Cold fangs

Something went terribly wrong

I ran through the dark corridors. The sound of my hooves was echoing from the walls.

But there was something else.

How did I get into this?

I was exhausted, but I knew I had to run.

I could hear a strange breathing voice.

This can’t be happening!

The rattling voice was coming closer.

I came to an crossing.

Crossings are bad! What was it? left, left, right, straight...

I didn’t knew how many crossings I had passed.

I decided to run to the left.

I can hear it! It’s coming closer!

I crashed into the wall as the corridor stopped.

I turned around as fast as I could, ready to face whatever was following me.

I don’t want to die now...

Something was moving around the corner.

I couldn’t really identify it, because it was too dark

...not after everything I found out!

It raised one of its deformed arms to struck me down

Suddenly the ground beneath me broke apart

Thank Celestia

I opened my wings to slow my fall, but the corridor was too small.

That was the first time I was falling free

No!

The air grew colder as I got deeper into the heart of the strange underground temple

I saw the floor coming closer. Way too fast.

This! Can’t! Be! Happening!

I crashed to the ground.

One single bone was pointing out of my leg

This pain feels so... unreal

I was alone.

Then I heard the voice of one of these things coming closer.

They can smell my blood!

Than I heard it.

The voice of hooves on stone.

Twilight! I’m here!

I wasn’t allowed to speak.

Neither of us was.

We didn’t wanted unwanted attraction. Worked just ‘perfect’!

Then I saw the shilouette of the violet mare running around the corner.

She stopped in front of me.

Please! Don’t leave me here!

All my hope sank down into a raging fire as Twilight slowly walked farther.

She hold on the words she said

Everyone who gets hurt will be left. It’s my fault.

I closed my eyes.

Waiting for the one unstoppable thing.

Death.

There he was.

An bone was poking out of his leg.

If somepony gets hurt, it will be left. He said it himself

I walked farther.

Nice and slow.

I don’t want to make any noise.

The next room was too dark.

I couldn’t see anything

I can’t lit up my horn now.

I went farther into the dark room.

The cold air was like breath in my neck.

I can’t risk anything!

The air grew colder with every step.

Every voice echoed from the walls.

I even can hear Rainy’s breathing.

It wasn’t Rainy Clouds.

Twilight did one more step.

I have to lit it up! now!

My hoof was levitating over a dark pit.

It was too deep to see what exactly was on the ground of it, but it lived.

It.... it has the shape of...

I turned around as fast as I could.

There were noises in the direction which I came from.

I can’t leave him with this thing! That’s something nopony should go through!

I ran back into the room where Rainy should have been.

He wasn’t in the room anymore.

-------

I don’t want to die! Let me go!

The thing hadn’t killed me.

It was pulling me somewhere.

I want to fly! Only one more time!

I was leaving a trail of blood behind me.

I heard the echoing sound of hooves.

“No Twilight! It’s a trap!”

Something got clobbered over my head.

I feel into peaceful darkness.

Once again...

There was a big trail of blood leading into one of the corridors.

I took all my left power and started running.

“No Twilight! It’s a trap!”

I fold out my wings.

Two of my friends seemed to be in danger.

Amazingly. I didn’t know that blue could turn red in such a short time.

My blood was spilling out my wounded in my wing.

I tried to ignore the pain.

If we come home I’ll never go in here again. Never!
