Chapter 18- You'll be in My Heart!

Rainbow Dash's P.O.V

I couldn't sleep at all last night. In the middle of the night, I woke up and took a walk. I put on my bunny slippers (Don't judge!!!) and I walked to the dock. I watched the moonlight. It was glistening with the water. I saw my reflection in the water. I saw myself and I smiled.

I looked at the school bus, parked in the lot and realized in a few hours I was going to be in that bus. I put my hand in the water and waved it around. Once, I was done, the magic in my necklace started to glow. I looked at my blue necklace and it was glowing. I think it had something to do with the friendships I made here.

After all my element is loyalty. After a while, I went back to my tent and slept for a few hours. In the next 5 hours, we were all getting ready to leave. Applejack was loading all the luggage in the bus, because she's strong enough. I was looking at the water near the dock. Someone came to me and rested their hand on my shoulder.

“Hey, baby!” Soarin replied as he kissed me check.

“Hi Soarin.”

“What's wrong?”

“I'm going to miss you!” I said as I hugged him. He kissed me on my forehead.

“Everything's going to be okay? Okay, babe?”

“Since when are you happy that I'm leaving?”

“Well, I'm trying not to think about it.”

“Well, you're gonna have too.”

“You know, I've been thinking about something for a while now.”

“What's that?”

“Maybe, just maybe I don't need to be sad about this while leaving stuff.”

“Why not? I love you, deeply and I won't see you till, you know, next year! Soarin, did you know that I cried everyday for you?”

“I know. But, I'm always going to be there, when you need me.”

“You say that every time!! Can you be more specific about your claim?!”

“Woah, maybe I should get you mad because you use big words in the process.”

“S-Shut up you goof!” I replied as I punched him on the arm.

The students were piling into the bus and a tear rolled down my cheek. Soarin was worried about me.

“Awwwww, don't cry, just think. You'll see me everyday after this weekend.”

“No, I won't!!! Just leave me to cry!”

“Dashie-”

“Soarin! I can't leave you here! I'm lost without you.”

“No, you're not. You know why?”

“Why?”

“Because the guy who have you this, will be in that same gift.” He replied as he touched The Totem of Friendship!

When I opened it, it showed the same picture of Soarin and me. He kissed me on the cheek and I kissed him on the lips. This one was very passionate. Maybe because all my emotions were being placed in that kiss. We kept deepening it and we heard some gigging.

“Awwwwww, I knew that “Sonic Rainboom” was going to be a little push to romance!! Besides, you guys are so adorable!!” Pinkie shouted.

“Huh, I guess my hunch for saying that we'll be having 2 kisses this year was the truth. Turns out, Timber and Twilight had their first kiss last night. And so did you, too.” Sunset said as she smirked at us.

“What??!! They kissed yesterday?!! How'd I miss that?!” Rarity shouted.

“Whenever they kissed, I'm sure happy they did it!” Applejack said as she wiped sweat from her forehead. “I think it's bout time we get kickin’. We have a lot to do once we get back to the school.”

“Applejack's right! Let's move.” Twilight replied.

Me and Soarin both sobbed. Tears rolled down both of our cheeks.

“Uh, we'll let you two finish up. We'll be in the bus.” Fluttershy replied as she walked to the bus. Soon, everyone followed. It was silent.

“So, this is the end?”

“I'm not so sure about that, Dashie.”

“Hehehe, I know that face! What are you planning?!”

“Nothing!”

“You're smiling! It must be a good thing!”

“I'm smiling because you're so cute! My wittle Dashie!”

“Shut up!”

“Dashie Bashie!”

“I said shut up! Someone might hear you!”

“Okay, that's great! People will know that I love you!”

“Soarin!”

“HEY EVERYONE! I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL GIRLFRIEND AND SHE'S GOING TO MISS ME! I'LL MISS HER SEXY FACE, THOUGH!”

“Soarin!!!” My cheeks started to get red.

“What? It's true. I'll miss scrunching your puffy cheeks. You look sexier like that.”

“Soarin! Stop! Hehehehe!” I giggled as he was squeezing my cheeks.

We both were laughing. After that, we hugged each other and looked at the river.

“Rainbow Dash!!!! We need to go!!!!” Pinkie shouted as she was on the bus.

It started out as a feeling

I hugged him and kissed him on the lips and was walking towards the bus. As I reached the door, I waved back at him, with tears rolling down my cheeks. He waved at me too but he was crying as well. His crying made me cry more.

Now we're back to the beginning

As I was walking on the steps to the bus, I saw Fleetfoot standing next to Soarin, waving at me. I waved back. I blew a kiss towards Soarin and he caught it. When he blew my kiss, he blew it like how he would throw a basketball. I laughed and caught it. I walked into the bus and say in a seat by myself. I looked out the window and saw Soarin crying. I cried, too. Sunset sat next to me. I turned around towards the window.

“Hey, you're going to be okay.” Sunset replied while hugging me.

“I hope so.”

The bus was pulling off and when he left the entrance, I was crying my eyes out. All my friends were trying to cheer me up. I couldn't think about anything else. My mind was on Soarin.

Soarin's P.O.V

As the bus pulled off, my heart sank. I already missed my girlfriend. Tears were rolling down my cheeks. Fleetfoot came next to me and hugged me.

“Are you crying?!”

“Hehehe, yeah. It's all part of the plan.”

“Oooh, she's gonna kill you!”

“Hehehe, yeah!”

“You better get some armor, because she’s going to be coming at you like a bomb!”

“Hehe, yeah. But, hey! It was worth it!”

“Come on, let’s go tell Timber and Gloriosa our plan then we strike on Monday.”

“Wow Fleet. You sound like we’re killing someone!”

“Hehe, well you’re the one being dead!! Hahahahaha!”

“Real funny Fleet! But, to make sure……”

“Hahahaha, nope! I’m not going to protect you! Not this time, this is your plan! You find a solution!”

“Oh boy!”
