Chapters Chapter One: Won't Admit It?
"Whoohoo!" The cyan mare chanted in victory as she arrived backstage, "Beat that, Spits!" Trailing behind her was a panting Spitfire.
"Now don't be so sure of yourself, Crash! Mark my words, someday I will beat you to getting backstage first."
"I'd like to see that happen, I've beaten you all seven times." Rainbow said, flashing Spitfire a cunning smirk. All of a sudden, a baby blue stallion burst threw the door. He clipped his wing on the door by mistake and bumped into the two mares.
"Oof!" The three of them said as they all fell down.
"Rainbow Dash! Spitfire! What kinda friends are you?! You left me behind! And Soarin! You're the worst cousin in the world!" The turquoise mare ranted as she ran inside, "Seriously, what were you three... Thinking..?" Fleetfoot stopped at the sight of the three ponies flat on ground. She bursted into an uncontrollable laughter as she fell on the floor laughing. All of a sudden, Misty Fly, Blaze, and Surprise, High Winds walked in together and were shock at the scene before them. They erupted into a fit of giggles while maintaining their balance.
"Heh... Sorry..." Soarin said with a mad blush on his face. He was glad that he had his Wonderbolts' suit on as he helped the two mares up.
"Geez, Clipper. The entire team is still waiting for the day you fly in without clipping your wink?!" Rainbow teased. Soarin's face fell flat with a mad blush still on his muzzle. Soon he was joining the entire team in their eruptions of laughter.

"Alright, 'Bolts! Three-Hundred laps across the course!" Spitfire ordered. Groans could be heard from all the pegasi, "After this, you can all have a day off tomorrow." Spitfire said while rolling her eyes. That was when they all shot up to the sky. Spitfire chuckled as she carefully observed how they flew on the track.
"Hey, Soarin! Ya gettin' tired already?" Rainbow Dash said slowing down a little to fly at the same pace as her friend, "You look a lil' flustered!"
"I'm pretty tired after today's show." He panted.
"Don't slack too much. You might loose you place as second-in-command, and I know somepony who would really like that place!" Rainbow said, nudging him playfully.
"Hahaha. How funny." Soarin sarcastically said while rolling his eyes. Her looked back his rainbow-maned teammate who winked at him as she quickly darted ahead of him. He felt his cheeks get hot. Dumb Soarin. She'll never like you. You've been in the friend-zone since ever! He thought to him self. It wasn't till a chill-toned voice broke his thoughts.
"Now look whose the 'slow poke'!" Surprise said as she passed him.
Did Surprise just pass me?! Sweet Celestia, Spitfire is going to KILL me! He though as he overtook her, "Ha! You were saying?" He mocked as he flew past Misty Fly, High Winds, Blaze, And finally gained a lead on Fleetfoot and became neck-and-neck with Rainbow Dash, "So, Rainbow, gettin' tiered yet?" He asked.
"N-Nope"! She replied with a sly grin.
Uh Oh... Soarin thought. I know that face... What's she gonna do?!
"It's been nice chattin', but this is the two-hundred and ninety-ninth lap, and I ain't got time to loose. She said as she zipped on ahead leaving him in the dust. Soarin couldn't see where he was going, but proceeded to where he last saw the finish line. She got over taken by Fleetfoot and finished third. He glared at Rainbow Dash who had an innocent smile on her face, "What's wrong?" She said in the most cutest voice he ever heard. The two of them laughed together until Fleetfoot came over.
"Thanks for helping me get second, Crash!"
"No prob, Flapflip!" Rainbow Replied, "Even though it wasn't my intention, It still happened!" She said zooming to the air. By that time, the rest of the 'Bolts finished.
"Alright, Wonderbolts!" Spitfire said causing all of them to move into a single form, "Good job out there, just next time, don't drop behind, Soarin." She said while rolling her eyes. A bigger blush spread across his muzzle. He was still glad he had his suit on, "Dismissed!" She said as everypony scurried on towards the locker room.
"Hey, Clipper!" Rainbow Dash said as she walked up to Soarin. A small tint of pink appeared on his muzzle, but it was hard to notice, "How ya doin'? She asked
"J-just fine..." He said. As the two proceeded with their conversation, Soarin eased and was casually talking to he with no awkward moments. That was something Soarin like about having Rainbow Dash a friend. The two could start a conversation from anywhere, and could go on talking forever. A little while after talking, a small yawn escaped Rainbow mouth.
"Sorry, still three months of being a Wonderbolt, and I'm still not used to not napping during the day. I get sleepy more quick now." She sheepish chuckle.
"Then good thing we have the next day off!" Soarin said with a goofy grin.
"Good ol' Spitfire, glad we slipped pass it." Surprise said as she passed them, pointing a hoof where three mares were standing, signaling Rainbow Dash to come over. Dash flashed a smile at Soarin that made him blush madly while staring at the mare while she went to talk with Surprise, High Winds, Misty Fly, and Blaze. He wished he had something to cover his face. Good thing nopony was looking in his direction. Put of nowhere, snickers could be heard from form outside the locker room. They sounded familiar... Fleetfoot and Spitfire..? As Soarin approached the exit of the locker rooms, he saw two snickering mares before him.
"What's so funny?" He asked in confusion.
"When are you going to ask her out?!" Fleetfoot impatiently asked with a serious look on her face.
"W-what?!" He said dumbfounded by the question Fleetfoot just asked him, "W-what d-d-do -y-y-y-you m-mean..?" He said stuttered with his face literally looking like a tomato.
"C'mon, we know you like her!" Spitfire said while nudging him in the front leg.
"N-no I-I D-dont..!" He said trying to defend himself.
"Ooh please, cuz! I saw you two talking while you were flying earlier today!" Spitfire said.
"Th-that was as friends."
"Okay then, how about when she came up to you in the locker rooms, you had a tiny blush on your face, and when she smiled at you when she left, you looked like Pinkie Pie!" Spitfire teased, "And this entire conversation is making you look like a tomato!"
"Just shut up you two!" Soarin said as he walked away
"Silly, Soarin. That's not how you say, 'I love love love Rainbow Dash'!"
"Ugh!" Soarin groaned as she flew back to where the Wonderbolt's sleep, leaving two giggling mares behind.

Chapter Two: Night Time Thought
Giggles, laughter, and chatter could be heard in the hallway. That rest of the Wonderbolts were coming to the sleeping room. Soarin groaned as Spitfire and Fleetfoot quickly whispered, "Lover boy!" while making their way to their beds. While everypony was about to sleep, Spitfire coughed out, "Ahem!" which silence everypony,
"I'm sure you all know that the day after tomorrow, we'll be leaving for three months on 'Wonberbolts Equestrian Tour'." She said. The rest of the Wonderbolts nodded their heads in agreement, "And I'm sure you all know that I gave you tomorrow off. Well, I only did that just so you guys will be rested, so don't think this kind of kindness will happen again!" She said.
"It's not like we experience kindness from you already." Rainbow Dash teased, rolling her eyes with a cheeky grin on her face. All the Wonderbolts erupted into fits a laughter, even Spitfire!
"Thanks, Crash. I've been told that I'm such an amazing captain on many occasions." Spitfire said in a posh voice, adding to the joke. By then, nearly the entire team was on the floor laughing.

Ugh! I can't go to sleep! Soarin complained in his thoughts, I just can't stop thinking about Rainbow Dash! Why can't I just say something to her?! Why does it have to be so hard to tell her how I feel?! By this time, Soarin buried his face in his pillow, How did I even get these feelings?! It was at that moment something popped up into Soarin's mind, How did I get these feelings..?
~FLASHBACK~
"Sorry boys!" The rainbow-maned pegasus said to three stallions, "But I've got plans!" She said as she flew up with Soarin and Wave Chill. The two Wonderbolts waved their hooves at the rest of the team and they came over.
“Ah, seems like you two met Rainbow Dash. The winner of this years ‘Best Young Fliers Competition’!” Spitfire said with a happy smile on her face. Fleetfoot came up to Rainbow Dash’s face.
“You’re the element of loyalty, aren’t you?” She asked.
“Uh… Yea..?” She replied confused. Fleetfoot’s face turned into a big grin.
“Tell me how you and those other ponies turned Nightmare Moon back into Princess Luna!” She said while hugging Rainbow, “Must. Know. Everything.” She said.
“Hehe, kay!” Rainbow said as the flight to the Wonderbolts HQ was full of laughter of the Rainbow Dash’s adventure. Once they got there, Spitfire asked another question.
“How did you pull off that Sonic Rainboom?”
“Dunno. I did it once when I was a filly to defend my friend. Then I did it here to save Rarity. Didn’t know I was gonna do it both times.” Rainbow said casually.
“You did it when you were a filly?!” All the Wonderbolts asked in amazement.
“E-Eyup!” She said with a big smile on her face. By that time, they reached the HQ, “Wanna tell me anythin’?”
~ENDING OF THE FLASHBACK~
Okay, but that was when I considered her a good friend. When was the next time I met her? Oh right! The Gala! But I never really got to do anything with her because of all those ponies around me. The next time was… The royal wedding!
~FLASHBACK~
Soarin watched as everypony began to dance to “love Is In Bloom” and wanted to join in. But everypony was dancing with a partner. He spotted Rainbow Dash and trotted over to her.
“Hey, Rainbow. You wanna dance?” He asked. Rainbow Dash smiled.
“Why not, all my friends are dancin’” She said as she and Soarin began to dance. After it was over, a slow song came on. Soarin blushed as Rainbow Dash began to laugh.
“What’s so funny?”
“Spike and Sweetiebelle!” She said while pointing to a dragon and a filly.
“What about them?”
“Spike has a crush on my friend Rarity, and Sweetiebelle is her younger sister! I guess he had no choice since Rares won’t get away form Fancy Pants!” She said still laughing. Before you know it, Soarin began to laugh as well. The two of them headed for a table and Rainbow Dash looked around for another one of her friends.
“Anything else?” He asked.
“There is always something else. Like Appeljack dancing with her cousin Braeburn! Twilight doin’ her own thing in the corner! And Pinkie Pie wreaking the definition of ‘slow dancing’!” Soarin looked to see a pink mare jumping up and down, a lavender unicorn doing a weird dance on the side, and a stallion and mare who looked alike dancing, “And Cheerliee and Big Mac dancing. Lyra and Bon Bon. Octavia and Viynl by the music mixer, and the Doc and Derpy.” After a few laughs, the two began talking, and then it was time for the bride and groom to leave, with one last replay on “Love Is In Bloom”, this time with pictures.
~END OF FLASHBACK~
That was when I had feelings for her, I’m sure. I couldn’t stand being next to her when we were at Rainbow Falls. The two of us got along fine, and she even didn’t take my spot when it could’ve helped with her dream of becoming a Wonderbolt! Then at the Equestria Games, we talked a lot! And I… I couldn’t stop blushing! Thank Celestia for the suit! So then the next time was… At the Canterlot Royal Garden Opening… Good thing I made everything up to her!
~FLASHBACK~
After the show, Rainbow Dash trotted up to her good friend Rarity. After the experience they shared, the two became more closer together and stopped fighting (even though they stopped a long way after Applejack and Rarity and Applejack and Rainbow Dash died down their arguing).
“Oh, darling! You were simply marvelous! Ha! Ponies even started asking what happened to Wind Rider, and I told them everything! Not to mention, I’m going to have a packed house once I get back to Canterlot Boutique! Oh, specking of which, I must go! Goodbye, Rainbow Dash!” Rarity said, waving goodbye other friend.
“Heh, thanks for your help, Rares!” Rainbow thanked gratefully.
“No problem, dear. I owe you my life, and I think this makes up for some part of it,” Rarity replied, winking.” The two shared a laugh and Rarity was soon out the door, “Remember to be at the train station by 8 o’ clock!”
“Got it!” Rainbow said as she turned around, only to be greeted by a pale bleu stallion, “Oh, sup Soar!” She said. Soarin looked at her with a confused expression on his face.
“You’re not mad?”
“Huh?”
“You just plainly talked to him with no hint of anger in your voice.” Fleetfoot said joining in. Rainbow Dash blinked twice.
“Why would I be mad?”
“Oh, I don’t know. Maybe after the way we treated you?!” Surprise said. Rainbow only chuckled
“I’m over that. You guys were just doing you job.” All the Wonderbolts sighed in relief.
“You have no idea how happy I am to hear that!” Misty Fly said.
“Heh,no prob.”
“So… You’re going back to Ponyville in six hours?” Spirfire asked.
“Yea, with Rarity.”
“Aww man.” She said, “Well, I think he other Wonderbolts have something they wanna say to ya.” All the other ‘Bolts gulped, giving each other unsure glances. It wasn’t until Soarin broke the silence.
“We’re sorry…” He said. Rainbow chuckled once again
“I told ya guys! I’m over it.” This brought smiles to all the faces of the Wonderbolts.
“So… You’re going… Welp, lets make the most of it!” Spirfire said. The rest of the day was full of laughter and joy. It wasn’t until Rainbow announced she she had to leave.
“Alright, bye then. But you are so needing to come again!” Spitfire demanded.
“Heh, alright.” She said as she waved goodbye and headed towards to train station.
~END OF FLASHBACK~
So that’s how it happened… Then she became a Wonderbolt and my crush on her didn't cure at all! Oh all this thinking is making me hungry! Soarin though as the slowly walked out the room to get some pie and lemonade. It wasn’t until he heard a loud noise outside (like an army jet). He flew out a suddenly made impact with a living figure. He picked himself up from his fall and blushed when he found out what he bumped into.

Chapter Three: Night Flight
"R-rainbow D-dash! I'm s-so so-sorry!" Soarin stuttered with a mad blush on his muzzle, "I couldn't sleep, then I heard a noise when I was in the dinning hall, and then-"
"Heh, calm down, Soar!" Rainbow Dash said cutting him off with a chuckle, "It was an an accident." She casually said with a smile. Soarin let out a sigh of relief. It wasn't until a question came into his mind.
"Uh... Dash?"
"Mhmm?"
"What are you doing outside? It's 2am."
"I know that! I just couldn't sleep. It's easier when I sleep during the day for some reason. I've never actually go to bed ever since I became a Wonderbolt." She said, "Also I'm really exited to go back home to Ponyville. I need to pick Scootaloo up when I go back. She stayed over at Sweet Apple Acres for the past two weeks." She said with a thoughtful grin on her face.
"I still can't believe you adopted her!" Soarin said.
"Well, the kid was abused with Foster Care. What else did you expect me to do?" She said.
"Guess you're right." He said.
"Of course I am!" She teased, "Wanna fly with me?" She asked. And like that, the crimson blush that was wiped away from his muzzle returned. He was still for a really long time. It wasn't until something flung straight into his face. Soarin shook his head and looked above him. There laid a snickering Rainbow Dash, "You should've answered!" She said still laughing. It wasn't until the little bits of cloud left over from the impact caught her eyes. That evil smirk returned to her muzzle as she yelled, "CLOUDBALL FIGHT!!!"
"W-what?!" Soarin yelped, his eyes widening is realization. Small bits of clouds shaped into balls were being flung into his face. I was until he broke apart a cloud of his own and tried to get back at Rainbow Dash, "You're not gonna get me, Crash!"
"Oh, in your dreams, Clipper!" The two threw around the clouds until there were no more in their area. After a few moments, Rainbow's sharp eye caught one not to far away. She quickly dashed and broke it apart. Soarin gulped as he flew away, soon finding his own cloud. It wasn't until Soarin couldn't take it anymore. Rainbow Dash always found a cloud before him.
"Alright! You win, you win! Just let me go!" He cried. Rainbow Dash chuckled, resisting the urge to do her victory dance. It wasn't until she realized something.
"Are we in Canterlot...?" She slowly asked. Soarin looked down below to see the beautiful landscape of the majestic Canterlot, "Whoa!" Rainbow Dash said in amazment, "Canterlot sure looks cool just before sunrise!" She exclaimed.
"Wait... SUNRISE?!" Soarin yelled in disbelief, "We've been flying around hitting one another with clouds for about two or three hours!"
"Good thing today is a day off..." She muttered. The two looked at each other and broke into laughter. Rainbow Dash simply closed her wings and slowly fell dell down (like she did back in "Testing Testing 1 2 3"). Soarin did the same and the two had Canterlot passing throught their eyes in a flash. The two randomly hit a bump and found out that they reached the ground, "Wanna go up to that cloud?" She asked, "And don't worry, I won't attack you." She teased and flew up. Soarin blushed as he followed her. The two were sat on the cloud and simply began talking.
"Hey! isn't that Sassy Saddles?" Soarin asked Rainbow Dash. It wasn't until he found out that she was sound asleep, "Oh, so now she sleeps." He said, rolling his eyes and rapped his wing around her. He blushed as he fell asleep next to her.

Chapter Four: Truth Or Dare Gets Weird
Soarin's eyes slowly opened. His ears perked up. Is that giggling? He thought as he scanned his surroundings. It wasn't until he saw a yellow mane appear from behind a cloud, "Uh... Hello?" He asked, waiting for a reply. Slowly, a white pegasus mare with magenta eyes and a golden mane that looked similar to his own busted through the cloud she was hiding behind. Soarin's eyes widened, "S-s-surprise?!" Soarin exclaimed in disbelief.
"Ha! Yea! It's me!" She said.
"H-how?!"
"Well... I couldn't sleep. Then I heard somepony walk out. Then another pony. Then I heard noises from outside. Then I followed you and Rainbow Dash!" She happily said. It wasn't until her cheery face turned into one of disappointment, “You disappointed me, mister! I have to say, it was pretty bad. You didn't even ask Rainbow out! How could you?!" Soarin's face was hot red in an instant.
"Be quiet!" He said, "What time is it?!"
"6am." She replied with a cheeky grin. It wasn't until Rainbow Dash woke up as well.
"S-soarin?" She said. It wasn't until her eyes were fixed on the mare besides him, "Oh, hey Surprise! When did you get here?"
"Just now! You fell asleep for about three minutes." She chuckled, followed by a small grin on Rainbow's face.
"Welp, we've all gotta day off. So let's go!" Rainbow excitedly said.
"Y-yea... The rest of the team should be up by now..." Soarin said, the blush still not erased from his muzzle.

"There you three are! We were thinking that you all went ahead and stared your day off early!" Spitfire said, welcoming the three pegasi who flew in through the window. Surprise shot Spitfire an evil grin. She got the signal and trotted over to her, "Spill it, Slowpoke." She whispered.
"More then happy to, cap!" Surprise winked as she told Spitfire everything.

"Alright, Wonderbolts!" Spitfire said, "Go ahead and wash up before we all leave. Some of us are flying, and some of us are meeting up with other and taking the train. No matter what you're doing, we don't wanna be late." She said. The rest of the Wonderbolt's nodded as they made their way out. It wasn't until Soarin found himself surrounded by the rest of the team (btw excluding Rainbow).
Soarin gulped, "Am I in trouble?"
"Nope! You just gotta spill your side of the story." Fleetfoot said with a sly grin. Soarin's face had confusion written all over it, "What do you mean?" He asked (NOT A SONG REFERENCE).
"About what happen last night?" High Winds asked. Soarin's eyes widened in realization, and that mad blush returned. He shot a deathly glare at Surprise who had an innocent expression.
"Nothing important happened." He plainly said.
"Yea, keep telling yourself that, because someday, something important WILL happen." Spitfire said, "Wonderbolts, CLEAR OUT!" That was when Rainbow Dash entered.
"Anythin' goin' on?" She asked.
"No. We're all just going now." Misty Fly said as she walked off with Blaze. The rest did the same.
"Think. About. It." Surprise ordered Soarin as she walked by him with High Winds."
“See ya, Soar!” Rainbow Dash said as she flew off to Ponyville.

Rainbow Dash arrived at Ponyville’s Town Square. She looked around an saw familiar faces all around. It sure is good to be back home! She though as she walked up to her good friend Cheerliee.
“Oh, Rainbow Dash! It’s so great to see you again!’ Cheerliee said at the sight of the new Wonderbolt, “Excited for your first ever tour?”
“You know it, Cheery!” Rainbow replied. It wasn’t until the sound of thunder could be heard from above. Rainbow’s eyes widened at the sight of her friend Derpy jumping up and down on a lighting cloud, “Derpy! Ugh… Thunderlane!”
“Oh… Dash… You’re back… Hehehe…” Thunderlane said.
“Why did I leave you in charge of the weather team?!” Rainbow groaned.
“I wouldn’t mind taking his spot.” Blossomfourth said as she flew down, “Ponyville has been behind on all the weather schedules, and I think some pony responsible should take the job.”
“Never!” Thunderlane said, “I’ll prove to all of y-“
“She has the job.” Rainbow said, cutting Thunderlane off.
“W-what?!” He said.
“Yes!”
“Loosing to my own marefriend… Now that’s embarrassing…” Thunderlane muttered under his breath, a tint of pink appearing on his cheeks.
“Rainbow Dash! H-hey, Rainbow Dash!” A light-raspy voice called, followed by a western accent, to a squeaky voice. Rainbow smiled, already knowing which ponies were calling her name.
“Scootaloo! Sweetiebelle! Apple Bloom!” She said, hugging each of the crusaders, “How’s crusading been goin’ for you three?” She asked.
“Harder then It looks.” Apple Bloom muttered.
“It took us forever to find somepony with a cutiemark problem!” Sweetiebelle said.
“But we finally helped Tender Taps a while back.” Scootaloo said.
“Glad you girls are finding what you’re meant to do.” Rainbow said, “You girls sleeping over at the clubhouse today?” The three filled nodded.
“Well, bye! We need to make the most of the day before you and I leave!” Scootaloo said as she and her friends put not heir helmets and scooted away (get it? no? okay then, i’ll go sit in the corner and cry now…)

Rainbow Dash smiled at the sight before her. Twilight’s crystal palace was standing before her. The though of seeing her best friends filled her with joy. She talked to her other friends, the crusaders, and the residents of Ponyville, but now, she was finally about the talk with the the ones she longed to see. She pushed open the doors and was confused to see the dark hallway. What the hay? She though as she continued through. I bet they’re trying to prank me. She thought while rolling her eyes. She pushed open the doors to reveal the dark throne room, “Hello?” She said. Suddenly, the lights switch on. A pink blur headed towards her and wrapped her into the most lung-crushing hug ever (that is if you weren’t used to it. good thing for Dash, she was). Rainbow smiled, “Pinkie Pie!”
“Happy birthday!” Pinkie exclaimed. Everypony looked at her in confusion. “I-I mean… Welcome to Ponyville! Glad to have you moving here! Wait- I threw that party when you came here for the first time… Wait… Er… Uh… I know! Welcome to your wedding! No… Wait… I’m sleepy…” Pinkie said as she passed out.
“Yea… Pinkie Pie stayed up for four straight nights planning this party.” Starlight said as she levitated the pink pony.
“She made it hard for any of us to sleep ourselves.” Spike said, “Anyways, I’ll be at the sleepover with the crusaders! He said, “That is… After this party and cake!” He said. Everypony stared a him, “Just kidding…” He said as he sat down. Suddenly, Pinkie Pie woke up.
“Welcome to your… ‘Welcome Back Home And Good Luck On Your Tour When You Preform Around Equestria Party!” Pinkie said, then she passed out again. Everyponys stared at her in confusion.
“Aaaanywaaayss…” Rarity said, “It’s good to have you back, dear.”
Applejack stopped in her tracks, “Even if it’s just for one day.” She said with a cheeky grin.
“Then let’s get this party started!” Pinkie Pie said out of the blue. The music played and everypony had fun. Spike left for the sleepover with the crusaders when they all settled down for a game.
“Bye, Spike!” Twilight said, “You have everything?”
“Yep!” He said as he walked out the door.
“S-so… What do we play?” Fluttershy asked quietly.
“How about…" *gasp “Truth Or Dare!” Rarity said. Everypony nodded their heads in agreement. "I’ll for first, Twilight, truth or dare?”
“Dare.” She said, “It’s fine to get dares from you, Dash and AJ, not so much…” She said, causing everypony to burst into laughter.
“I dare you not to touch or read a book till morning.” Rarity smirked.
“W-w-w-w-w-w-w-w-w-w-w-w-what?!?!?!?!?!”
“I wanted to do that one!” Rainbow complained.
“Oh, really now?” Twilight said, “Dare?” Rainbow Dash nodded. Everypony knew that Rainbow would always choose dare. She didn’t want to this time, but it seemed like Twilight had a challenge in mind, “I dare you to not fly until it’s time for you to leave.” Twilight said with a victorious smirk.
“Make that a challenge!” Dash said.
“Deal!” Twilight yelled.
“Anyways, AJ, truth or dare?” Dash chuckled.
“Dare. Knowin’ you, Dash. I think I’d somewhat know what do do ’tis time.”
“Dare you to to do the chicken dance the middle of town!” Applejack gasped as her cheeks went hot pink. She stomped out the castle and the others scurried after her. She stood on her hind legs and began moving her front hooves in the motion a chicken would. Ponies stopped and started at the farmer, “With the noises too!” Applejack gave Rainbow Dash a bad look, “You don’t mind doing it in front of your pigs!” Applejack grunted as she clucking like a chicken. After a few minutes, she ran back into the castle in embarrassment, “Now that… That was good!” Rainbow said entering the throne room, filled by five giggling mares.
“No it wasn’t…” Applejack scoffed, “Now ‘Mah turn! Rainbow Da-“
“Applejack! You can’t ‘truth or dare’ the pony who just did a ‘truth or dare’ on you!” Rarity reminded, "The rule we made up!"
“Fine then! Truth or dare, Rarity?!”
“Truth.”
“How would you like it i f you had to do the chicken dance in the middle of town just ‘cuz of a stupid dare?!”
“I would feel rather flushed, but then laugh it off. Just because I’m ladylike, that doesn’t mean I can’t have a laugh at things.” Rarity flatly said.
“OOOOOOHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie said as she they both gave Rarity a hoofbump.
“Now, that’s settled. Rainbow Dash, truth or dare?”
“Dare.”
“I dare you to answer this question truthfully.” Rarity said. Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes, “Have you ever had a crush on somepony?”
“Rarity! Don’t turn this epic game of ‘truth or dare’ into something sappy and boring!” Rarity gave her a stern look.
“I’m serious, dear.” Rarity said. Rainbow sighed.
“I’ve told you so many times, I don’t have a crush on anypony!”
“What about that other Wonderbolt? What’s his name… Soarin, isn’t it?” Applejack asked
“Soarin and I are just friends.” Rainbow said.
“W-well… I do see you two hanging out a lot…” Fluttershy squeaked. Rainbow rolled her eyes again.
“That’s cuz we’re really good friends. I hang out with you guys. I hang out with Thunderlane, Doc, Big Mac, so what?” Rarity thought for a moment.
“I don’t know, there could just be a spark.” Rarity winked. Rainbow acted like she was about to through up and then gave a small smile.
“In your dreams, Rares.”
“Fine then, enough about you and Soarin.” Rarity said, accepting defeat. Her eyes lit up, “What about you girls?” Twilight blushed. Rainbow Dash had another one of her evil grins.
“Yea, how about you, Twilight?” Rainbow asked.
“N-nopony!” She said.
“What about that castle guard back at the Crystal Empire?" Starlight asked. Twilight’ blush became dark red.
“You like him! What was his name? Flash Sentry, right?!” Rarity asked, “I need all the details!”
“I-it’s not like that… It’s just that… Back in the human world, I had a thing for the human counterpart of Flash Sentry! And, well, I always wonder how he his in Equestria..!” Twilight blurted out
“Hmm… Interesting…” Rarity said, “Anypony else?” Nopony said anything, “What about you, Starlight?”
“W-what?! I don’t have anything for anypony!” She said in am amused tone. Too amused for Rarity’s liking…
“Sunburst?” Rainbow Dash casually said, winking to Rarity who nodded return. At the hear of his name, Starlight let out a lovestruck sigh.
“I get it… Foalhood friends who reunite! Aww…” Rarity said as she wrote it down.
“Dash, why y’all so interested in their love interests.?” Applejack asked.
“Heh, it’s just fun. That is if you really have a crush. It was pretty obvious with Twilight, Starlight, and… Uh… You.” Rainbow replied with a smirk. Applejack blush apple red (get it? no? wow i’m such a loser at puns…). Everypony gasped at the last statement Rainbow Dash made. Rarity grinned as she walked up to Applejack.
“Darling little AJ has a crush.” Rarity sang, followed by Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash.
“A-arlight, fine! I can’t tell a lie as big as this.” Applejack sighed, “I have a thing for… Erm… Braeburn…”
“Braeburn?!” They all asked in confusion, but not Rainbow.
“I knew she was always funny around him, ha!” Rainbow chanted in victory.
“Two cousins who spent the young parts of their lives together… Ohh!” Rraity said as she wrote it down, “Two more ponies… Hmm… Pinkie Pie?” She asked. Pinkie Pie’s smile went from on ear to the other. She had no secrets about who she likes.
“Cheese Sandwich! He and I have been in touch ever since he left! He even pops by once in a while to see me and Rainbow Dash!” Rarity nodded her head in understanding as she wrote Pinkie’s explanation.
“Fluttershy?” Rarity asked in a polite tone. Fluttershy blushed and was only able to manage a squeak.
“Discord..!”
"Don’t worry, darling. You’ve been through a lot with him. I understand, and I think the rest of us do as well.” Rarity said with a smile as she wrote down the obvious answer for her liking towards him.
“I’m just waiting for Rainbow Dash here to fall in love.” She said with a confident smile.
“Hold it, hold it! Whata ‘bout you?” Applejack asked. Rarity blushed.
“Oh, uhm… Non of you will think I’m weird by telling you this?” Rarity asked in embarrassment.
“Cross out hearts, hope to fly, sticking cupcakes in our eyes!” Pinkie said, “Why aren’t you guys pinkie promising?!” She asked. the rest of them did the movements, and waited eagerly for Rarity’s response.
“It’s… Spike…” She said. The six mares before her looked at her is curiosity, “Hear me out! It was easy to tell that Spike had a full blown crush on me, but then it grew on me! He’s very sweet, funny, and ready to be there for me. I’m only about six years older then him, that’s not too big of an age difference!” Rarity looked up the see the mocking faces of her friends, but instead she found herself wrapped up into a hug.
“Waddya know? Our lil’ Rarity finally admitting’ to love!” Applejack said as she and Rainbow Dash shared a hoofbump.”
“Now, this is out last night with Dash, so let’s get our party on!” Pinkie said, pulling her party cannon from nowhere.
