When a changeling escapes the hive and wants to learn about friendship and love, Fluttershy is tasked with helping his integration. She realises very quickly that his understanding of love and affection have been stunted by his treatment, his origins and also his urge to feed. Together the two explore the meaning of love, boundaries, respect, consent and desire - even coming to find they have feelings for each other.
