During the day, Belle Mére is the owner of an employment agency; by night, she wages a one-pony crusade against the criminal underworld as the Mysterious Mare-Do-Well, working to bring down the head of the Manehattan Mafia, Al Gazillion.

Truth be told, Al Gazillion isn't the only worry Belle has to face. With an up and coming reporter sticking his nose into her vigilante activities, the chief of the Manehattan police department declaring her an outlaw, and a multitude of crazies popping up all over the city, it becomes clear that she must endure great trials to successfully confront her inner demons, both old and new, before they consume her and doom Manehattan to the criminal underworld.

*Note, this story takes place after the events of Beast Wars: Friendship is Magic | Volume 1. This could he considered an interquel, coinciding with the main story, but reading this is not required to understand the events in BW: FiM and vice versa.*
