritual is complete I have finally made you my master piece." "What have you done shaman.." growled softly as the tigerlorn stared at the shaman. The crooked tooth Vinoan said with wicked grace "I have made you into your favorite animal and also I have drained the village of their strength." He added " so I can send you far away for I have no strength to kill you as a hunter but as a creature I can easily crush you." The tigerlorn eyebrow twitches as he tries to rise and stumbles back onto his new legs. Anger was surging through his veins as he looked for his weapons to slay this abomination of dark magic. Rizzick made an attempt to grab his nearby bow and spear but his massive paws could not hold them as they fell without any will to be used in his new paws. He glared at the cackling withered creature that was known as shaman, his magic of fallen souls floating around him effortlessly. “Curse your wicked powers shaman I shall end you with my fangs” Rizzick lunged with his heart full of hate, pinning the shaman against a stone pillar. He was  about to rend the head from his shoulders when the shaman disappeared and stood forth a child with one leg tears streaming from his face "no Rizzy don't kill me.” The innocent like child was crying piteously driving our tigerlorn into a corner as he felt guilt clutching his heart. His eye's wander until he saw the child's reflection of a hideous scaled demon in a nearby puddle. Rizzick stared hard at the child as he stood towering over his former friend who died saving his life in seven shallows swamp from deadly creatures. That drained his friends body dry as  he pushed young Rizzick into a nest of tigerlorn that protected him from harm.That was when the village of Vinoans had picked him from their sacred ritual of praying to the tigerlorns claimed to be mystical beast that protected their village. "Shaman I have been trained by the best hunters of this village the tigerlorn that you have sent me to, I have hunted this land and fought mighty beasts to feed people that you have drained for your own greed" Rizzick's throaty growls sounds like a sad laugh full of bitter irony. The shaman begins casting his incantations as the child like form disappears into puffs of smoke. He stood forth as a mighty green scaled beast with three eyes and a four legs standing toe to toe with the tigerlorn. The withered shaman appeared now as a massive demonic creature with spirits dancing around his form screaming out in pain. Rizzicks  glare was full of rage as he bore his full weight and roared at the new form of the shaman. This roar shattered the air around him making the creature step back and was stunned by the sheer volume of the voice. “You lied to me shaman you sent me from the village with promise's me that I can save them from a fate worse than death,"  Rizzick yelled "That I could feed and heal their wounds from their soul's to their bodies!” “yes you were my only threat wise to my actions I could barely plan at all with you around but I found your weakness your need to save these vinoans” he began cackling with a raspy voice. A cruel smile plastered itself on the monsters face causing Rizzick to unsheathe his claws. The beast launched a full out attack slamming into the hulking lizard pushing it farther back and lacerating his scales. The creature breathed a noxious fumes that warped rizzicks vision and distorted his sense of smell. He followed up with a tailed slap that sent tigerlorn into a pillar which began cracking under his weight. The mock shaman waved his hands around gathering energy into his claws. Dark ancient magicbegan pooling into the center of the ruins. Rizzick exhausted climbed up on to his paws and his claws popped out scraping the earth with much anticipation for his enemy defeat. “what are you doing shaman” he growled as blood fell from his nostrils. "I am done with this world I have caused so much death that tire from the flesh I eat," The green demon spoke with a false joy "I am gonna travel to a delicious world that my friend Sombra has spoken to me about." He also added " Weak and feeble creatures that are full of so much life ah so deserving I am" A voice full of bitter gloom spoke " You dare to leave this world after you have killed all my tribe kin shaman!" Noxious fumes snorted out of the demons nostrils " Save one Rizzick I have let you live so go crawl off in this deserted dead world so you can live." Rizzick pondered in his moment of weakness he could leave this battle and survive this hellish day he snorted at himself " I have nothing to lose shaman that is what I will live for!" Using the last of his strength he summoned his soul key which activated his inner tigerlorn. He surged up on the creature neck and latched upon its tender weakness. The shaman gasped and tried tearing at Rizzick's back ripping his backside up. Blood poured from both creatures causing the tigerlorn to fall near the portal that was growing in the center of the ruins. Shaman was slammed into the cracked pillar which was humming with dark magic energy. This blow caused the pillar to burst into shattered stones falling and smashing the demonic creature under its debris. The portal crackling with energy as its master lay dead in the ruins falling apart around its center. In a flash it expanded in a moments notice and there was no bodies to be found in the ruins Aggeroth. Rizzick struggled to open his eyes imagining that he is waking in the world of the dead. His eyes adjusted to the surrounding area and he was  staring into the wide eyes of a pink  pony eye that sparkled with life. She was wiping sweat from her brows and said something he couldn't understand but he smiled weakly. Well the world of the dead is cute at least he thought his mind fuzzy with pain. He felt restrained as he raised his head slowly and saw that he was covered in bandages he rasped “ am I a prisoner?” The pink pony smiled bigger and spoke fast lyrically in a language that he doesn't understand. Honestly I don't have the strength to move he thought impatiently as the pink pony nudged his side to help him stand. He stood barely when his stomach growled with a fierce hunger. She jumped back and giggled at him repeating a word that sounded like … ghostie or so he thought. . //-------------------------------------------------------// Rizzicks adventures chapter two //-------------------------------------------------------// Rizzicks adventures chapter two Pinkie Pie was shocked to find a wounded creature in the forest of laughing hooves. she was traveling from E'qu that day to the forest so she can gather ingredients for a surprise party.  she had hoped to surprise her dear carousel cookie the adorable daughter she adopted from the Lost Night. When her tailed twitched signaling something was about to fall and it did was a massive bearlike tiger creature that landed right in front of her “How fun” She thought with a grin. She bounced around the unconscious creature examining it with glee until she noticed the big brute was injured rather fierce. Then she squeaked “Oh no he is more hurt than my dash after a crash.” and she sped  over to the creature that was laying upon the grass breathing harshly and unconscious. Then her pinkie brain fired off thinking I need Fluttershy but then she remembered that she was having tea time with discord. Her thoughts still racing oh how that would be so fun and oh yea she turned around to reacheinto her tail and pulled out Ta-DA bandages from Zecora's place with extra healing potions soaked in them. she hoped they can help this big guy he is pretty wounded and sounds like he needs some of her cupcakes they make everything better. She hopped around Rizzick sleeping form wrapping him up in amazing time with the oozing bandages. As Rizzick form begins to stir she ponders hopefully he isn't hungry.  Well grandma would say giggle at the ghostie nothing we Pies fear also I think Fluttershy would be sad if I didn't help a creature that was hurt as she thought. Rizzick stirred on the ground his eyes opening to look toward his savior he mouthed “thank you pink one I am alive thanks to you.” he said in his own language. Pinkie pie smiled nodded as she pulled out a basket full of cupcakes and berries that she placed in front of him. She picks up one cupcake points at his mouth and then her own and eats it in the blink of an eye. She begins rolling on the ground smiling with joy Rizzick assuming to copy her behavior eats one cupcake and rolls on the ground reopening few of his wounds. Before the pain hit his brain his tongue exploded with flavor as he rolls to his feet. She gasp and rush's over to him pulling out a mysterious bottle full of red liquid that she rubs on his reopening wounds. She thought wildly he is a crazy one and so cute did you see the way he rolls its adorable Pinkie. Why yes Pinkie I did see the way he rolls and I agree its adorable way better than oatmeal cooked over a fire. she thought to her self silly star creature she felt with joy. He needs help he is not gonna do well with these wounds, I need to get to Fluttershy I know she can help and maybe Twi Twi can help him speak better with a spell. I bet spike would like him to they are both tough guys she chuckles inwardly. her pink head turns her eyes on him now that she has a moment. She notices more so his  purple fur had a unique star patterns on him that seems to signify something important. she thought these detailed patterns gave this massive creature adorable appeal. His tail had a spikey poof at its end as it wrapped around his body. He was laying his head on the grass with his eye watching her every movement  this caused her to flush for some odd reason. “well duh pinkie pie its cause he eats cupcakes like you do.” she giggled at his silly actions. She bounces around Rizzick drawing a circle with a stick and points at the line. She makes a buzzing sound to signal him that is a no no with a smile. “ill be back silly willy biggie.” She begins to bounce away towards E'qu to get help from her friends to help her new friend. Pinkie pie hears the scraping sounds behind her as she turns around she sees him stepping over the line and she yells  “bzzzzzzzzzzzz” and he step back quickly waving his paw slowly at her and hunched down. Rizzick watched as the pink one left bouncing with hyper active  energy enough to impress him as he smiled slowly. He scented food from the basket of mysterious treats  that are still within the circle. he grabbed them up and began munching with much exuberance. His thoughts returned to him as he spoke out loud "This is different from what we imagined nothing like the walking stones that would the we the hunters." He looked suspiciously about as he added to himself "Well she was cute ... hope she is a she ugh my head hurts." As he finished his meal frosting tingly his nose he took the time to examine his soul key. This was the very same key that had changed his form. This meant he could not change back to being a hunter of his former planet either though.  But he was able to become a tigerlorn from a dying planet that he cannot go back to nor did he wish to. He felt weak as his injuries were ridiculously wrapped around his body a stray thought came to his mind. I am bleeding from the last fight with the dark shaman that could only mean that I have lived his mind echoed. Anger surged though his body momentary before he his body collasped on the ground regret tinging his soul. The light began to fade from the sky he mumbled in this new land “I want another one of those please..zzzz” Twilight was enjoying an old book that Star Swirl the bearded made during his journeys. Through portal magic  spells he developed that is extremely dangerous to any pony. Mastering these would have you learning about vastness of the universe she giggled at the thought. When she heard right next to her ear “Twilight!” The purple pony dropped the book with one hoof and caught it with the other “Pinkie Pie you scared me you silly filly” grumbled twilight. Pinkie was peeking out underneath her pony pillow “ I need your help.” Twilight amazed at how she didn't notice the party pony was under her pillow while she was reading replied “With what pinkie another prank on Rainbow Dash or another contest between you and Big Macintosh over who can eat the most?” Pinkie then said “ Naw I can prank Dashie later and as for red I can eat him under the table with cupcakes any day.” Then she bounces over to the alicorn and took a deep breath and spoke rapidly explaining that she met somebody who needed help and couldn't speak Equestrian at all. But seemed to like her cupcakes so he couldn't be bad guy at all. Twilight only understood that her friend needed her help “Ok Pinkie I like to meet this Ghostie friend of yours and see if we can talk to him maybe we can help him he might be a new species from that forest maybe.” Twilights eyes sparkle at the thought of meeting someone new to learn about and learn from. “Where's spike at anyways Twi shouldn't he be here to record what you learned?” asked pinkie pie as she hopped towards the exit. She replied somberly “ Usually he is but he has been visiting the dragon lands learning about them and helping his new friend with her new role." She then added" He also said he was gonna be gone for about a month and I am here helping our village so i couldn't go so i didn't stop him but at least he writes to me every day he is such a dear.” Pinkie pie smiled and patted her mare friend on the head as she giggled“ don't worry gal I bet he will come back sooner I am making sapphire pie next week after all." The two ponies left the castle heading towards Fluttershy's cottage. Traveling through E'qu is always exciting the ponies thought as they  saw Grannysmith waving her hooves at them. Dr. Hooves was running by in a hurry with Derpy in tow yelling” hurry before we merge the lines they get all wimey and timey as such” They disappeared into the crowd that was gathering around stadium where Vinyl and Octavia were singing a duet that seem to bring much cheers from the crowd. As they approached the cottage they could hear the animals skittering on the ground. The bushes rustled they hear a faint giggling in the home as you see angel bunny leave the cottage in a huff  while wearing a brown tuxedo suit. A gentle voice was heard making its concerns clear ”Discord you know better than to play your silly pranks on Angel he is very sensitive.” Discord smiles slyly “ we have guests dear looks like we are gonna have to cut our tea time short.” The chaotic being drinking his tea from a bowl upside down above fluttershy with a grin that can make any normal pony shiver. The pink mare taps musically on the door and the wooden frame opened on its own making a slow screeching sound like nails on a chalkboard. “Discord!” Fluttershy exclaims again. “Oh dear I think I have need to go to my thinking tree” he said leaving in through a door that said enter only and disappears from the cottage leaving three ponies standing and staring at each other. “Awww I was hoping for chocolate milk that stuff is super yummy.” said the pink pony as she hops up to fluttershy and gives her a quick hug. While using her tail of many uses to tickle Twilights ear at the same time as hugging her dear friend. Twilight giggled as she swatted at the mysterious mane that has eluded her studious mind. Twilight spoke with a laugh“Pinkie you silly dear also hi Fluttershy we are here to ask for your assistance on a injured beast that pinkie found in the forest of laughing hooves." Pinkie pie explains everything that happened in under twelve seconds in her pinkie fashion. Fluttershy quietly gasp's "Oh no an injured critter let me grab my vet kit and lets go girls.” Fluttershy moving as quick as her lathe body could manage darting around her cottage looking for her supplies. She moves  in her home covered in variety of creatures that are trying to help her found her items. Pinkie pie hops towards the kitchen “ill get the snacks I think he might be hungry again when we get there.” Twilight says excitedly “I can prepare a few spells including a teleport spell that can get us closer to the forest to save us some time.” The purple alicorn begins searching her natural pockets for a few emergency spell checklist books for rough times like these. Pinkie pie feeling a little anxious starts hopping in place rapidly next to Twilight Fluttershy glides down her stairs next to her friends with a smile. Flutter says with confidence “Lets go save that critter” Pinkie pie responded right before Twilights spell teleports them “ Hh he isn't little flutters he is a big and fangy with a smile that can make your toes curl's” she said with a big grin and a twinkle in her eye.. //-------------------------------------------------------// Rizzicks adventures chapter three //-------------------------------------------------------// Rizzicks adventures chapter three Rizzick was sleeping in the circle with cupcake frosting smothering his whiskers. He shifted in one spot while he groaned in pain and couldn't rest properly being trussed up like a turkey. When his tigerlorn instincts sensed magic was being used near him he stood on his haunches and prepared to hurl himself at the localized spell and shred it to pieces. When suddenly near to him, magical energy appears in three forms one familiar pink one and two other ponies that seemed to literally scream at his war torn red eyed appearance. Twilight appearing with her friends at the location was incredibly surprised at the creature  Pinkie Pie found. She nearly jumped out of her fur as she saw this giant of a beast covered in bleeding bandages. She stumbled back for a moment then concern entered her brain that the creature was severely injured. She scrambled in her vet kit grabbing variety of tools and approached the tigerlorn without concern for her own safety. Fluttershy gasped rather loudly for the quiet pony “ Oh dear oh dear oh dear.” Twilight spoke with her pink friend "He is rather injured those look like wounds from a recent fight." Rizzick surprised at the sudden appearance of these three roared fiercely at them “ I will not be hunted I will not be killed!” Extending his claws appearing very menacing as he put on his best I will eat you face. This rippled across the ponies causing both the purple pony and the pegasus to pause in their steps. When suddenly you hear a giggle that turns into a chorus about something with ghostie and more chuckling which gives strength to her friends. Fluttershy appears right in front of the growling creature and shows him each item on her hoof that she seems to get her message across to help him. “Oh for E'qu sake Pinkie you didn't tell me he was dangerous!” she said with concern. “ He isn't Twi Twi watch this.” The curly pony said rolling on the ground near the beast with its hackles in the air. Fluttershy stutters “Pppinkie bbee careful I don't know this type of creature." Rizzick's paw flashes down on the pink pony and grabs her up in single movement more giggling was heard from his paw. He opens to see a smiling pony extending her hoof at him. Both ponies become more stunned as the beast began sheathing his claw. This made the large creature slowly calm down from his wild anger. He then looks down at the pink pony attempting to imitate her smile as his fangs stuck out causing near by ponies to wince. “See he was just surprised, we scared him like one of my pranks.” she said with twinkling pies in her eyes. Fluttershy said in a whisper "Do you think he will let me help him now?" Pinkie replied like a cupcake about to burn in a oven "Heck yea he will just give him little bit of time as you do it." Twilight examined the bandages "Pinkie we need to go over your medical training you missed steps three, seven and thirteen." Pinkie replied quickly " He was really hurt and I was in a hurry to make the bleeding stop Twi." Fluttershy saw the chance and went to work on applying medicine and renewing the bandage's more effectively. The tigerlorn stared at them mumbling something in language that is lost to this world. He hung his head shamefully while being taken cared of. Twilight shook her mane several times while tapping her hoof on the ground with a pondering look on her face. Rizzick seemed to be wary of the purple pony and kept his distance from her which caused some confusion and more chattering among the three. His smile disappeared as he saw her levitate some of the healings items from Flutters bag to the shy pegasus. “I don't think he likes me.” said the Twilight. “Impossible Twi you are wonderful I think he is scared of your magic.” said Pinkie Pie obviously. "How could he not like magic its an extremely helpful and difficult to learn it must be something else." she said in a huff as she rubbed her cutie mark. Fluttershy nodded her head slightly and hovered low to the ground showing her timid nature.  The artifact Celestia was lowering the sun from the sky as the relic Luna begins to slowly raise the moon. “Oh dear filly's its becoming night and this forest is known for its unique type of timber wolf, they are called the oak maws which are larger than timbers but fewer in numbers usually.” said Fluttershy with her amazing knowledge of the creatures of Equestria. Twilight pipes in “ And they are only active at night.” Pinkie speaks slowly "I think we are being watched gals lets step away very slowly." Twilight feeling the hair rise on the nape of her neck speaks " Girls lets grab this beast and run away  before we become the next meanl!" Soft footsteps were heard throughout the forest touching a leaf here and there scaring the ponies. Soft moonlight danced between the tree branches barely revealing large shadowed figures partially hiding in the shrubbery. Rizzick rose to his paws seeing the concern in their face his ears perk up and he let out a low growl. This growl alerted the ponies into action causing the flyers to glide in the air as the pink mare turned towards the tigerlorn. Pinkie Pie turns around and hops up his knee and then on his back and pointed towards Equ “Charge!” Rizzick feeling stronger after the kind pegasus used her skills to heal him. He could sense blood thirst in the air which seemed to increase his need to protect these ponies. He could also barely feel the pink pony wanting him to move in the direction she was pointing. Rizzick picked up his pace and moved with a fluid like grace that brought a gasp from his helpers. Twilight and Fluttershy took to the air trying to keep up with the previously injured tigerlorn as it was picking up speed it appeared to be a blur in the night. Pinkie pie becoming confused in the dark began pointing in every direction trying to get her bearings the Pinkie way. The large tigerlorn was trying to keep up with the directions nearly crashed into tree sending the pink pony flying into the air. She gasped and giggled as Rizzick rebounded off a nearby tree and nabbed her gently with his mouth landing on the ground. He put her down at his feet “ You ok pink one you almost got smashed real bad.” he said with quiet regret. She patted his face with both hooves and told him “ Its ok ghostie I am not hurt see guys told you he is nice.” Then Rizzick pinned his ears backwards as he was standing over the pink pony. He let loose a massive roar that shattered the air around them, causing the three oak maws to stop in mid leap and flew backwards. Twilight seeing her friends in trouble flew down next to Rizzick and began using her alicorn magic. She conjured her inner magic which she used to send powerful blasts at the oak maws. This scattered them into the surrounding forests. “They are bigger than Timbers and pretty resilient.” said twilight making a few mental notes for further encounters. Fluttershy flew down next to Pinkie and said in a blurt” are you ok pinkie?” The pink pony rolled out underneath the hulking tigerlorn with a flush on her face “ Just peachy neachy fillies.” Rizzick using his soul key attuned himself to his inner tigerlorn and used an ability that was only noticed by Twilight while the other two were babbling with nervous energy that seemed to excite the nearby blood thirst. This inner ability told him the nearby locations of aggressive creatures in a hundred meter radius around him. He felt danger towards himself and his companions as they were many more than he presumed closing in on them. He prowled towards the forest when the pink one tried to stop him. she was talking at him with no more giggles her face scared as she spoke afraid. But with nervous concern even he could tell she was worried for him. Rizzick spoke in his language “ I must protect my benefactor I have already lost all I could and in my latest hour you brought me smiles more than I thought I could possess I must go I must protect you! And them!” He shouted in a voice that was moving and yet not understood. He sensed magic, powerful ancient magic emanating from the purple pony blasting him with world like symbols appearing before him. He staggered back “I will not be controlled again shaman.” He jumped with madness at the purple pony pinning her to the ground baring his fangs near her throat. “This was the only way could stop you from hurting yourself sir.” gasped the alicorn. Another voice full of concern “ ghostie you can hear us finally please don't hurt Twilight she was only trying to help you hear us better.” Rizzick stepped off the alicorn and eyed her seriously “ Never use anymore magic on me purplelight I do not trust magic users.” he said with a soured words. She took in a deep breath and said “Your welcome ghostie.” he snorted “ my name isnt Ghostie, its Rizzick Sha” was said with much pride in his tone. Then he turned his head and yelled “ Run ponies they are upon us.” Several grey  wolves size of bears with those green lantern eyes were rushing from the forest towards them. Fluttershy grew afraid covering her face as she made herself seem smaller. She crawled into a bush using the mighty ducking  ability. Her friend Twilight rubbing her hooves together stood tall on her back hooves and began charging her magic in her horn. She aimed her magical weapon towards the charging oak maws. Pinkie pie never to be left out of any action pulled out her party cannon from her tail of many use's and aimed while saying “ lets have a battle party.” she shot several times causing a few of the oak maws to trip and fall in surprise at the unorthodox weapon. Twilight let her magic loosed on the enemy and fired powerful beams of magic. These bolts of raw controlled magic arcing from her horn zapping three nearby oak maws into smoldering piles of ash. She hooted for a moment, then she blinked from the corner of her eye she saw an oak maw in slow motion leaping at her face. She had no time to react as she closed her eyes waiting for the pain to inevitably follow. But nothing came she only heard sick crunching sounds that caused her ears to flick back nervously and opened one eye to see Rizzick. Smashing the oak maw into the ground brutally startling the nearby ponies. He glanced about noticing that they were danger especiall ythe hiding one. He then he leaped into a bush that Fluttershy was hiding in and scooping her up onto his shoulder. he also bounded over to Pinkie and swooped her up as well. “lets run more danger coming, quickly now direct me please” he said hurriedly. Then twilight took to the air and said loudly “follow me rizzick help me protect my friends.” Rizzick raced across the ground as more oak maws took to the chase. He was following Twilight towards safety or so he hoped but was slowed down by a river. The ponies were gesturing towards the Oak Maws that were charging his rear. This caused him to back up into a oak maw that attack his flank but withstanding the pain he jumped the river barely reaching the other side with a maw and all. Pinkie pie seeing an Oak Maw up here with her and Fluttershy threw items out of her mane and tail at the brute. Fluttershy shrieked and bucked randomly at the creature as Pinkie Pie nailed it in the face with a picnic basket.Noticing that didn't work she then threw a two by four plank from the apple farms she meant to return. One of the bucks connected knocking the Oak Maw off the tigerlorn and they heard “good job girls might make hunters of you yet now lets pick up our feet and go even faster.” The ponies did their best to grip harder as he blurred becoming magical crescent star figure running across the forest. Breaking from the woods they made a mystical jump onto the road leading towards E'qu. He was sweating beading down his sides gulping in deep breaths of air. The pink mare hop down as Fluttershy flew off of him giving him space. Pinkie pie smile and began letting loose myriad of giggles that became contagious spreading from her to the rest of the party there “forest of laughing hooves HA forest of running hooves more like it” //-------------------------------------------------------// Rizzicks adventures chapter four //-------------------------------------------------------// Rizzicks adventures chapter four As the ponies calm down after being nearly killed and eaten by oak maws that lives in the forest of Laughing Hooves. there was glittering leaves that would make you smile as you gaze upon the forest in its glory. The world seemed to welcome the unusual guest as the sky rain their rays of light upon the surrounding area. You see in the distance a group of ponies with one tigerlorn who seems to stop every third of a mile to scent the air while making very little conversation with his companions. The purple pony named Twilight seemed to be keeping her distance from the large creature while furiously scribbling notes while pondering away about the new and strange creature. She would often scratch the side of her head when she stared hard at unknown creature that entered their world. Pinkie Pie on the other hand would often skip in place as she attempted to place the memories of recent events into her frame of mind. The mellow colored Pegasus was asking in a curious tone “Mr. Sha can you tell me more about yourself I am fascinated about where you come from and what do you eat and..” she asked numerously other questions. Rizzick was having a hard time catching up with the questions being fired at him. He was slow to answer as he was confused when she looks him and then looks away quickly, this was odd behavior then he was used to. He looked at his surroundings with the forest at his back he began to rub his nose on the road. This action received odd looks from each of the ponies as they couldn't figure out what he was doing. He then looked at Fluttershy as he pondered her questions before slowly replying. “ I come from a dying world where food is scarce Flutterthing,” he grimaced and said slowly “ I was betrayed by a shaman who lied to me with his dark magic I lost my home and the ones dear to me." Fluttershy gasps and was shocked but tried her best to understand him. She had a hard time listening to his harsh tone as pain rolled on his words. Twilight stopped in writing down the details to stare softly at Rizzick slowly understanding his reaction to magic. But who was most affect was Pinkie she had to turn her head as tears fell in the place of his. “As for what I eat I used to be  a hunter before I changed into this tigerlorn, I pride myself in hunting the dangerous things of Aggeroth but as a child I hunted lesser creatures so I can eat their meat.” his speech slowly improved while conversing with the ponies. The pink pony was shocked by his diet but made her mental notes and asked “ Do they have parties where you come from Ghostie I mean Rizzy like cake, balloons and music!?” The tigerlorn stopped and thought for a moment before he replied “ Once a year we would gather any kinds of food we can get to celebrate the birth of the our parents for without their love we would be unborn.” The princess asked quickly with little bit of regret “ But since you were an orphan doesn't that mean you didn't have any parties?” Rizzick replied without any feelings "They shared what they could purple.” The road was little bit dusty as the traveling group was walking in silence after the last remark before the pink pony spoke up with a grin splitting her face. “Then that means I have to throw you a ginormous welcome to E'qu party that's our home by the way there will be cakes, juice, presents and best of all music!” bubbled right out of Pinkie Pie clearly excited about throwing a party. “ "Pinkie we are not done rebuilding E'qu we can only have a smaller parties then later when we have more supplies your ginormous ones.” said Twilight Sparkle with concern. "Fret not little Pie allow me the pleasure of meeting your people perhaps I can be of service for without your aid I would surely have passed away.” said Rizzick feeling unsure about parties. “D'aww I wanted to throw you a good one to Rizzy but if Twi Twi says not yet then maybe after we rebuild E'qu then I can show you a really good time.” she said with a slight flush unsure why she felt sooo disappointed. The grass was showing of its lush green color as the three ponies took there time to stop so they can eat in peace while Rizzick searched the surrounding area with his ears perked with interests. He found great pleasure in exploring the area as he found large boulders with age old cracks signifying its own mark in history. He climbed atop the largest boulder that he could find keeping the ponies in sight as he scoured the land. He saw many critters scurrying about the land but a particular lizard he spotted was having a battle with a green beetle and appeared to be losing the battle. This caused Rizzick to laugh softly to himself but he felt that it was hollow as his eyes wandered towards the sky. “He sounds very alone and sad it makes my heart beat for him.” said Fluttershy with a tinge of regret for Rizzick. The clouds drifted across the sky casting shadows as Twilight spoke "He lost his whole world and he lost more than that before coming here.” she was eating generously after the chase from the Oak Maws then  suddenly Pinkie Pie's mane began to droop “ I feel for him no parties no family and he was betrayed.” she begins to shed tears quietly. “ We all have lost friends and family ever since the changelings and the Timber Maw invasions Pinks.” said Twilight as she rubs the scars hiding under her mane. Fluttershy hugged both her friends and sings a soothing melody that calms her friends while lifting the joy pony spirits. This brought her poof back into her mane with a quick leap into the air. Pinkie Pie hair poofs back up then she smiles and she hugs both her friends. Both Twilight and Pinkie are singing in tune with fluttershy causing the air to vibrate with beautiful melody that brought some attention. Couple of the flowers in the field about a half size of a pony began rising from the ground. These brilliant yellow colored flowers approached the ponies with big smiles on their plant like faces. The ponies stopped singing and gasped in unison. “ Are those .. smilicus delirum.” said Twilight as she backs up towards the road clearly afraid of these innocent creatures. Fluttershy interested in the new creatures asks “ Hi flowers I never talked with a flower before well not a walking one anyways.” Pinkie Pie gasped in horror “ Those are horrible smiles they are not real run away Fluttershy.” Pinkie Pie dashed right in the way and pulled fluttershy behind her to protect her from the horrible smiles. The plants reacted in a instant and lashed out at the pink pony wrapping her up in their vine's.Twilight not wanting to zap her friend couldn't use her blasting magic and she was trying to cycle through her spell list to stop the smiling plants. She was attempting to cast a spell when a vine lashed Twilight across her face disrupting her concentration. The plants began easily digging at the ground sending dirt in all directions making it difficult to see the smiling evil plants. Fluttershy feeling  panic run rampant through her system dived at the plants trying to save her friend from the evil smiling creatures and yelled as loud as she could “Help someone please help!” The smiling creatures grabbed up Fluttershy wrapping her up in their vine's and was beginning to drag the ponies into the earth. This would trigger the feasting process that princess Twilight had read about in the library. She used her magic to blast the plants and hit a few vines in a vain attempt to rescue her friends she was sweating with stress. Before she could charge into the fray she heard a earth shattering roar that had pierced the air causing the plants to react and stop digging. There standing on a boulder was a huge tigerlorn glimmering with constellations across his hide and his eye's glowed with rage. He leap into the plants ripping into the smiling plants which fought back losing more of their body parts while trying to hold their captives. Fluttershy was tossed at Twilight as the alicorn used her magic to catch the mellow pegasus. The pink pony was almost submerged into the ground when she felt powerful paws grabbing her by her torso and pulled her gently from the ground.  Pinkie Pie saw nothing but petals and stems shredded around her the wind carrying the remnants across the land. Two of her best friends ran up to her and was hugging her fiercely with murmurs of thank you's said into the air. The blushing pink pony looked at Rizzick and then away as she mumbles “Thank you Rizzy.” He replied feeling ashamed he was not quick enough "Are you ok little pie any wounds?" "I will be alright Rizzy thanks to you and my friends." She smiled a big grin as a cupcake rolled out of her mane. //-------------------------------------------------------// Rizzicks adventures chapter five //-------------------------------------------------------// Rizzicks adventures chapter five After the battle was over the tigerlorn looked over the three ponies who stood braver than he previously thought. Fluttershy had a few scratches from the encounter with the whipping vines but stood tall. Twilight was cataloging the *smiley's* nick named by Pinkie. The pony of joy was smiling at her friends telling them silly jokes about fertilizer. The boulders stood like small mountains casting shade over the traveling troupe giving rest to those who braved the shadows. Pinkie pie was already munching on a smilicus delirum then she said “Not to bad better than oatmeal with peppercorns yummy.” "Your so random Pinkie we almost lost you you silly filly.” the purple alicorn said with a touch of sadness. The wind picked up carrying broken flowers petals across the field they were standing in dancing like foreign words across the ground. Fluttershy spoke quietly” thank you pinkie I got really scared I am sorry for getting you into danger.” Pinkie as usual giggles then attacks Fluttershy with multiple hugs using her mysterious mane to pull Twilight into a hug pile. “Silly fillies I am right as cupcakes,cookies and right as any pie without a scratch to my eye” she said with a wink that glittered in her blue eyes. Rizzick seeing this event going on made him unconsciously remember a memory in Aggeroth about his younger (brother) who saved him from the Bell Trolls a tear slid silently down his face. The day was waiting on no one and began changing towards evening the light was leaving the land as darkness gathered. The grass began to bend as the cooler temperatures was setting into the land. Even the boulders groan because the land shifted like a sigh escaping the world. Twilight responded noticing the change in time “ Girls and company lets get back to E'qu before more trouble arrives to deter our destination.” Fluttershy smiled "Ofcourse Twilight lets head home I bet our friends are waiting for us." Pinkie Pie laughed on her hooves "No doubt Rainbow Dash might even meet us half way I hope she brings cupcakes and chocolate milk oh yes please tell me she is bringing chocolate milk." Rizzick followed behind the mares as they took to the path. Each one was more weary this time keeping an eye on their surroundings in case of another attack. Twilight put her notes away back in her natural pockets keeping her bearings so they would not get lost. Fluttershy apparently talked with the birds sending them out bearing information for her other friends. But strangely the pink pony was singing a song about bringing smiles to all her friends and how she loved to receive theirs in turn. This confused Rizzick for smiling never got him a meal nor helped his sick friends back from his world. The oddball company arrived in E'qu at night it was a rather large village built in a defensible location.  E'qu was the name of this village which was still in progress being built upon. He saw a  very small orchard with peaches tree's along with few apple tree's that had  a single barn to house the goods. The orchard was easily largest property on the outskirts of E'qu with three fields to be tilled it  was very quiet during the night. Rizzick examined the wall surrounding the main village it was made from sturdy mottled colored clay with thorny plants growing out of the structure. Twilight slighty blushed under his scrutiny eye at the wall and said “well I know its not very inviting but we had to build defense's all over our new home to protect it and ourselves.' Rizzick smiled and said “ I like it my old home liked to build these … defense's as well.” His eyes wanders over to the pink pony that was still hopping all this long distance shocking Rizzick a little to her endless energy as a smile touched his lips. ”E'qu seems to be sleeping soundly tonight.” said Fluttershy with a nervousness. Two guards were protecting the main gate called down “Hho is down there.” you could hear the grinding of a few gears and noticed what appeared to be a small ballista aiming at themselves. This caused Rizzick to rear on his haunches preparing himself for battle when three hooves appeared and held him still with their comfort. “Snips and Snails its me Twilight with company let the feathers be one and the hooves be all.” she said with practiced precision. The two guarding stallions bumped into each other and hurried to open the wooden gate “We are sorry princess Snips here said you guys might be changlin's.” said snails which incurred a hoof bump to his head as Snips smacked him. “No I didn't Snails I said they cooould be them nasty bugs that's why she gave us the password remember.” Snails rubbing his forehead with his hoof said with hurt pride ”oh yeaaah that's right now I do thanks Snips” Pinkie Pie was staring at Rizzick with a smile and said “come on Rizzy lets get inside E'qu has a lot to offer we have cookies,pretty flowers,awesome skies,three colored turtles and music.” She flushed slightly at the word of music because she has missed multiple practices lately. Rizzick entered into entrance nearby with glimmering moss growing off a erected pole which shined upon him. This startled snips and snails for they have never seen such a large and ferocious beast like him. Fluttershy flew over and soothed Snails bump with her tenderness as Twilight approached Snips asking him about any reports on the last few days. “what and who is that … is he a monster?” said the two in unison quite frightened of his monster like appearance. Pinkie pie charged the two started stallions “No he is not he is just like a big no huge cupcake with super duper frosting ok!” she said with a growing passion. Twilight coughed and then said “He is our guest Pinkie found him hurt and we are treating him.” The two watched as three mares lead the huge tiger bearlike creature towards the main house. Rizzick amazed at all the colors built into this village he has never seen so many different shades of color. His world was mostly black, grey and green of darker shades that colored Aggeroth. The tigerlorn shook his head even though it was dark there were few ponies watering their plants and putting away tools. These ponies would gasp and hide their foals in a nearby house upon sight of the bandaged constellation patterned tigerlorn especially when his mouth would open revealing a jagged grin.This brought a private smile to his mind but he focused on following the three his eyes were drooping a little bit. Pinkie pie looked over her shoulder and noticed that Rizzy was falling behind a little bit she turned around and braced herself against his side. Rizzick surprised again and again at the joy and thoughtfulness of the pink mare he looked to his left and noticed the mellow pony that called herself fluttershy was bracing herself on the other side. Rizzick thought to himself damn I look mighty pathetic to need so much help in the last few days. They approached a large building that had the full rainbow of colors flowing from the bottom of the building all the way to top of this tree like castle which brought on the idea of how it was made. Twilight used her magic to open the main gates which opened two large decorated doors of the sun and moon. Rizzick heard the flapping of wings and he looked up to which a cyan colored pegasus fly onto one of the balconies above them. This caused him to look a little nervous at his companions meeting new ponies seems to be unsettling. Flutteshy shyly smiled and said “ Its ok Rizzick this is the home of the friendliest ponies in all of Equestria.” Pinkie Pie spoke as she bracing against the tigerlorn "And it has my pet alligator gummy he could hold the friendliest stare in all of E'qu." Twilight sighed at her friends and then spoke " There is six of us who live here with our pets and we help the ponies of Equestria while befriending other tribes." Pinkie chipped in "Oh yea we do that too." The group entered into the main hall which was using myriad of colored portraits that decorated the walls. Many of the seem to be triumphs over enemies and a few were Pinkie parties. Mixed into the artwork were some battles lost and graves of many which appeared to be plaques of the beloved. Rizzick was attempting to read a plague and he realized he could not read Equestrian yet and sighed as the ponies watched him. Twilight walked up to a portrait of a mare with glass's and gave a little sob as she touched it gently. Then Twilight who was reading a list floating magically in front of her she pointed with a hoof to the left “That is the guest room he can use to recover.” Fluttershy nodded her head in agreement "Of course Twilight Ill bring some more bandages over in a little bit." Rizzick shrugged the two ponies gently off as Fluttershy opened the door for him. He walked in a little unsure of his circumstance as he looked at the three and said with a slow smile “Thank you mares I shall sleep here for now.” Without shutting the door he walked over to he bed and slept in front of it taking up most the room. The purple mare shut the door softly as the three ponies heard soft sounds of sleeping. Pinkie pie smiled with her boundless energy and hopped without making a sound towards her room to give gummy a meal. The castle had moon light stored in bottles casting a soft light across the dark areas to allow ponies to rest easier as they slept in their rooms. But this castle had its fair share of secrets as Twilight touched a portrait it opened up into a doorway of which she was about take. Fluttershy yawned and told Twilight “I better go check on my critters I miss them so they get extra ornery when i am not around.” Twilight moved on towards her room and was stop by a Rainbow Dash coming down the stairs in a hurry “What was that huge animal did Fluttershy make another friend?” Twilight yawned and used her hoof to cover her mouth ”No actually Pinkie did she found him in forest to the west.” The pegasus mouth dropped a little “But how is that possible gummy is her only animal pet.” “Well RD he isn't exactly a pet let me explain what happened in the last few days.” she said with a patience. The pegasus mouth dropped even further in surprise as she heard what happened and then responded “ You guys should have grabbed me it sounds so cool I mean dangerous you mares could have gotten hurt.” she said with hurt pride in her voice. Twilight yawned again and said sleepily “I am sorry Rainbow Dash we were in a hurry and you were out on patrol.” They gave each other hug with a tight squeeze with that Twilight headed towards her room for some well deserve sleep. Rizzick sha was having a nightmare about his world in flames a familiar demon raging across the land covered in blood of the land when he heard a voice. “Little one do not lose to this battle you are the victor strengthen your heart.” said a shadowy figure in the corner of his eye. In this dream Rizzick envisioned himself as a young tigerlorn size of a cubling his mane was shaggy with only star patterns that glowed slightly. His soul key throbbed in his body alighting a old power that helped him to recognize this as a dream. His small feline eyes fell upon a large fully grown pony with a bed lighting her plot. She spoke with a practiced soft tones “ Traveler no need to fear this is the realm of dreams my domain.” Rizzick in his small form look up towards and attempted a roar which sounded like an awkward “mew” she raised her wings and the image's faded from the surrounding leaving them standing awkwardly on a moon.He thought to himself crap seriously not my day or in my dreams. He mumbled to himself " I am in constant losing battle to be Rizzick sha the hunter, now I am Rizzy the paw he sighed after his failed attempt his thoughts spiraled." The princess look upon cubling and giggled slightly “ Rizzick as the relic of the night I wish to thank thee for aiding my ponies is there a reward I could give you?” Rizzick pondered for a moment then said “Relic I was saved by those very subjects that I have aided I am in debt to my benefactors there is no reward I wish more than to thank these mares.” The moon relic made a clapping sound in response with a kind words spoken in this hazy dream “ Well spoken Rizzick a nobles heart in a mind so scarred by death I bestow upon you a simple boon may your dreams reach those that you wish upon” Rizzicks soul key reacted to magic casted upon it from the relic of the night and he felt a new power well within himself with no threat upon his person he smiled with his fangs wide open. “I must attend my subjects little one” she ruffled his fur upon his head with a soft hoof and vanished before his eyes. //-------------------------------------------------------// Rizzicks adventures chapter six //-------------------------------------------------------// Rizzicks adventures chapter six Rizzick awoke with a start as the sun was lighting his body in the room to small for a creature his size. He glanced around the room unsure of the nightmare he had making him feel confused about the encounter with the lunar relic. His soul key throb with new sensations tingling around the core of his being as it gained a new ability. He winced and moved his body into a weird position crossing his paw in a  sitting position. He sung in low tones “Oh weary soul awake within your heart and blossom forth onto new paths, let the darkness be your guide and the light be your path may you always find warmth with strangers and comfort with friends.” The large Tigerlorn hung his head low with respect in reverence to the one who sung the song. His soul key responded to the song calmed itself fading its new found sensations causing him to give a sigh of relief. A voice from the window startled Rizzick as the gentle Fluttershy spoke “ That was lovely sir.” He stood up on all four paws and then said “Don't you ponies know the meaning of privacy.” She reacted by stumbling backwards confused causing the Tigerlorn to feel regret and before he spoke hurriedly “Ahh sorry winged animal I am not a morning creature.” he awkwardly mumbled. Fluttershy spoke quietly before she flew off “Its ok.. bye.” He then smacked his forehead “Great job ghoostie scare the locals with your grumpiness.” The Tigerlorn exited the borrowed room into the main room where he could smell delicious food. He then saw a variety of vegetables and sweets set out on a large square table. The lumbering creature looked around and saw Pinkie Pie with a few small fillies help setting out the rest of the food. “Hi my names Scootaloo and that's Sweetie Belle also that's Apple Bloom we are the E'qu crusaders.” he heard them announce quite loudly. Pinkie Pie rolled an eye at Rizzy and winked with a mischievous smile “Welcome to breakfast time we have muffins, cupcakes and chewable bits for everyone yum yum.” The Tigerlorn stomach growled with ferocity causing him to quickly stand next to the table. The seats were sadly to small for his rump to sit down upon making him shake his head at his size. He looked around at all the food before he mumbled a quiet "Thanks." The rest of the mane six entered the soon upon smelling the food. This startled the new inhabitant to Equestria as he saw so many pastel colors rushing to the table seemingly as hungry as he was. First was the cyan color Pegasus racing down the stairs and stopped at the table “ So cool and fuzzy love it Rizzles.” He responded by shaking his head with a mouth full of cupcakes. The mellow pony from earlier slowly flew next to Rainbow Dash and gave a shy nod to everyone. She smiled slightly at him and then with a hoof she started to eat very daintily. “Yeehaw its chow time y'all seen Spike yet what in tarnations is that?!” as the orange color mare entered the room with a scent of fresh apples about her. Rizzick by this point gave up on the ponies and was simply enjoying the meal with gusto. His mind wandered as he looked at the ponies he thought its gonna be a long morning. Twilight made her entrance by the staircase with a magical poof she appeared “That is our guest AJ and when Rarity shows up ill shall explain the events of the last few days.” She gave Applejack a quick hug as they both turned to the table to take a seat along side their friends. In the kitchens you could hear the loud banging of pans and pots  as the E'qu crusaders helped the cook. Rizzick  suddenly heard an energetic voice “I shall protect you Sweetie belle!” louder clangs were heard in the kitchen. A pink hoof scooted three fillies out of kitchen and into the room covered in frosting. This caused the group to chuckle “ Have a seat girls and lets eat!” said Rainbow Dash. The crusaders chose to sit near the ferocious looking animal and began chewing on their food. Pinkie Pie was humming in the kitchen while the crusaders were watching Rizzick eat his. A multitude of times the pink mare would bounce out with a tray of goodies in three hooves while balancing a bowl of salad on her tail. She served with flare as she pranced across the table serving Fluttershy the bowl of salad and laying the goodies on the wooden table top. “Sorry I am late ladies but a fashionista must be always a tad late.” Rarity spoke with smile hanging off of her lips as she turned her head that made her smile disappear in a flash. “Why er sir hello I am Rarity the most well dressed mare in E'qu and you are?” she spoke with a strange awkwardness as she eyed his pelt. Rizzick rose to his full height looking upon the group with a grimace across his face he spoke “ I am Rizzick Sha a hunter from the lands of Aggeroth a place far away from here, I traveled here by accident and was saved by your pink friend who I owe my life to.” Rarity gasped and used her magic to summon her fainting couch to catch her fall with a soft thud on her furniture . Rainbow dash rolled her eyes and responded “I missed out on all the fun huh awesome job Pinkie knew you had in ya.” Pinkie pie appeared flustered for a moment and she said in a hurry “ I couldn't leave him there he would be all blah and fFuttershy be grrr plus he was sooo fluffy and shiny with those sparklies all over him soo shiny.” Twilight smiled with a sparkle in her eye as her mouth spoke with ease “ You did great Pinkie now lets discuss what has happened in the few days of our absence.” Rizzick settled on the floor as his head rested on the table he smiled inwardly and thought privately as the purple mare went on about there last adventure. His right eye spied Pinkie delving into a stack of pancakes covered in some kind of white cream, delight was reaching from her fuzzy mane all the way down to her hooves. During the speech there was much gasping and a few stray giggles from Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie that was silenced by Twilight Sparkles stern stare. As the speech finished the mane six began firing questions at Rizzick sha who tried his best to answer earnestly. The lavender mare spoke with a fierce passion "Do ponies exist on your world Rizzick?" He responded with a thoughtful expression "I have never seen nor tasted pony meat so I don't think there is." The ponies shivered as the next question was asked by a quiet Pegasus "Does your world suffer friendship problems um Mr Sha." He pawed the table top gently as he said "My world suffer's from a lack of friends, we just survived so I don't think there was time for friends shy pony." The Pink pony gasped for fifteen seconds and then asked "Whaaa no friends, what about cupcakes tell me you have cupcakes!" He listened to her plea with mild amusement before glumly spoke "I am sorry we never had cupcakes, the plants of our world died off with thewitheringso food was scarce." The crusaders asked as a group "So what did you eat Mr big kitty." He raised his paws to his mouth pointing at his sharp teeth before replying "Anything that I could catch honestly." The group gave a collective sigh all but one pink pony who was poking her cupcake slowly. They began murmuring amongst themselves about a carnivore in the group. He thought this might come up but he sat down calmly eating another cupcake that barely staved off his appetite. Applejack asked the hard question "So yer a varmint eater then." He chuckled and spoke roughly "If by varmints you mean animals then yes that is the diet of my current species." Twilight ears perked up at the last comment and asked "Pray tell sir what do you mean by that?" "Well I used to be a Vinoan and through a dark ritual the cruel shaman of my world transformed me into a Tigerlorn." he spoke with a no small of amount of anger in his voice. He then added with a dark smile "But I don't think he intended for me to be a Tigerlorn my soul key must have interfered with his dark magic." The group stared at him for a moment before Rainbow dash spoke "Well we have seen some transformation spells before by Trixie and you Twilight." The lavender mare spoke with surprise "Well yes but nothing on this scale Rainbow, this is quite the achievement to reach this state." Rizzick raised his paw to interrupt the two mares "I have no complaints about being a Tigerlorn they are a sacred beast where I come from something to be respected." Pinkie Pie jumped up and spoke excitedly "What's a soul key sounds cool does it open stuff like treasure chest's oo I love treasure chest full of cupcakes and frosting!" He shook his head and spoke "A soul key is a rare trait born among the Vinoan's and perhaps all living things Pinkie we do not speak of it much." She looked down at the floor pawing it slowly with a slight pout to her lip's as she said "Okie dokie lokie I won't ask then." He watched her as a twinge sprang from his heart where the soul key resided "But for my savior maybe I can say a little bit about it how does that sound?" She jumped in the air waving her hooves all sixof them excitedly stunning the big creature for a moment. Rainbow Dash was drawing doodles on a piece of paper while tapping her hoof. Fluttershy was petting a delicious white creature on her lap while listening to the two. Applejack was snacking on a strawberry that was covered in more white cream that made the beast ponder it for a moment. Rarity was looking in a mirror as she levitated another slice of cake to her mouth. "As I was saying the soul key is a rare trait born among my species and perhaps others this gift helps the person develop magical abilities." he spoke as if it made total sense. Twilight slammed her hoof on the table as she teleported several pages of paper to her table spot. "What do you mean Mr Sha what kind of abilities and how do they emerge from the soul key." she asked sincerely as curiosity piqued her iris's. Rizzick scratched the top of his head wondering how much he should spill before he saw a pair of sky blue eye's staring at him in wonder. He sighed "Often the ability is gained when magic is used on the trait bearer, sometimes it appears as a different form of the spell or as resistance towards it giving the trait bearer protection." All the ponies were staring at him with wonder in their eye's even the magenta eye's of the Pegasus was staring at him. He turned his head away from the group he felt that he couldn't handle this much attention. Pinkie bounced around the room in a blur as if she was excited about something. Twilight was furiously writing on her paper sending multiple page's flying across the room. Fluttershy and Rarity simply continued on with their activities as they listened to the conversation. "That's as much as I will say about the topic ponies." he said sternly feeling that he gave away to much. The ponies settled at the table was finishing up their delightful meals frosting and whip topping clinging to their mouths. The delicious white creature looked at the beast across from him fearfully. Rizzick only smiled sending the poor critter up the stairs in a panic gaining a reproving look from the yellow mare. Rainbow Dash laughed as she floated in one spot above the table as she pointed at the fleeing rabbit. Twilight spoke when everyone was finished “What do you intend to do in this world Rizzick Sha of Aggeroth.” The tigerlorn felt lost for a moment before he spoke with a long felt resolve from his previous life “ I am hunter that means I enjoy exploring new territory discovering new creatures and people it means I hunt what desire.” Twilight tightened her jaw and then spoke apprehensively looking upon his fangs “What is it you desire then." His paw reached up and scratch at his jaw thinking as a slow smile appeared thoughtfully upon his face. His voice spoke with assurance “ I desire adventure ponies I want to feel this land with my new body these paws wants to taste every inch of it.” He held out his large paws before them while he examined the deadly weapons that is his hands.. Pinkie's face fell at the thought of him leaving but recovered with a mischievous plan in mind. Fluttershy was curiously examining him more from the distance as she wanted to discover more about his physical form. Rarity was still eyeing his pelt imagining what sort of fashion she could come up with before passing a cup of tea in his direction. Rarity spoke quietly “Do you promise not to harm our ponies..” Rizzick was struck hard with this simple question and in turn answered “ I am a hunter but thanks to you ponies I am changing into something, perhaps a protector I will only strike at those who intend harm upon myself or ..” he struggled with his words. Applejack nodded with a newfound respect for the large creature at the table and said “That's a mite bit harder than you think there Riz this land is full of life that is usually peaceful like.” Fluttershy spoke surprising the others “ And also there is a plenty of dangerous creatures like hydra's and wild dragons that are bigger than you are and plenty scary!” Rizzick had a private joy alight his soul key causing minor throbs at the thought of new creatures to hunt. Twilight decided it was time to tell him about the changelings that had forced them to flee their last home. She spoke somberly “ There is a deadly bug like pony called a changeling that can shape shift into anything that it can see, it has to be relativity about its size and weight.” Rizzick nodded his head thinking back to his entrance into E'qu the exchange between her and the guard made more sense now. The alicorn spoke “Yes that password is a enchanted phrase only spoken by those of true form and heart so the changelings cannot use it.” “It was a dark and gloomy night as the shadows were prancing in what little light there was.” the purple alicorn spoke as she captured everyone's attention. Rizzick sat on his haunches to listen as the three little fillies sat around his forelegs watching his movements poking a leg every now and then. “Most of us were in bed that night resting for the next day from duties and lessons but there was a scream that awoke everyone up.” Twilight shuddered at the memory. Rainbow Dash touched her shoulder and said "I will speak the next part Twi." She continued the story "The scream came from a traveling pony that was found torn in half  in the street and was being eaten by .. them” Rainbow looked around the room with a tear in her left eye. Fluttershy gently padded Rd's head and let her speak again “ I was the first to arrive so naturally I was kicking tail beating the names out of them but I was sort of outnumbered.” Rarity spoke next with pride gleaming off of her marshmallow coat “ I heard our friend in trouble so I dashed out to help after all they were near my boutique but what I saw was a grizzly scene as those ..” She paused for a moment flustered at her memory “ Those bugs were punching and kicking Dash while I used my magic to support her flinging the creatures off of her.” The cyan Pegasus  smiled “It was awesome me and Rarity was tossing those things all over but the buzzing noise was getting louder and then suddenly we realized there were a lot mor...” she closed both of her magenta eyes before she tried to speak but Fluttershy touched her lips with her hoof. The quiet and shy Pegasus looked around slowly but spoke with shaky confidence. “I was at my cottage when I heard my friends screaming in pain I flew as fast I could outside to see ...” she began sobbing with pain wracking her voice. “ It was them, those things were murdering my friends while they were laughing I screamed at them to stop I beg but they laughed even louder.” Her soft eye's went dark as she remembered the past event. The room went silent just for a moment before Twilight spoke breaking the silence “I was out practicing night time maneuvers when I encounter a changeling in mid flight I couldn't see well since the moon hadn't risen yet for some odd reason.” She spoke growing bolder in tones “ I used my magic to capture it but suddenly I heard screams a lot of screams as I saw Fluttershy being attacked  by a couple of them," she took a breath to continue on "But before I could do anything bulk biceps jump in to save her protecting her from the blasted creatures.” The sobbing was heard from Fluttershy but she quietly spoke “One of the bigger changelings had a spear in his hoof and said something about a pony on a stick before it charged me I knew I was a goner!” Rizzick examined the mellow pony feeling more regret at his earlier reactions to this Pegasus but he found no large wounds on her body from such a weapon. she continued speaking like stuck in a trance as Applejack calmly stroked her mane. Rainbow put he wings around the zoned out mare holding her with a tight hug. Rarity passed a few tissues over while making some chamomile tea known for its soothing effects on ponies. “I closed my eyes thinking I was gonna be dead like some of my friends but I didn't feel a thing, I opened my eyes to see bulky with a spear piercing through his flank while protecting me!” she stopped like a broken clock and stood there. Twilight could see her friend in more distress and spoke in her place. “ Mr Biceps saved Fluttershy and he fought off the group of changelings." She then added as a afterthought "Seeing his rage and my attacks to cause them to be chased off temporarily.” she paused as she silent prayers to the celestial artifact. The lavender mare spoke with passion “ Bulk was bleeding massively from all his wounds, I knew I couldn't save him and he knew it too," she paused as the sobbing grew a notch "He spoke briefly to Fluttershy and then with a smile he passed on saying her name one last time.” both Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy were hugging each other with tears streaking down their faces. Rizzick was surprised at all of it this these were almost normal events in his old world. But their emotions was moving him while he listened more intently to the story. Applejack then spoke “We were the first ones to get hit since we were on the outskirts of Ponyville and by tarnations those varmints attacked us in our sleep Apple Bloom was drug off to barn and Big Bac charged in to save her.” She grew angry as she spoke louder "Those demons were toying with her and our brother knocked them aside silly but it was trap they had made some hidden goo spike thingy's those  damned varmints.” Apple bloom spoke with a heavy sadness in her voice “Big bro got speared all over his backside but he grabbed me and broke through the nearest wall leaving them bugs inside as it collapsed on them.” There was a wicked smile that played across the young filly's face “He took me to Everfree that was as far as he could make it blood covered and all." She spoke with love as her lips trembled "He told me he love's me with all his heart and to run to Zecora's” both AJ and Apple Bloom were hugging each other with genuine love and despair at the same time. Then Applejack spoke somberly “I went to help granny smith during this chaos I ran into her room as I saw three changelings devouring our granny, there was two dead bugs on the ground she must have took them before they got her." She stomped her hoof as her eye's were red to the rim "Ah knew she did tarnations ah knew she did.” The room was full of hugging and tears which puzzled Rizzick he never saw so much affection for each other. Especially over such a tragic event his people would never speak or act like this. He also could feel water building in his aqueducts but he refused to shed them for it was not proper for him to shed tears over ponies he didn't know. The orange mare spoke “ Ah couldn't save her and I heard Apple Blooms scream as ah fled the room just in time to see the barn collapse and no pony in sight but the buzzing sound grew louder I..” she was mad and sad but could not a let loose a single tear glistened her cheeks “Ah fled to town cause ah thought big bro and little sis would have ran there but ah saw a even more grizzly scene." Twilight spoke “ The changeling army attacked in the dead of night with no warning as a third of our population was slaughtered before most awoke.” Rarity spoke next in turn “ We fought as a group the best we could but we were losing, the surprise was on their side.” Applejack spoke next with tinge of sorrow “We couldn't find Pinkie Pie but Twilight found us and we regroup trying to gather every pony.” Rainbow Dash spoke with passion “Prince Chrsldon lead the attack on the bugs that were eating our dead friends I thought to myself we were done in.” Fluttershy said with a low voice “ We saw a figure on a hill speaking in a foreign language Apple Bloom was standing next to her it was.. Zecora.” Pinkie Pie spoke with a fervor “ I was leading ponies through my secret escape tunnels outside of Ponyville and then we saw Zecora using her wibbly magic wordies that made most of the ponies invisible to the baddie naughties!” Twilight spoke with a deep pain “We had to flee far from home we took our injured and fled with Zecora as I took the lead the journey took weeks.” Rizzick barely noticed the entrance of a zebra pony that stood next to Twilight and spoke in rhyme “This was a bad time for our pony kind.” Twilight spoke in wonder "We found this lovely glade hidden by its hills and surrounded by lush forest we decided to name our new home E'qu in our language that means all pony." “That is how we all made it here Rizzy no cakes no parties but we had each other,” the pink pony spoke with a small smile “We had each other.” Rainbow nuzzled Pinkie  and in turn said “ We decided to never be unprepared again so we built defense's and I trained the cavalier to protect our new home and friends.” Rarity swished her mane around “It was no Canterlot but it had new sense of creativity about this place, new material that helped protect against the odd weather here.” Fluttershy smiled for the first time this morning “I made new friends here they were really nice and helped us find a new orchard.” Applejack smiled stroking Fluttershy's mane “That they did sugar cube we had a few apple tree seeds but we discovered a new tree," She had a wonder etched on her face "That tree grew rather quickly  it had grown peaches who figured it be tasty peaches and in the next few years we ought to have our apples in season.” Twilight spoke next rubbing her mane anxiously “We named that night the Lost Night because we lost so many we have a memorial in the middle of our town to serve as a reminder to always be prepared.” Zecora spoke slightly bumping Twilight shoulder “ And to remember our dead even though our hearts will be full of dread its so we can remember them and  we can overcome.” Twilight spoke with a studious manner “ Its been one year and five days since the event and it appears Pinkie Pie found you I hope this help you understand a little more of our town and its ponies.”
