Totally original story Idea

"Firetruck!"

I shouted as I hit my head on what I thought was my backpack, or maybe it was a rock, Hopefully I still had my backpack assuming "THEY" threw it at me when they left me to DIE in the desert.Up ahead I saw a what was left of my backpack, inside it all that was left was a watch, and my phone.

''Yes!'' I shouted. Rule number one of kidnapping someone and leaving them to die in the desert never leave them a way to get back. I tried calling 911 but the battery was dead, Its never this easy is it, when is almost dying ever easy.

After a few hours of aimlessly wandering the desert I came across a bright light."Well let's see people usually avoid glittery lights like that, or do they charge at them? Only one way to find out."

"CHARGE !" I yelled as I headed for the light.Suddenly every thing stated to disappear and I began to passed out, I always wanted to go out on a witty one liner, but I couldn't think of anything so I just ripped something off.

" I'm coming Elizabeth " Then I blacked out.

When I woke up I was In a small bed, I tried to rub my face, but when I saw my hand it wasn't their and instead their was a hoof. I looked at my self in a mirror next to the bed, I was an equine of sorts probably a pony , but I was too colorful. I was a redish-orangish color with black hair. I fully examined my body to see was a tattoo of a TV on my butt.

"Ok this is getting freaky."

"Oh good your awake I was worried about you" said a female voice from the doorway.It was a yellow pony with wings and pink hair, probably a Pegasus

"FIRETRUCK" I yelled before passing out again.

This time when I woke up I snuck out of the cottage, lucky for me the yellow Pegasus was distracted by a purple and green lizard riding a lavender colored unicorn. " Ya definitely dreaming" I said as I ran into a small town in the distance.

In town I saw lots of other ponies of all sorts of colors, some were unicorns,others were pegasi while the rest were regular.I inspected myself to see if I had wings, or a horn because that would be bad ass. I saw pegasi flying and unicorns cast magic.Unfortunately I had nothing, at least I still had my watch if I wasn't in a hurry I could of gotten my dead phone too.

I thought about how I would even carry it let alone use it, I had no fingers only hooves, plus it wasn't even charged. As I was thinking I accidentally slammed into a pink pony with a curly, tangled mane. She gasped.

“Two new faces in one day? This is almost too good to be true!” She grabbed me by the tail and dragged me to a tree/house/library.

"How did you do that?" I asked "Do what silly?" she responded

"Grab me with those hooves and bring me to this tree,not to mention the sun was up a few seconds ago and now its dark? Who are you any way."

"I'm Pinkie Pie. and everyone uses their hooves to grab things it would look silly in our mouths, and its dark because the author was too lazy to keep writing and just advanced us to this part. Would you like some cake for your welcome to Ponyville party?" She said that last part with a huge smile on her face.

" Wha-" was all I managed to say before she pulled me in, their were lots of ponies in the library, it was bigger on the inside than I thought it would be. She brought me to a group of ponies, A cyan pegasus with rainbow colored hair. An orange, blond pony with a stetson. A white unicorn with purple hair. and the yellow pegasus whose house I woke up in.

Pinkie introduced her friends to me as Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, and Fluttershy. Apparently I was in a country called Equestria run by a pony named princess Celestia and today was the longest day of the year.

" So were celebrating the solstice?" I asked "The what now?" replied Applejack.

" You mean the Summer Sun Celebration?" asked Rainbow. "Ya that, why are we here again?"

"We are here to celebrate princess Celestia's 1000th year of raising the sun and moon, not to mention you and Twilight's first day in Ponyville."

I was about to ask who this Twilight was when Fluttershy finally said something after a few minutes of staring at me.

" Um..you never told us your name, I was quiet worried when I found you in the middle of the road, do you think you could tell us...if you don't mind that is?"

These ponies seemed friendly enough but I don't think I should give them my name in case "THEY" find out I survived.
I after a few seconds of thinking I noticed almost everyone's name had something to do with the mark on their butt so I eventually muttered.

"Vision. Telly vision, TV for short." They accepted the name, so I figured I could tell them where I'm from." Have you ever heard of humans?" I asked. Typically they asked what they were, I described What they were to the best of my ability.Long story short they thought I was crazy after about 20 minutes of talking.

I looked up a book on this country's history and sure enough their were no such things as humans."Firetruck it, I'm an pony now" I said as I went to go dance.

After a few hours of mingling with the guests I had the story down, I felt like I really was Telly. I knew role-playing was a good skill in life.Eventually I saw an awesome looking purple and green lizard with a lampshade on his head. He introduced himself as Spike the dragon it turns out he and his friend Twilight were new and this was their new place.

"Are you sure you won't come out Twilight" said Spike as he went into another room. I over heard them talk about evil ponies, crazy ponies (hopefully not me) eternal night, and the Elements of Harmony.

"Sounds like a video game if I ever saw one" I said to no one in particular. She eventually came out introduced herself and everyone left.

"Where is everyone going?" I asked Twilight " Everypony is going to go see princess Celestia raise the sun" She replied.
"Right" I said sarcastically as I walked away.

We arrived at town hall, it was covered in decorations that apparently Rarity put up. I saw Fluttershy conducting birds and the mayor said some stuff , I don't remember exactly what she said ( give me a break I was left to die in the desert and now I'm in a world of magical talking ponies, not to mention I am A pony too. I think I have better things to worry about than what the mayor said.) but I think it had something to do with the princess and how great she is.

Everyone gasped when the curtains pulled back, but then a cloud of purple smoke appeared and materialized a purple pony with wings and a horn.If the book I read was accurate this was Nightmare Moon, an alicorn who was evil.

She started ranting about how she was back and stuff, captured the princess and was going to bring eternal night.

I heroically shouted "FIRETRUCK" before running out the door with a few other ponies.
